The place seemed understaffed to meet the Saturday night demand. It took some time for the waitstaff to take our order. A couple that was loud/rude got their food (same appetizer we ordered, different entrees) first even though we ordered before they did (when youre hungry thats the worst!!). The fresh rolls were good but skimpy on the sauce. The portion sizes were small and for a vegetarian dish it was very very tiny portion of hardly any veggies! Not a well portioned dinner priced entree and it tasted like just hot oil and chili spice (where was all the thai flavor?!). My husbands dish was an appropriately sized portion of protein on top of a tiny amount of slaw. He said it tasted fine. Presentation for everything but the fresh rolls was as harried as their service - rice tossed wanton on the plate, messy, sauce spilled. The gals were nice enough but Im not sure we would want to come back unless it was a not-busy lunch time and we got something standard like curry. To mention: takeout orders seemed to have the best/fastest service even though they were quoting 30 minute wait. If we had called in our order when we first sat down we would have eaten much faster! The people were working hard but they might just need more people to get things out well and timely.Update: came back with a friend to give it another chance. We both got ill. I will not return here.

Omgosh, I went to Panda Express today. I ordered 6 large container order. First off staff are pleasant yet under stress. They werent the issues. The food however was. Chicken n string beans... Beans were barely cooked, they tasted like they were not even cleaned. And onions galore?? The Chicken and mushrooms zucchini . No flavor nothing like in the past and Onions again to many. The fire chicken was good but again why all the onions. I had to literally pull out all the tremendous amounts of onion slices. Nothing had the wonderful flavors of the past and what I love it seems they substituted onions n more onions??? The teriyaki chicken I ordered and asked to make sure was breast meat.... Well all dark meat??? The taste of vegetables have that No Wash taste and then Under cooked, Ugh,. No taste and worst no flavor... Thats a 0. So until you all get back to good Panda Express food I will never return. I usually never complain and dont go to remarks. But I feel you should All be aware. I just wanted to bring home to my family a good Panda meal. Even my grandchildren said they didnt like the veggie taste. I hope you at Panda Express fix this. Oh last I always check my order when large. Well the young lady was rushing me while I made sure order was correct. I said please let me look here at food. Guess what? As Miss Impatient was rushing me, a customer walked up beside me at counter and said: this is not what I ordered. He ordered Shrimp and walnut with sides. Guess what? The man before me took home this mans order. Guess he wasnt happy when he got home with this other mans Shrimp and walnut. Yeah Panda Im really disappointed. Bring back the flavors, the healthy washed and cooked veggies, the chicken white meat that is requested and last, Stop substiting onions for ingredients that shouldnt be in normal orders okay. I didnt make a post about it before because i thought it was a one time thing, i gave almost a year to give this place another chance just to be called and told they would not serve me because i got food poisoning from their restaurant and i called to tell them i did, to let them know, and they told me they were sorry and to call in to order from now on. Well tried ordering today and as we were about to leave i received a phone call of them cancelling my order and telling me they take food poisoning very seriously here which is why they will no longer be serving me. Just doesnt really make sense but ok. They did refund me but we never diacussed me never ordering from there again, me and my husband both got food poisoning i would never lie about this it is a serious thing which is why i brought it to the restaurants attention in the first place. clearly nothing has changed nor were they gonna change anything to begin with which is why they fired me as a client. Your waitress even said that another client complained about the mushrooms tasting funky and agreed that it could be that. Be Better. Be Healthy. Do Better.

Probably the best restaurant on our 14 days roadtrip through California!Friendly, fast and competent service accompagnied by an outstanding cuisine.Even at this very democratic price structure really well considered wine advices are given!We had the following:*Asian Style BBQ Baby Back Ribs with fried sweet potatoes (very good balanced sweet combination)*RibEye medium rare with garlic butter, chili beans and smashed potatoes (Heavenly tastesThis main course was accompanied by wine from the house HATCHER called Barbera.Actually the restaurant has on Tuesday the action of half price wine bottle by choice of a meal.Thank you very much for this fantastic evening!All the best for your future!

One of the best Mongolian, Chinese, Japanese, or whatever I have tasted in a long time. Their food was excellent. And Stormi the waitress was totally awesome. She was very professional and chose some menu items for us, and they were very delicious. I would recommend going there before I would go any other Asian restaurant.

Barrows is the restaurant we went to. I would give no stars if possible, water was moldy tasting,food was very bland. The service was the only thing that was good!! They have a senior and Veteran 20%discount, which is why they were busy. Demographic was 50 and older,so im guessing that is why the food was so bland and had no flavor. My wife had chicken fried steak and it was completely tasteless. Biscuits and gravy were awful, and my country potatoes were still hard like they didnt cook them,I dont like giving bad reviews, but when it is this bad Im sorry, I have to.....

Well, jurys out. I love Togos, Ive been a fan since I was a kid, I grew up in the Bay Area & we ate at Togos a lot. This was years before anyone ever heard of Subway. Togos have always-to me-had better sandwiches than Subway. More meat, less bread, better ingredients. But theres prices are higher than Subway, which I dont mind paying for better quality & quantity of food. But my visit today fell a little short. My sandwich was huge, which sounds like the best scenario, but it was a bread-wich too. It was a #24 which is my favorite, but the sandwich maker slopped it together & it stuck out of each end of the paper wrapper & when she put it in the paper bag she got avocado all over the outside of the bag & then I got it all over my blouse. I was not too happy about that! I dont know if the sandwich maker was a new employee or what, but she needs to be more or re-trained. They used to have a lady there named Stacy Porter, she was the best sandwich maker they ever had, but I dont know what happened to her. I dont go there as often as I used to, maybe these are good reasons why. :-(

If you like poor customer service, this is the place for you!! It's a shame I will never be going back there again. Not because of the food cause it is good. The waitress is rude. When she gave us our plates my daughter looked at hers and it had dry stuck on food on it. Not clean at all!! We tried to spit clean it first but it didn't work. My daughter politely asked for another plate and explained that the plate was dirty. The lady took it back. She proceeded to bring another plate to my daughter which had wet soggy stuck on noodles on the plate. My daughter got the waitresses attention and showed her the plate. The waitress told my daughter, “Get up and pick out a plate you think is clean enough then.”. My Daughter got up and walked to the stack, and managed to pick up her ORIGINAL PLATE from the stack. She was almost crying. When she swapped plates with her little sister because her sister was eating soup, the server asked, “Is that one not clean enough for you?”Maybe the department of public health should do a check on this place.Words of advice to this restaurant 1)If a customer asks for a clean plate. Be kinder about it. 2) Don't put the plate that has already touched my table and others hands back in with the clean dishes. That is a major violation of the health code. 3) Dont ever ask a customer to get up and go get their own plate. The food was good, but not good enough to be treated like that. I really should have just walked out but I was hungry. And no I didn't tip them. My husband wound up calling them to complain and at first they hung up on him. He called back and they proceeded to act like they couldn't hear them.
