Uncle Dumpling
United States, California, Roseville, Eureka Rd, 邮政编码: 95661
Came in for the first time today been wanting to find a good Chinese restaurant in Roseville; I think ive found it. Ordered the beef noodle soup, the taste and quality was on par with if not better than Old Guilin in South Sacramento which is by far the best Authentic Chinese noodle restaurant in Sacramento, they could improve by giving the beef noodle soup thicker cuts of beef it is very lean almost like paper. I would definitely recommend the beef noodle soup for any newcomers even though they specialize in homemade dumplings which can be seen being made fresh daily in the kitchen.

My husband and I found this place last week and really enjoyed the food and our server was responsive and attentive. We liked it so much that seven days later we came back with five of our friends and were there at 4:30 when it opened. After introducing himself our server waited on the several tables that had come in and did not bother to take our order or even look in our direction . I finally asked some else who kindly took our order. The dumplings were delicious and the several dishes we ordered were delivered fairly quickly. We ordered tea and when all our dishes were served we inquired about the tea to a staff member (our server was not responding to us) who said it was being made. Meanwhile I saw tables who arrived after us get tea ?! We never received the tea.Although disappointed with our server and embarrassed since it was our recommendation, the food is so good that we will come back but request if available the server we had at our initial visit.I rarely write unfavorable reviews but I felt purposely slighted by that server and I hope that he sees this and tries to improve his service to ALL customers.

Ruen Thai Restaurant
1470 Eureka Rd #110, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
Pros: Great service, helpful server, nice portion size, like the decor.Cons: Didnt really hit that addicting Thai food experience I was hoping for, and if it matters to you the bathroom was ridden hard and put away wet (floor was nasty, walls have some kind of chunkage sprayed on it in parts, light fixture was missing — but hey you didnt go here for the bathroom experience.)Went for lunch on a Saturday around 12:30. The server was friendly and helpful and we ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Pork Drunken Noodle, and I think some kind of beef/vegetable stir fry?The Chicken Pad Thai was sweet and greasy, maybe had one green onion on the plate and didnt have cilantro or lime wedges. Flavor was ok but definitely was missing those side items. We did ask for some lime wedges on the side and that helped a bit.The Pork Drunken Noodles was greasy and ok on flavor. The pork was chopped up so fine that it got lost in the mushy noodles. It also was a bit salty but that might be from the pork. Perhaps the chicken version of this would solve the issue.Would I go back? No. Maybe if I was meeting some friends there and in that case I would for sure check out the other menu items like maybe try a curry or soup.

Khobkoon Thai Cuisine
7452 Foothills Blvd # 150, Roseville, CA 95747, United States
Came here to try a new Thai place. We ordered the duck curry, drunken noodles, seafood curry, and seafood fried rice. The seafood was so fresh and the flavors were on point. The duck curry and drunken noodles were also pretty good. If I was going to use authentic (even though Ive never been to Thailand and had authentic Thai flavors), this would be one of the rare times I would use it. They also have a lovely selection of Thai chili sauces and powder. The man who was our server (also the owner maybe?) was super nice and very thoughtful while we were ordering and when he was serving our food. The decor of the place made it nice and cozy inside; perfect for an intimate meal. I was surprised to find the place has been around for 15 years. Definitely a hidden gem and hole in the wall! If you like Thai food, come try this place out and give it some love!

Horrible customer service. did a pickup order, it wasnt that busy. the girl at the register wasnt even listening to what we said. all she heard was a call in order. we told her we were not door dash, her response its been no where near 20 minutes so youll definitely have to wait. so i told her that it had definitely been 20 minutes, then she continued to talk about all the door dash orders and i reminded her again we were not door dash, at that moment our order came out. i honestly couldnt have been more clear with what i told her, and yet she swore i said i was door dash... well i didnt, and my fiance even said we werent as well. too bad, we were excited for this.. could have went without the rude comments and somebody that listens to their customers busy or not. the pineapple fried rice i ordered literally had 4 pieces of pineapple in it, should call it raisen fried rice.. had plenty of those in it, not to mention very little flavor, bland food. Ruen thai has much better food and much better service and its only 3 minutes further, think Ill go the extra distance next time

Taste of Tuscany

I cant say enough good things about this place. My family and I went here yesterday to celebrate my birthday. Two adults and 5 kids, 3 of which are toddlers. We had a reservation but when we arrived another party had moved themselves to our reserved table. We totally understood this, as its not uncommon in the restaurant industry. The waitstaff was very apologetic. While we were waiting outside taking pictures, a staff member offered to take a picture of our whole group. He went to wash his hands before coming back and touching my phone. That was pretty neat. We were seated quickly and offered an appetizer for the inconvenience of our table not being ready. We thought this was incredible because most other places would not have been so kind. We chose the mozzarella triangles and the kids loved them. They also had activity packets for the kids. They were full of stickers and coloring pages and other activities. This was impressive. You can tell there is a lot of thought and money going in to their youngest patrons. Moving on to the food. Two of our toddlers got the kids pizzas, which were the same portion as an individual pizza. They were huge and the kids loved them. One toddler got the Mac and cheese. Gooey and delicious! Our older boy got a calzone off the kids menu and it was very large and he was thrilled with it. Our girl got a simple pasta and ate her whole plate! One of us got the Da Vincis Best and absolutely loved it. I tried the rolled lasagna and I was blown away. It was so savory and delicious. There was really something for all of us to enjoy. For my birthday dessert we got the chocolate fudge cake. It was very rich so all of the kids were able to have a couple of bites and it left everyone satisfied. Our server, Dakota, was friendly and attentive. Another staff member, pops was so kind and personable. We definitely found our new celebration restaurant. We will be back for years to come. I should add that to feed our large brood is usually pretty expensive, so imagine our surprise when the bill came and we were well under our budget!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Its a small place, but the experience was huge.

Rose Garden Restaurant

Summary:Excellent value, quality, and taste. Wide selection, makes for great takeout. Good sized portions and decently priced entrees. Would definitely eat from there again when in town.My wife and I were ordering take out for a group of five adults on a Thursday evening at about 6:10pm. We went inside and were quickly greeted and asked if we were picking up or placing an order. There was a small group of people already there waiting to pick up their food or place orders as well, and there were patches of people scattered throughout the restaurant eating at tables already. We stated that we wanted to place our order and went through a previously marked up menu (we pre-determined our order) and quickly named the 7 or 8 items that we wanted. The total came to $78. We were told they would need 20-30 minutes to cook everything, so we went for a brief walk. When we returned, more people had been sat at tables the restaurant was buzzing, plus there were different people coming in to place orders to go or pick up. We didnt see many servers or staff, so I imagine it must be a challenge to keep up with the flow, but they seemed to be doing pretty well. A few minutes of additional waiting and our box of food (yes, box) was handed to us. It was full. When we arrived home a bit later, the food was still pretty warm. There were a couple of very large containers of white rice, a bunch of fried wonton bits, two cups of sweet and sour sauce, and other extras. Here is what we got:Beef and Broccoli - Nice thin slices of steak, lean (not fatty at all), in a tasty brown sauce with lots of well cooked broccoli. Firm, but not hard. Excellent.Kung Pao Chicken - Not the normal kung pao. This had a bunch of zucchini, baby corn, and other veggies, along with the red peppers and nuts. The chicken was all white meat, super tender and tasty. Again, surprisingly good quality and their spin worked very well.Spicy Garlic Prawns - A good amount of decent sized shrimp in a pool of garlic sauce with a bunch of julienne vegetables and sliced mushrooms. The shrimp to veggie ratio could have been higher, but it was still good and pretty ample.Garlic Grean Beans - A classic. Nice al dente green beans in a garlic sauce. Simple, but well executed.Orange Chicken - I didnt try this, but the feedback I got was that the meat was a little dry, but it was still pretty tasty.Sesame Chicken - Didnt try this either, but the other guests really enjoyed it.Vegetable Chow Mein - Well textured noodles with a variety of cooked vegetables. Not pan-fried/crispy, but good and effectively complementing of the other dishes. For the five of us, there were a lot of leftovers, and I went for three plates of food myself. A great value. Well very likely be eating from here again.

Wow!! If you even kind of like Chinese food youll love this place. Atmosphere is very nice. Servers are fantastic and knowledgeable. The food was out of bounds. We had some picky eaters in our group and some with allergies. Fats lets you customize the food to fit your needs . We had soy garlic noodles instead of regular noodles for our allergy person. Very yummy! As for our picky eater they ordered Honey Walnut Chicken and white rice. They could even find fault in the food!! If you have an opportunity to go just take it and go. Its pricey but not out rageous its like any other nice restaurant youre paying for good quality food.
