Super Juicy Dumpling Brea, CA
2445 E Imperial Hwy a, Brea, CA 92821, United States
The only good place in the Yorba Linda/Brea area for Chinese food. Xiao long bao here is a must try. Tables are pretty clean for a Chinese restaurant. Service is ok by Chinese restaurant standards, but could be better for those that havent been exposed to chinese culture. Tip - Sign in to the self sign in sheet if there are no tables open or you will be ignored! Dont expect anyone to notice you or take your name down.

Red Lantern

I’ve only ordered “to go” from here but we have always enjoyed the food. Favorites are the orange beef, lemon chicken, combo chow mein, sizzling rice soup and vegetable egg foo young. It’s nice to have an authentic, old school Chinese restaurant nearby much like the ones I had growing up. Try it!

Capital Noodle Bar

Food is different from almost every other Chinese restaurant in Socal. Smallish delicious. Their appetizers are so good, that sometimes I just order multiple of those instead . Their green beans are to die for. Best Ive had anywhere

Panda Express
101 W Imperial Hwy G, Brea, CA 92821, United States
I ordered 4 entrees and 2 sides for work pot luck. I dont usually eat at panda because, I was in a different city and my Chinese restaurant to go to located another county. Food was surprisingly good, but please next time you have someone to deliver our food, make sure they speak and understand English. Service was 3 stars for having us waiting for a while for our foods and when I asked him questions, he spoke in his native language. ?‍♀️ oh well. Next time Ill pick it up.

Kay Kay Chinese Food
3625 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90016, United States
This place was horrible. The food isnt the best at all and neither are their portions. This is inflation and commercial at its finest. DO NOT pay the crazy prices here and go to another chinese joint where they actually season/cook their dam food. Hell yeh Im upset. I went in to try this food place and a single plate was $9.48(or some change) throw in a single orange chicken and that comes out to $14....hell nah. You guys go get a better deal elsewhere and stop supporting these overpriced people. Im not with this sugar coating b.s.

Wok On the Wild Side
929 N La Brea Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302, United States
Food is terrible and the service is bad. We came by 7:45 and they said they r closing and we have to take away the food. The cashier is rude. We ordered orange chicken from their menu and they laughed at us why you Chinese people order this. This is a Chinese restaurant. We just ordered Chinese food appearing in their menu, and they started to judge our order. Are they racists? They also speak Chinese. Dont understand why they discriminate their own people.

Panda Express
2158 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821, United States
The worst customer service is right here at this place. If you are the Brea Mall pick something else instead of this people who dont even smile at Their customers. The cashier Jamie does not know how to provide customer service at all. She did not offer any soy sauce and when I asked her she was very lazy to give them to us, and I asked her again for water with no Ice and I can se tension was building up in her face . She was not saying a word which means she was not happy to serve us. Very rude and I dont how the owner could hire them and rely on these people to grow their business.

Express Wok

Express Wok has been our family's go-to takeaway for Chinese food. We've been coming here for YEARS!Their Orange Chicken, Sweet Chili Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken are some of our favorites.Annie's customer service is amazing and she always has a friendly greeting when you walk in.It's a popular spot so they are constantly cooking dishes to replace those that are running low.Good value and great portions! The food is so tasty and yummy.

JingMommy ()
618 S Brea Canyon Rd Ste F, Walnut, CA 91789, United States
This is THE best service for postpartum meals. I worked with Patricia, who is fantastic and made sure I was well taken care of, and that my meals arrived on time.First, I want to thank Patricia, who was my contact and who sold me on Jing Mommy. I dont speak Chinese, but she answered all of my questions in detail, and assured me my breastmilk would come with these meals. I had some dietary adjustments I needed to make, and she listened and made sure the meals adhered to my needs, no problem. This service is extremely popular and so even though she was so busy, she made sure to get back to me by email, text or call, even late at night. I appreciated that, because most people go home and respond next day. Not Patricia! Because of her, I felt comfortable and landed on the right postpartum meal service that properly supported me through those harrowing newborn days and through my breastfeeding journey. If I am lucky to have another child, Patricia is who I am calling for my postpartum food needs. THANK YOU PATRICIA!Now for the food...I ordered this service during the height of COVID, as my family would not be able to come. But it was so worth it. In hindsight, even if my family was able to come, they would not have been able to source all of the proper herbs and organ meats that I read were good for a postpartum mama. This alone is what makes the food service worth it, they make it so easy to enjoy all the benefits of traditional chinese medicine/diet/confinement, I could relax knowing I was giving my newborn the right nourishment through breastmilk because I had all of the traditional goodies. I find the price very reasonable for not only the quantity, but all the herbs and ingredients that go into the dishes, I wouldnt even know where to start if I had to do it myself. The flavors were tasty yet mild enough for a new mom, which was great because I had read in various postpartum books across various cultures that new moms shouldnt consume crazy intense flavors during the newborn days. its about the nutrition and the quality of ingredients and certain herbs and fats and collagens, all of which were there with Jing Mommy. Even though the food had to come frozen as I live out of state, the flavors and quality were preserved, which was great. The best benefit? I didnt know if Id have a lot of breastmilk since my other family members usually have problems in this department, but MY GOODNESS, did my milk come in! It came in so much that I ended up donating and feeding 4 babies during my breastfeeding journey. Especially with the pandemic and supplies being short, I am SO thankful for this service helping me produce all of the good milk, as Patricia said it would do. Before I ordered, I was a little jealous of my friend back home who had parents preparing these kinds of meals from scratch for her, leading to a lot of breastmilk. I wished I had that. But this meal service did the exact same thing for me (and spared my mother), so I KNOW its the real deal. 10 STARS for this.Shipping was prompt to Las Vegas, the food came still frozen, unlike other foods services that have temperature or breakage issues in transit. I had no issues whatsoever with Jing Mommy each week, and the food heated up wonderfully. It did not taste like old leftovers at all, which was a concern for me. Impressive, as Ive tried many meal services. In short, Jing Mommy is THE best postpartum food service, in the middle of the pandemic they were still full speed to get myself and other new moms the right nutrition. I am forever grateful.

WOW! Where do I even begin? As soon as I entered the door and was greeted by Arsen I knew we were in for a good experience. He was very patient with us as we were unsure what to order and he gladly explained almost everything on the menu to us from the colour of the buns to how spicy each level would be.I ended up getting a hot combo #1 and my girlfriend chose the medium combo #3. Thanks to Arsen it was the perfect level of spice for us and we enjoyed every bite. The food was absolutely amazing but my only regret is not ordering more for takeout to eat later! The restaurant was exceptionally clean and very modern looking. The staff must be very meticulous when it comes to cleaning.Arsen went above and beyond for us. When we ordered our food we got an additional drink to go that we kept cold in the fridge until we were ready to leave. He left us a note on the door as a reminder not to forget it!The next time I visit LA I know the first stop I have to make is at Whistlin Dixie!
