I looked at their menu online and saw something I never had seen before-Honey Walnut Chicken...and it was listed under their Specials menu. I phoned in an order to pick up which also included Almond Chicken Chow Mein and a hot pork dish. As I was paying I noticed the amount for the special was higher than listed on their webpage. I asked the owner about it and he said they dont have that special and said I may not have been looking under the Manteca location. I paid, put the food in my car and came back in with my phone and showed him his webpage. After staring blankly at it for 3 minutes he said they dont have that special and went on about how other items listed havent been served in years. I told him that was false advertising and he should honor what he has listed in writing (as that is what got me to order from the place). I told him I would not return and I guess hes a funny guy because he instantly mumbled some words in Chinese and his employees standing nearby got a great chuckle out of it.If you cant handle a small problem there is no was you can handle a big one.The food was not very good either. More than one black hair in my food (I dont have black hair), one dish was cold, one was flavorless and the other had way too much batter. Some of the chicken was hard, tough, and very chewy. Poor food, poor customer service does not equate to a return visit. Guess who gets the last laugh...Oh, the owner did say he didnt know who put that on his webpage.....

I was going through the drive through to get me and my 4 year old son some food. As I pulled up to the drive through speaker I sat there for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I finally decided to say hello to the speaker a few times before someone answered me back and she said what do you want! Rather than how may I take your order. Then as I started placing my order she started (rudely) interrupting my order repeating to me (is that all)! In the middle of me clearly speaking. Over and over she kept saying (is that it) or (is that all) but very aggressively toned like she was frustrated. I started finishing my order with my sons meal. I asked what kind of drinks they have available for kids? She said with a (rude and unfriendly tone)...we only have sodas. I then asked what about lemonade do you all have lemonade? She didnt reply and just added it to the screen order. Then I told her that was all. She didnt give me my order total eather. I drove up to the window and asked the girl at the window if she was the one who took my order. She didnt respond to me. I read her name tag her name was (Lyzeth). I made sure she could here me by speaking clearly when she handed me my food I told her I would like to speak to a manager and she said we are to busy right now! I told her I didnt care at that point I was not getting customer service and wanted to make a complaint. She then went and got another co worker who claimed to be the person in charge there. I asked her were the manager or shift supervisor was and she said I could speak to her cause she was the person left in charge.Again feeling like I was getting horrible service. I started to make my complaint about my rude drive through experience to(the person left in charge) and she was also (rude) to me to. I dont even think the person I talked to was a supervisor or manager. I will make sure to make a bad review on google as well. Horrible rude experience is all I can say there is no costumer service anymore. Also I didnt get my vegie spring rolls I ordered and was charged for.

The Silver Chop Stick is the best place in Manteca for take-out Chinese that Ive come across so far. Im rather new in town, so the list of establishments Ive tried is short, but nonetheless, Silver Chop Stick does not disappoint!I definitely recommend this place for take-out or delivery only, as the restaurant is actually a rather dumpy hole in the wall thats not really set up too well for a sit-down dinner. That being said, Id also like to point out that their customer service is absolutely fantastic! Super friendly folks who are always smiling and striving to ensure that your order is exactly the way you want it. The staff here are very friendly and inviting, making you feel welcomed every time we order. They are easy to understand and great at communicating, so there is never any question about whether or not they understood you or if they got the order correct.Pricing is without a doubt the best youll find anywhere. Super big portions, always with enough leftovers for at least two more settings. The food is always more than we can eat. Dinner for two will easily feed four. The food itself is very good, not the best Ive had but still very good.Definitely try them out if youve never been, you wont be disappointed!

They were out of fortune cookies. How can a Chinese restaurant be out of fortune cookies. They also had no tea. I dont drink sodas. The food was good, that place was clean .

Very good food, excellent cashew chicken (fresh, nicely crisp vegetables),and very tasty Mongolian beef. Good sized portions for the price too!First time weve tried this restaurant, it wil be our go to for Chinese food in Manteca. Only reason for 3 star atmosphere is because its to-go only. Very pleasant people though.

Came in on a Sunday after church. They opened at 12, but friendly enough to open their doors at 11:40AM for us.The service was great. Super friendly and accommodating. All smiles and super welcoming.Food was fantastic and we were recommended a local favorite, Salt and Pepper chicken, which did not disappoint.Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. 10/10, will visit again.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Manteca. We moved to Manteca from the Bay Area where we eat Chinese frequently. This restaurant is by far the best. Today 4/3 we picked up our food. The restaurant was impeccably clean and service was great. When you see Asians eating in a Chinese restaurant you know the food is excellent.

I found Anna's Asian Palace on Postmates. I have celiac disease so I called the restaurant first to see if they had gluten free options before placing an order with Postmates because Chinese food can be very difficult to eat for me due to my celiac. The guy that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly nice and understanding!!! After our conversation, I felt confident that I could safely eat here. I placed my order and a few minutes later, the guy from the restaurant called me to tell me that one of the items I ordered can't be made gluten free and listed off a bunch of other items for me to choose from, which was very helpful and made me so appreciative! My food arrived so quickly and it was still hot and fresh! About 20 minutes after my food arrived, the guy from the restaurant called me AGAIN just to make sure I got my food, to see if I liked it, AND to tell me that they have gluten free soy sauce for when I choose to eat there again moving forward!!!! Like, WOW! I'm honestly blown away! The food was DELICIOUS and the customer service I received just from a delivery order was out of this world! Thank you so, so much! You have a faithful customer now ❤️
