Finally a Chinese food place in moreno valley where the food is not greasy or super oily. You can actually taste the ingredients unlike most Chinese food places in moreno valley that drown everything in oily sauces. The noodles are much better here vs Chinese restaurants that seem to use thick flour noodles to to make you think your getting a big portion.

I called the location and spoke with a female supervisor, asking if the hours of operation are correct listed on Google. She stated yes, and that the dinning area was open till 10pm, Drive thru open till 10:30pm. So, I asked her, if I came in at 9pm I can still dine in, She said Yes. So, I showed up @8:15pm, I saw two employees leave and the Kitchen staff was on point. But, when customers started arriving, ordering and started to dine in. All of a sudden, The Panda Express employee started closing the restroom around 8:45pm. Like, really?? My girlfriend is handicapped and the young man didnt even take in any cleaning supplies to the restrooms. It seems he got lost in the restrooms. By 9:00pm, the female supervisor started locking the doors to the dining area. I told her I was the individual that had called earlier in regards to the dining hours. My answer in return was they were understaffed and had to close the dining area. Bogus answer to me. Same staff was working in the store when it was busy. I believe the owners or corporate need to review surveillance systems and look at supervisor handling during high volume customer traffic. And the staff seemed like they didnt want anymore walk-ins, just a drive thru service... I told management they should do better customer service during walk-in hours.

We were looking for a good Chinese food place, ended up in Moreno Valley at this place. Let me tell you, if you like Honey Walnut Shrimp this is the absolute BEST we have ever eaten, the flavor was outrageous. Im not sure what the title of the gentleman that took our order but he was the nicest person. He recommended the Black Pepper Beef as well, if it wasnt for the shrimp Id be ranting and raving about this item. The restaurant was very clean and his hospitality made it even better. I would HIGHLY recommend PANDA BOWL, you will not be disappointed what so ever! Keep up the great work!

Hello Pancake here :) Soooo where do i begin there are 3 Panda Express in Moreno Valley, one on Day Street (VERY friendly Employees), one on Moreno Beach (They want to make sure your order is RIGHT), and..... this one.. Iris and Lasselle... sigh its bad the Employees were fairly new very noticeable...which is fine but it was to the point where all of them were new and had NO idea what they were doing ... every 30 seconds they asked what did i order.... i had 3 plates 2 with Veggies and triple Teriyaki and one plate with all chow mein double black pepper chicken and side of teriyaki chicken soo that was the order (*i know a LOT of teriyaki chicken haha) ANDREW G. was his name he had sort of a temper on him after i looked at the BABY CHICKEN they were serving me.. i mean it was small chicks normally i wouldnt complain but this time OMG... it was smaller breast than a CORNISH HEN so i asked him can i have another chicken added to that he said Well no we are supposed to cut 4 slices of the chicken soo this was 4 slices as he said that there was an issue with the SODA machine that went off it wouldnt STOP running so he had to go help with that he said ah yeah this always happens... (in my mind im like what happened if a child did this and it kept running and he didnt say anything someone fall and slips and hurts themselves...) ANYWAY this post is way too long long story short I WONT BE COMING BACK to this one to me there are ONLY 2 Panda Express and i live .. on Iris .... soo thats saying something~

When I first came here months ago the restaurant looked like nothing special. It looked really simple, white tiles, dirt on the floor. Some paintings on the wall and plants as decorations. The employees are nice. Both times I went they had little kids on a computer watching vids/ doing homework and I assume they're family of the employees or something. Anyways, that's not the point. This is irrelevant because the food was WOW. So good, I assume it's a family owned business which I respect. I literally will never go to Panda Express again as long as this place is open. The portions are real generous and way tastier. I don't like orange chicken but this place makes real good orange chicken. I hope they don't spend much money to renovate the place since the food quality is all that mattered. Although one time I ordered a vanilla smoothie with boba and it came out milky, it was still good. 10/10 food I go here every time I crave Chinese.

Walked in and it reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurants back home. This place did NOT disappoint. From the egg drop soup or “flower soup” to the Sweet and Sour Chicken, the taste was amazing. The lunch portions are definitely filling and the quality of food in my opinion was the best I’ve had during my business stay here in Moreno Valley. Highly recommend and the waitstaff was superb. A1 Service and great tasting food! Definitely coming back!
