This is decent Japanese restaurant with Japanese chef. They serve lunch box everyday of the week. I had lunch box with beef teriyaki and sashimi, there was so much beef and the beef was so tender and juicy. The sashimi melts in your mouth. Overall, its a clean and tasty restaurant of great value.

I have finally found the best Japanese restaurant in Santa cruz. Very fresh sashimi and authentic Japanese sushi. My husband loves their salmon skin hand roll. He said its very flavorful with crispy salmon and large portion. They also have toro sashimi, too.

A Japanese restaurant that takes reservations in Santa Cruz!! Great ambiance (cherry blossoms inside). Very good food, I had katsu and sashimi and both were good. My wife had some rolls and those were also very good. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a Japanese restaurant to try.

If you are craving for freshly made sushi and an authentic quality Japanese cuisine. This is a place that you can’t missed! The best sushi experience I had so far around the Santa Cruz area. Foods are fresh, which is the key of a good Japaneses restaurant!The spider roll were stunning. Highly recommended to try! The other dishes we had were also amazing too!Will absolutely come visit again soon!

The pictures do no justice for the rooms here ♥️ I spent Valentine’s Day and booked the Kyoto room because I’ve always been a fan of Japanese culture and design ..... was so impressed the room was in the back and had its own private garage area and back patio ...... if I had to highlight one thing in the room it’s the amazing tub ..... I could literally stand up in the tub .... they provide amazing bath salts in the room everything was so amazing I truly enjoyed my stay.... the staff were very friendly and nice ..... the breakfast that is served to your room is amazing and close to shopping centers, beach, restaurants.... will definitely booking another room soon ! Can’t wait to explore the other rooms ♥️
