Flame Broiler
152 E Sepulveda Blvd, Carson, CA 90745, United States
The food is very consistently delicious. This restaurant is a permanent option in my family food-to-go list. We mainly order the chicken and its always cooked to perfection. The vegetable are also cooked thoroughly and not overly mushy or crunchy. The rice (both brown and white) are steamed properly giving it enough stickiness to eat easily with chopsticks. They recently changed the sizes of the bowls. I believe it went from a Styrofoam branded bowl to a now recycled plastic unbranded bowl. Probably changed to cut cost and to promote environmentally friendliness. They are shorter then the previous bowls but the mouth is a tab bit wider. I cant say for sure if you get anymore or less food with the new bowls. If you are planning on going to this restaurant during the busy lunch/dinner time I suggest placing a order over the phone. A lot of people visit this place and their have been times where the line queue has been several people long. It is of no fault of the staff. They do their jobs properly and I have no issues with them. This place just constantly have customers.

This establishment thrives off of quality and taste. Its unfortunate I didnt find it, after I ordered the tofu veggie bowl... however, The Clean environment and promptness of the service here is exceptional. The dining area is small and can feel a bit cramped to most however its well-kept. The same can be said about the outside, plenty of parking on both sides of the shop. *getting into the parking lot from both streets is practical. The food taste is questionable: as per to the tofu and veggies bowl, the veggies and Tofu...they need to be more *flame broiled for a much better taste and the vegetables are steamed I dont like steam vegetables and I hope you do... they would taste better if they were stirfried with a touch of sesame seed oil and hint of garlic...this would make an exception dish for vegetarians. As far as the Tofu goes, it needs to be more flame broiled to a crisp if need be for a more robust taste, right now it tastes soft and mushy and not very palatable. Still though overall it was a great experience, staff members are well behaved and quite friendly.

BBQ Night is our first choice for a korean restaurant. The food is good. We like their service. They always check if everything is fine with us and if we still need for anything else.

Great service however you could tell the staff was overworked and running around. Food was unreasonably overpriced we were disappointed with the quality of food as well. As far as atmosphere goes it felt like we were at a rave or club with the choice of music being amplified to the highest volume. We got the beef combo the sides besides the kimchi was flavorless, the turnips were the worst weve ever had at a Korean restaurant. Not coming back not worth it.

bb.q Chicken Lakewood
3205 E Carson St, Lakewood, CA 90712, United States
$5 online promo for email survey participationbb.q Chicken is a Korean fried chicken restaurant. Im quite familiar with the Cerritos location, so upon receiving a $5 online discount for taking an email survey, I wanted to check this place out to see how they stack up to Cerritos.Calamari-In my mind, I thought the calamari would be breaded in tempura. Alas, it was breaded in the same fashion as fish sticks. In addition, the calamari was accompanied by two packets of ketchup. I had to ask for some hot sauce to kick things up a notch. I found the calamari lacking, and glad I didnt pay full price.Service was good. I ordered online, so my order was ready to go upon arrival. A good amount of seating, with parking via a private lot. bb.q Chicken is located across from the Lakewood Country Club.Next time, Ill stick to the chicken. bb.q Chicken is a great chicken shop, but when straying a bit with their calamari, I was less than enthralled. Ill keep that in mind the next time I stop by.

92Kbbq AYCE - Torrance

A great new gem found in Torrance! This place used to be a all-you-can-eat sushi place. This is the first time I visited the place and giving you some tips!Visiting dates - I highly recommend to visit here during weekday lunch or dinner time. The whole area is simply too packed to even find a street parking spot during weekends.Parking - they do have open public parking right next to the restaurant. However, it will quickly fill up because it is shared by other restaurants and bars around.Waiting - although the place is always full, the rotation is quick. We were 8th in line but was able to sit within 15 minutes.Food refills - they have amazing veggies and other side dishes that you can grab any time. This was a big plus points for my family as we LOVE veggies to eat with meat. Any veggies there was very fresh. I wouldn’t recommend any “food” from the refill stand such as fried rice, dumplings, and etc. they weren’t that good. You can also find meat there. I highly recommend Bulgogi. All others were “meh…”Meat selections - they have ton of meat here. But we recommend below on the menu: #2, 4, 7, 8, 16. All other ones were “okay” level. Don’t eat LA Galbi. It’s so tough that I thought I was chewing a rubber duck.Service - you know how you have to wait forever for them to change grills? This place, they will change grill so fast and so often that I swear they are watching you eat constantly haha in other words, GREAT service!!!Cool stuff - in any Korean BBQ place, you will find one of those hanging fan right on top of every table. This place installed fan right around the grill, which will suck in all of smoke as the meat is cooking. Also, almost all food is served via cute kitty robots. If you have a child or children, they will love this place hahaDown side - because of the fan, the grill fire is way too hot. Make sure you put the fire strength to “1 fire.” Otherwise, you’ll end up eating charcoals.Overall rating - if I have to put in order of restaurant in terms of all you can eat k-bbq, it would be the 2nd place, the 1st being ko-ryu-jung. It put it second because of meat quality, although better than most places. The 3rd rank would be Bull BBQ in Gardena.

Came here to try out their boba after coming across an instagram ad. Ordered taro smoothie with bursting boba in chocolate covered cup, popcorn chicken, fried dumplings, and teriyaki. First on the list, Taro Smoothie, it was smooth and taste was great. Compared to other places I go for taro this by far, took place number 1, making its boba time second. The taro smoothie itself was great the strawberry bursting boba didnt have that flavor, hardly taste the syrup from boba like other locations. Will order next time just taro smoothie without the strawberry bursting boba. The chocolate cup itself isnt too sweet so its just right with any drink you choose. Popcorn chicken was great as well taste and texture. Fried dumplings had great taste and crisp. Teriyaki bowl had a nice presentation in the bowl organized well. Other than that, the teryaki chicken the taste wasnt there even with teryaki sauce and it had tendon fat. The macaroni is great and salad as well, just not the teryaki. Finally, I wanted to mention that Im not sure if it was just today since it was my first time trying to order online, but the website online option didnt allow me to make an order. Had numerous errors come up with different cards, I even tried using sisters apple pay, but error popped up as well. The store itself is nice to eat there and stay a while. They do have public wifi so thats a plus. The only problem I had was teryaki bowl with tendon fat and error showing up while trying to make online order. Will come again in future for their taro smoothie it has a smooth delicious taste.

I needed a quick meal before a futbol game and decided to stop here. The restaurant was very clean, staff was friendly and they have vegan options on the menu. Food was made to order. Although it did take time to receive the food, it was so fresh, it tasted amazing and was well worth the wait. I had the Korean style tacos (one veggie and one pollo) and my kiddos had the kids taco meal. We inhaled the food. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed after the futbol game so I couldnt get more before my drive home (lol). I live 2hrs away but I might become a regular because it was just that good.
