Iguanas Mexican Food 2

Dang. My fiance always told me this place was good. But when I ordered for us i ordered the Louie burrito and some enchiladas they charged me 25 dollars and something cents so I expected an awesome ass bomb tasty meal. When I opened it I already knew i wasnt gonna like it. Wayyyyyy too much cheese. The burrito was basically made out of beans and rice I could barely taste the meat. I decided to open it all up and to my surprise there was the smallest portion of steak Ive ever seen. The meat is flavorless and the sauce isnt even spicy at all. Smh. I really expected quality for the price. Ill definitely never return or recommend anyone here. Sorry guys I am very disappointed but then again what do I know right Im only Mexican. When I eat something and its the business I will definitely continue coming but sadly this was not the business. I didnt even eat the d smn thing. This is a wanna be American Mexican place. No tienen nada de sason! );

I ordered chicken noodle soup to go along with wild rice soup. Double check the chicken noodle soup before leaving the restaurant they may not have the right ratio of solids to broth. I opened it at home and it was 80% broth! I will go to the store and talk to the manager and suggest that they have a better system to ensure that when they scoop up the soup that they get a certain amount of solids and then at the broth after that.

It was very first time visited this place on Jan/1/2022So horrible tasted on Gamja Tang, seafood hot noodle and seafood pan cake.The owner was cooked on all my orders and he doesnt know what those tasted should be. I was canceled the seafood pan cake. Then he just brought it put on my table said that I have to pay since I ordered it, otherwise he going to call the police. What a moran!The waitress doesnt know what is the right source for seafood hot noodle so she brought to us the red chillies pepper paste, this source for Sulrong tang soup.So disappointed as myself korean that this kind of restaurant running food business in the name if korean authentic restaurant.All this restaurants main problems are the owner himself. He just proud himself on been running g his business over20 years and price not that high.He doesnt know how make korean foodCan every body like. This restaurants big issues are there is no tasted after all.My Gamjatang, he just put very small size of two pieces of potatoes.Do not deceived by his menus prices ard lower than other restaurant because he doesnt give you enough portion and tasted. He put too much MSG on kimchi and Kkakooghi.Dont ever go there for even first try out.Im the one stopped by today and had big fight with the owner and he ruined my new years day today

I really wanted to like this place. After all, small business owner, minority, fried chicken, good reviews. But in the end it wasnt so. Arrived there and it wasnt busy, we were the only table and ordered a good amount of food trying to support the business. The food came out very fast, too fast. Fries and cheese sticks first. Fries came out soggy and white looking, mozzarella sticks the same way. In the scale of frying, they were lightly yellow. Then chicken came out. Half chicken, not so bad, not a lot of flavor but somewhat tasty. Id give the half chicken a one bite score of 7.1. The wings however were atrocious, like a 0.2. They smelled so bad when you bit near the bloodline. More drummettes than flats which I didnt like, but the drummettes smelled so bad I had to spit it out. These were obviously frozen and thawed, and they smelled like death, a smell like I would never like to remember. The army jiggae was not bad, not great, but not special but helped get the chicken wing smell out of my mouth. Fries soggy, asked them to refry which fixed it but tried to send them a clue by ordering another set of fries extra well done. Instead, the new set of fries came and they were again soggy and white looking. Staff never cared to check on us, didnt take our feedback, and left unsatisfied. A very poor experience with KFC and weve had a lot of KFC. Sorry, I wish I could have at least given 3 stars but I could not. If this was not a family owned place itd be a 1.
Chimak House
16511 Pioneer Blvd #102, Norwalk, CA 90650, United States
What a great addition to the already saturated Korean Fried Chicken market thats in Buena Park/Fullerton. Came here with my buddy Eddie and couldnt be more satisfied.Whats different with Chimak House is the passion driven by the owner. Other places have staff running the house, but here the owner makes sure every order is precisely taken care of and meets your needs.The fried chicken is fresh, crispy and has the right amount of batter. The shocking spicy is truly spicy and meets my level tolerance.With fried chicken, comes sides. You cant eat chicken without them. Sides are delicious here. The white radish gives a cool refreshing after taste after you bite down the on deep fried chicken batter. The coleslaw salad produces a nice crunch and blends well with the homemade thousand island dressing. The corn salad is amazing and provides another layer of dimension as you chomp down on the chicken.Prices are competitive from chicken places in my area and I dont mind the extra drive for better carefully cooked and crafted attention to detail Korean fried chicken. Cant wait to take out from this place again and order more for friends and family.

I love the chicken sandwich, fries and hot sauce ketchup. The food is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. This place is a cozy shop where you can get paperwork done, hold a business meeting or simply have a small getaway from office demands. Thank you for the wonderful service. I will certainly be back for more wonderful food.
Sushi Joint

Great place for quick lunch with good sushi and other options! Pretty large menu. No wait at lunchtime on Monday. We tried the salmon teriyaki combo with spicy albacore roll and a mamasan lunch special (sushi and sashimi pieces). The miso soup and salad that came with our combo and special was good! Not too salty, yay! We are usually picky with our sushi but theirs were pretty good ?. Of course its not going to be as good as a high end sushi restaurant but i would say its above average for the regular sushi lunch place. I loved my salmon teriyaki. Nice portions and great prices! Each of our orders were $12-14. They also have a decent sized parking lot. Very clean restaurant with cute decor and a very nice staff!! I would definitely come back and highly recommend trying. They dont serve alcohol yet but hopefully they can soon! 5 thumbs up!
Woks Deli

Delish 5 star hot and tasty food prepared and served with love and care by the owners. Kudos! $10 lunch includes soup, spring roll, plain or fried rice and a huge entree! Cheaper than going to a fast food place and much more nutritious!May God bless this family and may they open up similar restaurants all over California ?
Angies Mexican Food
14346 Pioneer Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650, United States
I love this place! A friend introduced me to this tiny gem in the city of Norwalk, and I became a regular visitor. From my 2nd visit on, I was greeted like a nephew coming over for dinner at your favorite Tias house. I love their hospitality, very polite & attentive, Im a big fan of customer service & this place gets an A+. The Food is amazing! Formally known as Angies deli now Angies Mexican food. Theyre known for their Tamales, Menudo (my favorite) & Cocido (beef soup stew) the rest of their menu is great! These three items is what keeps customers coming back. To the right of them is Naomi s Mexican food, although their food is good, and their menudo was okay, I will always come back to Angies. The dining area is really small so you may have to wait to be seated but the food is so good you dont mind the wait. If you love that authentic taste in mexican cuisine, I highly recommend Angies to you all. Check their business hours before going, they close in the evenings & one day during the week, Thursday I believe, but please double check. Thanks for listening! Abel.
Sushi Gallery

I cant takeSeeing you w/ himCuz I know exactly where youll beIn his gallery. - Gallery, Mario VasquezThis song is, of course, referring to my Albacore Lovers Roll ;P.Happy Hour 5pm - 7:30pmHad to satiate my sushi hunger pains, so I stopped by Sushi Gallery to quell my fishy desires.Heres the lowdown on my HH order-Albacore Lovers Roll $6.99-Albacore is one of my favorite fish to eat. Its sweet & quite healthy, being chockloaded w/ Omega-3s. Albacore Lovers is an apropos name for the roll since it sports albacore on the inside as well as the outside. 8 pieces. Delicious & well-madeShrimp Tempura Hand Roll $2.50-Good size, w/ nice texture coming from the crispy shrimp tempura, cucumber & nori.I alternated between a couple pieces of the Albacore Lovers Roll & the Shrimp Tempura Hand Roll, w/ liberal helpings of the pickled ginger hither & thither. Both to cleanse my palate & because I just love the freaking stuff.Seating is adequate, with semi-private tables & the bar. Theres a flatscreen TV which had the news on & music being piped in overhead.Why only 3 stars? Unfortunately, there was neither a welcome upon arrival or a thank you upon leaving. Im used to sushi spots shouting IRASSHAIMASE!! before even being completely in the door. There were only a few customers eating, so it wasnt because of being busy.I recommend coming to Sushi Gallery during their Happy Hour. I hope the staff can make a more concerted effort to welcome all of their guests, as there are a plethora of sushi alternatives in the area.NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM
