This was my first time ordering here and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I was so excited because they offer so many vegetarian options and I dont eat meat. I ordered online so I didnt have to wait for my order, I could just pick it up. That worked out horribly. I highly recommend DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I could say they food is great, but the service was not great. I ordered my order online at 7:14pm and did not receive my food until 8:14pm. I watched many different people walk up and order and they all got their food before me. I had informed them I ordered online and told her my name and she told my 5 minutes and I was fine with waiting 5 minutes. I had arrived about 23 minutes after I placed the order. I waited well over 5 minutes and watched a bunch of people get their food before and I asked again and they just had found my order at this point and realized it was never put in and they had to start it then. I was furious, I asked if I could get a discount or something for wasting my time. The lady gave me a small discount, she gave me $11 back on a $50 bill. They offered me drinks, but I dont drink caffeine. They offered a milk tea and never gave it to me. I dont know if my meal was supposed to come with rice, but I didnt get it. This was a pretty terrible first experience because of service only. The food was okay, not great.

Came too this place for the last time tonight, my sister and I ordered 2 different pho bowls one was rare steal and the other veggie, after eating some of the food my sister noticed something black in her soup she looked at it closer and it was a fruit fly we called over our waiter to show him he them walked away and left the plate with the bug and called over the manager or possibly owner she was very upset more at us for letting them know then anything she found the bug and kept trying to push it under the noodles like she couldnt find as we keep pointing it out to her because it kept floating to the top, she was not happy after they walked away I looked at my soup and found anther one I showed it to the same waiter and he just had a look of confusion or guilt like he had seen this before the lady was so rude she wouldnt take the pho off the bill both of our soups had fruit flies never will we go here again not just because of the bug but how the situation was handled it wasnt our fault there was bugs it was the resturants employees and manger or owner.

This was probably the WORST service I have ever gotten at any restaurant I have ever been too.I went February 6th with a friend who I only see a few times a month. We were seated at the same time a party of 8 was seated. We ordered two drinks, an appetizer, soup, and noodles and received our appetizer and drinks quickly. This is where the service went downhill. We waited. And waited. And waited. An hour passed (I was keeping track of the time) and the party of 8, who were seated at the same time as us, were done with their dinner and leaving!! The party of 8 received all their courses while we were STILL waiting for the soup and entree. We got our waiters attention and asked for our check and told him how displeased we were with the wait. He assured us that our food would come soon but we were too grumpy and upset to wait any longer. He went to get the check and told us not to worry about paying.I was so disappointed with the service! I have always heard great things about this restaurant and the one and only time I go I received terrible service.I would advise you to go at your own risk!

Just for future reference and for future customers....be very aware that this establishment DOES NOT provide you with napkins or utensils and you MUST ask for it. There is NO SIGNS informing you of this. Its already tough that COVID19 has an impact on those constantly working the field and the front lines...especially when youre tasked to work in the middle of nowhere... you order a bowl of noodles with normal expetations to have at least some sort of utensils and a napkin. Especially when customers are not allowed to dine-in and your only option is take out ... at least have some peace of mind to provide napkins and utensils. If i remember correctly, this is standard protocol with most take-out.

Last night, around 7:35, my wife, daughter and I went to dinner. My wife found out about this restaurant because she grew up in Ensenada and when she found out there was one here in San Diego, she took me to know.Until yesterday we had not had any complaints, since the prices and so on were reasonable to us, except sometimes one of the cooks has a very contemptuous attitude. Just yesterday we had the one who served and he served in a very bad way unlike the others. We arrived and ordered 2 nomuraki and 1 minoru as usual and they told us that we had to wait at least 40 minutes because they had several unexpected orders (which is obvious ) and well it would take a long time... and when discussing it we decided to wait (even though we were in a hurry and hungry).. at the end they had the orders ready more than 40 minutes later and they were missing ingredients (chilis, chives and more teriyaki sauce or whatever). say) that my wife paid to add extra, we noticed the shortage and they told us that they had already put it in (we showed her that it didnt have anything they said) and the girl said that it was probably because they ran out, since When the young man came out of the bathroom, I was going to tell him. When the young man came out, the girl turned away from him to avoid asking until my wife asked her if she could add what she was missing because what she had asked for was nothing... the girl told my wife that She asked the boy because she was scared of the boy because of how he acted and she didnt want any problems because, as a client, it would be better for my wife to ask for it. My wife kindly asked the young man if he could please add the ingredients so we could leave and he said no, it was already late (it was half an hour before closing) and that he was not going to do it, so my wife asked him if he could cut the ingredients a little. chili peppers and the young man said that those chili peppers couldnt be cut and that he wasnt going to do it, my wife offered to cut them and he told her no so as not to take up his time, and he made fun of my wife, and the girl told him to my wife who therefore did not want to ask the young man for anything because of how he was going to behave in what my wife thought was a completely absurd attitude given that as clients they charge us something that they did not give us and on top of that they are arrogant and even threatening and The poor girl is scared, we will file a complaint because they did not want to return our money, we will not return to that place thanks to the young man and above all we will not recommend it, what a bad experience.
Sieu Thi Thuan Phat Supermarket

The products and the prices are ok, but the customer service is the worst I have ever come across in many years. They were dishonest, rude, insulting, and dont know their products.Last night I tried to return a whole frozen durian that was not ripe. I buy these several times a year so I know the fruit well and occasionally some are not good. After showing them it wasnt ripe, the woman helping me insisted it was good and didnt want to return it. When I persisted that it wasnt ripe she said she knew better because she was Asian and I was not Asian. She said the insides were hard – because it was frozen, but it was clearly not frozen anymore after two days...Then a man (who happens to be Asian by the way) comes to help her, concedes that it isnt ripe and says if I take it home and let it ripen it will be ok. Well, once fruit is frozen it cannot ripen after being defrosted – it needs to be ripe before freezing. After they lost those arguments, they pointed out that their return policy was 24 hours. But they would give me an even exchange, and asked me to go shopping and bring my items to the return desk. The previous arguments could be attributed to their ignorance about durian, but what happened next is where they were truly dishonest. When I returned with a durian of lesser value/weight and some miscellaneous items to bring the value up to what I was exchanging it for – they short changed me by not allowing me to get the other items.Anyway, if you are looking for better customer service try 99 Ranch Market - thats where I will be going. They have a 7 day return/exchange policy and if the durian is not ripe or bad – they exchange it no questions asked. This is a fruit that is $20 each, and needs 24 hours to defrost, so its not worth getting stuck with a bad/unripe one. And shame on that woman for saying that since I wasnt Asian I didnt know better even after another Asian man there conceded that the durian was not ripe.
