So I have been eating here for years and always recommend it ; however the last two times I don't know what's going on over there ..I ordered from Door Dash about a month ago chicken tacos for pick up and I get home and they are beef and then today I called in order in and ordered three orders of chicken tacos so a total of eight and I get there and they're all beef and when placing the order I repeated myself and he repeated it back to me obviously they're not transposing the orders correctly but they're also costing the restaurant money with incorrect orders like this. I also ordered an enchilada with green sauce and it was so unsavory with the rubbery grilled chicken and the thick heavy sauce I couldn't eat itI mentioned to the gentleman that took my order that this happened two times in a row not to mention last time I didn't want to drive all the way back and exchange beef for chicken and today I had to sit there and wait another 30 minutes for them to prepare the correct order I shared my dismay .. I asked could he at least comp me the Aqua Fresca for $5 He said” no “ but they would give me free chips and salsa which I did not think was a fair consolation prize but obviously was not going to turn it down even though the original order from a month ago should've been offered to me ?! When I got home chips and salsa wasn't even in the bag ! He forgot ?♀️ I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore wondering what happened to the good food and the excellent service of the past maybe I will try again someday But very disappointed in both quality and service. Am I wrong here!?

Every time i ordered a sandwich i asked for extra sauce, which i got only One Time. sauce i paid for never showed with my sandwich. my order was made wrong, including ingredients i asked not to be on there. what if i or someone else had an allergy?the breaking point was this photo here, the second time i DID get the extra sauce i PAID for (finally), only to be disappointed in whatever this goop is? like thanks for giving me rotten sauce that i paid for.my last review was removed. i will try once more, the short and sweet way.

Never again. After reading other reviews, it all makes sense. If the owners hire the bottom of the barrel, their service will be at the bottom. And it is. My first review was deleted. I guess being honest isnt in Googles rule book. I paid for a delivery and never got it. I was very fortunate and received lots of excuses and even hung up on by what I thought was a high schooler, but it was the manager. Fifty bucks isnt a big deal, but im one of fortunate ones. What if this was far a family struggling and planned on having those pizzas for dinner and lunches the next day. It was already late evening when I ordered and they DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME AND EXPLAIN THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BRING MY FAMILY DINNER. Id still be waiting if I hadnt called them.I cant think of any reason why they couldnt call. Maybe its too much to ask. Maybe COVID is way more destructive than we thought. Its probably Trumps fault for not calling thay manager and giving her detailed instructions on how to handle such an extraordinary situation. It has to be, according to Pizza Guys management team, they did nothing wrong. Iys not their responsibility to take care of their customers.Needless to say, spend your money elsewhere. In todays economy, if a business cant provide decent service or at least the items PAID FOR, they should go away. Support the business that deserve it. And I do truly hope by they have at least a few illegal workers and health code violations.

I was in Discovery Bay visiting family. Decided to skip a big meal prep and order take n bake instead. I went in to place an order for the NY pizza. And requested to have it made without the sausage. I was told that wasnt possible. All of their pizzas were already assembled for the day. I said... well cant u make one for me now? Their response was No. I have never heard such a thing! I know its do-able cuz I had ordered the same thing at another store near my home and had no problems. PLUS... I was the only person in the place. Its not like they were busy. SO....I called the next closest store which was like 7-10miles away and asked if they would honor my order request. Without hesitation they said of course.

Came just after opening for a meetup with some friends. Was confused at first as the outside hours said 11 but the Google page and their sign said open so I tried the door and they were, in fact, open. The employees were super nice, I ordered from the kiosk and chose a honeydew smoothie with aloe. Sat and waited for friends and my drink. Drink was ready fairly quickly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of early morning, rainy day, bubble tea shop before friends arrived. The chalk wall was a nice touch and the Ponyo and Anya were a nice addition to it. A friend brought their one year old who enjoyed greeting everyone who walked in. Everyone was very nice about it. A friend ordered a waffle which they didnt enjoy and split it with my other friend. I wish there were other snack options, but whatever. Ill definitely be back for more honeydew drinks.

We recently tried out the newly opened Tandoori Pizzaria in Brentwood, and it turned out to be a delightful experience for our taste buds. We ordered a small tandoori pizza, small garlic cheese bread, and a mix of tandoori and achari chicken wings.The small tandoori pizza was great. Topped with tandoor chicken, onions, parsley, and scallions, it was a flavorful twist on the classic pizza. Notably, it wasnt overly spicy, making it accessible for all palates. The crust had the perfect balance, offering a nice bite that complemented the toppings well.The garlic cheese bread, ordered for our son, was a hit. It was the ideal combination of cheesy goodness and garlic flavor. A simple yet satisfying addition to our meal.The chicken wings came in two varieties - tandoori and achari. The tandoori wings packed a spicy punch, while the achari wings had a delightful kick to them. Both were well-cooked and seasoned, showcasing the diversity of flavors.The pros of our experience included the delicious pizza, attentive customer service, and the owners friendliness. Its evident that they take pride in their food and want customers to have a positive dining experience.However, the absence of background music was a slight drawback. Although they had the game on with volume, some tunes would have enhanced the overall ambiance. Additionally, we were informed that the beer selection was temporarily unavailable due to pending permits. This was a minor inconvenience, but we appreciated the transparency about the situation.In summary, Tandoori Pizza is a welcomed addition to Brentwoods culinary scene. As a family that loves Indian food and has missed the unique experience of Indian pizza since leaving San Jose, we are excited to have found a place that brings these flavors to our new neighborhood. Despite the small hiccups, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we look forward to returning for more tasty pizzas and friendly service.

My wife, Jasmin, and I got married at Wedgewood on June 5, 2021 after postponing our wedding twice due to COVID. We had no problems rescheduling our May 30, 2020 and October 31, 2020 wedding dates to the above date without having to pay any extra charges.PROS- Cocktail Hour and Reception food and service were amazing. The staff attended consistently brought food out from the kitchen to be served to our guests. Our guests couldnt get enough of the food.-Individual personnel were so attentive and personable.CONS- We had 4-5 Wedgewood Representatives who either worked at the Brentwood site or another location in the East Bay. We had to repeat ourselves a couple of times to the new person we had for the next meeting. Sometimes the information does not get transferred to the next person who is working with us which got frustrating at times. Additionally, my wife and I had an uncomfortable meeting with one of the representatives, Megan Rounke. She did not really listen to the vision we had and often referred back to her own wedding in terms of the colors she chose which were total opposites of what we wanted.- You wont know who your Day of Coordinator for your wedding until the Rehearsal Dinner. For our wedding, we did not have our Day of Coordinator available for the Rehearsal Dinner so we had to deal with a different person during rehearsal, which was Arlene Munoz. She absolutely did not go over any details extensively during the 1 hour we were supposed to have her. Arlene was more preoccupied to the wedding she was coordinating after our rehearsal. Make sure you insist that you know who your Day of Wedding Coordinator is at least a week before the wedding.Our primary communication was with Lisa Quinn. We had an amazing time working with Lisa as she worked with us for the major details of our wedding. Lisa was professional and gave us the important insights especially for details that we have not covered.Alan Buetow was a great help during the day of the wedding as he made sure that my wife and I had the signature cocktail drinks for our guests. He followed our directions specifically when to bring out the champagne we brought for each table toward the couple toasts. The most pleasant guy to work with. He also managed to retrieve some items we left at the venue including my wallet which ended up in one of the boxes. Alan was so helpful and professional throughout our entire experience.Bianca Chang was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. She was one of the first Wedgewood Representatives that we interacted with during our venue search from 2019 and my wife and I were so happy that she got to be our Coordinator for our special day. Bianca was so personable, kind, and transparent and was instrumental in navigating us during our wedding. Our Wedding Party had all high praises for how Bianca communicated with them and collaborated to make our wedding a huge success. She also helped out my wife to fix her bustle when it broke twice during the event. Totally went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we are so very grateful. Thank you so much Bianca for your professionalism and expertise which made this entire experience so memorable!Ashley Mei Gan was the other coordinator during the day of our wedding. She worked closely w/ Bianca to make sure all the little details were perfect. I remember her handing me the first signature drink of the night to ensure that it was to my liking. Ashley and Bianca worked hard to fix my wifes bustle after it broke twice and I could not have been more grateful that my wife had people by her side during this time of crisis during the wedding. Ashley was super professional but also very personable which contributed to setting the tone for the evening. Thank you soooo much Ashley!

Today I had one of the worst experiences shopping today. So I'm going to get straight to the point. I shop here all the time and the staff is very friendly. However today 6/4/23 at check out I was checked out my Jason S. He was so rude he greeted me with an attitude and when I asked Jason S. “How was his day going” he ignored me. He then slammed all my groceries and told the gentleman to use only one bag and he packaged the bag to the max which end up breaking. I'm not saying Jason S is racist but the white family before me did not Get their items slammed and he was very pleasant with them so I mean if the shoe fits! Jason S. Does not fit the Trader Joe's culture at all in my opinion he needs to be retrained or not work so closely with customers e.g cashiering!

The drive through line is all ways crazy line which isnt a huge deal other than the fact that it is dangerous. The line spills out all the way into the main road at times and is always long enough to create blocking issues on multiple of the turn in streets to get to the whole shopping center. I feel this isnt fair for those trying to get through not going to in and out or those waiting in the in and out line waiting as cars constantly pass them by inches from their cars or driving on incoming traffic lanes to get around. Very unsafe. However the food is amazing as always and the line goes quicker then youd think. Would give 5 stars if they addressed the safety issue.UPDATE: I am thrilled how the changes in their traffic flow has changed the overall environment of going through that intersection. Significantly safer and just about the best they could do without real construction changes to the parking lot. I would prefer this to happen as its current fix could have potential issues down the line, but till then. Great job addressing a very serious issue! Changing to 5 stars!
