Lemonade Restaurant
4400 W Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA 91505, United States
Food is great - especially for a quick bite or takeout. During rush times the parking lot and tables can fill up. There are a couple steps to climb - so might be a little tricky for ADA. Think the back door might be street level - will check next time. gender neutral restrooms. Truly healthy fare with some nice desserts! Great restaurant for vegans, vegetarians and healthy eaters! Both hot and cold options and options for meat eaters too.

Life Rooted Restaurant
2202 N Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504, United States
During quarantine, I wanted to get out of the house and eat a more refined pizza than the Digiorno's I have in my freezer. Life Rooted satisfied my craving for a delectable meal, and I am now a recurring customer! Here are my favorites from what I order:1. BRUSCHETTA (Appetizer) ?10/10, I would recommend this to EVERYONE. My brother ordered this and I took a bite to try and almost finished the entire plate myself! I don't even like tomatoes, yet I found this to be my favorite appetizer. Fresh, healthy, and packs a flavorful punch. Definitely coming back for more.2. Meat & Potatoes (Appetizer) ?The appetizer is one of the larger portion sizes, so it should be shared amongst a few people, or it can be eaten as a meal for one. These meatballs are very hearty. The potatoes are whipped to perfection and the entire dish comes together with the gravy dressing. The dressing consists of this earthy, mushroom flavor and it is not too heavy so it goes well with the meat and potatoes. I had some gravy leftover and used it to dip with my fries! Delicious, delicious, delicious.3. Sweet Sopressata (Pizza) ?Wow… I have eaten a lot of pizza in my lifetime, and I haven't tried anything like the Sweet Sopressata before. The sweetness comes from the honey and I never thought of a pizza combination with that ingredient. This dish was very impressive, to say the least.4. Insalate (Pizza) ?This pizza has definitely become a staple for my family. The sweetness from the fig compliments the prosciutto very well. The pizza is topped with arugula and herb ricotta cheese. There are a lot of components to this pizza and it comes with a nice presentation for that Instagram post!

Salomi Indian & Bangladeshi Restaurant
11009 Burbank Blvd UNIT 116, North Hollywood, CA 91601, United States
Hello,This is my official review for this restaurant.I highly recommend and greatly approve of this establishment. Even after much critique and a return visit. I have confirmed the food here is amazing the sauces and spices used within are to be commended upon. The Lamb Tikka Masala is great as well as it is my second time ordering it.I have eaten a couple appetizers ( Meat and Vegetable Samosa) with the Mint sauce and Tamarind sauce which are both exquisite, even an infusion of the two sauces really is appealing to the palette. As well have I tried the Prawn Poori. If you read negative reviews pay them no mind, I am hardest on the critique of an establishment. This place is well worth the visit as well as it good on price for the quality of the food. Go here and try some great dishes. Thanks to all who took their time to read my review. Thanks and Cheers!-Georges

WOW. This location was BAD! Very, very, VERY bad!!!Where should I start? I suppose with entering the restaurant, where things only went from bad to worse.First off, there was only a few people in line, and yet it took so long for them to take ANY of their orders. They would just ignore other people waiting after finally taking care of ONE person.Later, as I was eating, I overheard someone trying to pick up an order tell an employee that she felt bad for the ONE (1!!!) gentleman that had been waiting for several minutes and they still hadnt gone over to take his order. As for me, I ordered through the app for pick-up, but it (unsurprisingly) wasnt ready at the pick-up time. After asking about my order, they eventually started working on it a few minutes later while I stood there waiting. Then what did they do after they finished it? Not bring it over to me, but rather just set it down behind the counter. I then tried to find anyone that I could get the attention of to simply hand it to me.Its not like there werent any staff - just that they all seemed to be desperately avoiding any customers that were trying to pick-up orders or place orders. And as I said before, its not like it was a mad house in there! There were only a few other people inside at any given time, despite it being what shouldve been a primetime for visitors. Retrospectively, considering the quality of service and food here, that isnt all that surprising.Anyways, as I waited, I had plenty of time to look around the space, which was extremely messy and unkempt all over. There was literally a massive pile of dirty bowls, napkins, and cups all over the water station/utensil area, as the trash cans were stuffed to the brim. Not a single table was clean, and despite plenty of staff, no one was making any effort to clean anything.Im usually not one to make a big deal about things such as this in a fast casual spot, but it was literally unacceptable how messy and poorly managed the entire space was.So, on to the actual food (once I FINALLY received it after trying to find someone that would hand it to me)!First impressions, I could immediately tell that it was ridiculously under portioned and didnt come close to reaching the fill line that the bowl has inside.Secondly, it didnt contain any of the bread that I had requested when I ordered it.Luckily, I had checked before leaving, so I asked for some bread. I wasnt pleased with the rest of the salad either, but decided not to make a fuss about it.Nevertheless, once eating the actual salad, it was...AWFUL. Nothing had been properly chopped or prepared. AT ALL. Entire chunks of cucumber and other toppings clearly had just been thrown in without any preparation. On top of that, what was supposed to be a lime squeeze was literally just a piece of lime thrown into the bowl and buried at the bottom of it, which I almost bit into!A few years ago, I worked at a Sweetgreen, and I KNOW that nothing about this preparation would have been considered acceptable. Whatsoever. My partners salad was similarly under portioned and he was displeased with it as well, but Ill leave it to him to share his thoughts in a review. Now, I havent been to Sweetgreen in about a year, and I dont know if all the locations are like this now or if this one is just a bad apple, but it has definitely left me with no desire to return to Sweetgreen. At the VERY LEAST, something is very wrong with the management at this location that the company should look into and change up.The way things are being run, in my opinion, is COMPLETELY unacceptable.I dont blame the employees, but the management of this restaurant for a situation that hits the deadly trio of:1. Terrible Customer Service & Speed.2. Terrible Food Quality & Preparation.3. Unsanitary, Messy, & Unkempt Dining Spaces.I know for a FACT I will never return to this Sweetgreen location, and it has also put me off from returning to Sweetgreen as a WHOLE in the future.

Ikes Love & Sandwiches
302 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, United States
Just stopped in for lunch while in Burbank and had one of the BEST sandwiches I can remember! The bread is amazing, the menu is extensive (even for vegetarians like myself), and the service is great. I love hot sandwiches, and there are rarely veggie options at most chains, so this place blew my mind. Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was clean and centrally located, and the staff was having a good time. Highly recommend, will return soon!

Flavor of India Burbank

Love this restaurant! Great location, comfortable and beautiful interior, and friendly staff. Most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS! The dinner entree prices are a bit steep, but I highly recommend the lunch buffet! $12.95 (I believe) for amazing quality food, with great vegetarian options. I love the naan and the samosas especially. Definitely recommend! :)

Indias Tandoori Burbank
142 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, United States
I am of East Indian descent and let me mention that the highly popular chicken tikka masala dish is supposed to be made from chunks of seasoned, marinated white meat chicken broiled in a charcoal-fired tandoor which is a special type of cooking oven. Nearly all dishes advertised as chicken tikka masala are actually chicken cooked directly in masala sauce and are almost always overcooked. Chicken tikka is delicious and juicy. So when I arrived, I asked to order the sauce on the side which would require the restaurant to actually make the chicken tikka in the tandoor. The server said okay and then I received a bill for chicken tikka grill $12.99 on a silly sizzling platter (like fajitas but tikka is not cooked on the platter) and a bed of onions and green bell pepper which makes no sense to me since this is not a traditional presentation. This is more like modified to mimic Latin food? Unknown why they do that, it is nonsense. Then the bill had $7.99 for the sauce! All I asked for was sauce on the side so I knew that they were broiling the chicken in the tandoor. Service was sedentary but friendly.

Hummus Republic
313 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, United States
Best casual dining restaurant in LA.Do you like Tex mex? Yeah, well, I did, but now I'm over it after having this. There's a new player in town and I'm putting my mouth where my money is (or where it goes to say the least).Hummus Republic.Andy provides exceptional upbeat service with a superior healthy vegan product. He is very accommodating and hospitable. I get the falafel bowl, with a warm grilled pita bread on the side, with a mix of couscous, garbanzo beans, three kinds of hummus spreads, toasted chick peas, a grilled jalapeño, grilled eggplant, freshly prepared 6 falafels balls, topped with an array of salads and veggies, chile sauce and vegan dressings. Mmmm. I'm making myself hungry again just writing this. And I just finished a bowl!I highly recommend this place. and let the experience speak for itself. This place is incredible! Generous portions ( somebody get me a stretcher), and very delicious foods. I never walk out hungry. There are plenty of vegan options. I will definitely be back! ( And I have definitely been back! ) This is an amendment to my original post. (And yes, my enthusiasm authentically matches the taste and experience of enjoying this food. )

Yard House
100 E Palm Ave, Burbank, CA 91502, United States
Friday night, pretty busy, sets the scene.I can only talk about my experience at the bar. It was happy hour, and the atmosphere was great!I cant remember his name, but our bartender was definitely on it. The minute I mentioned Italian amaro, he knew that I knew what was up.Yard House only carries one Amaro at this location, Nonino. I ordered 2 oz, over ice in a highball, topped off with tonic water. Our bartender made it perfectly! Just the right amount of ice to tonic water ratio. Very refreshing.Id say the service was five stars, Id give him a six star Uber rating if I could. One thing that bugged me though was that one of the female bartenders came over, and tried to hustle his tip from us. She was kind of doing that towards the last part of the time we were at the bar. Whats up? You like stealing other bartenders tips when you didnt do a single thing for us the whole time we were there? Lol. Just saying!Anyways, we made sure to tip our bartender a little extra cash on the side. It was his, and solely His work that made our night extraordinary. So hes the one that deserves the cash.Let that be good advice to anyone reading this. If one bartender is taking care of you most of the night, thats the person who should get the tip.Anyways, for what this place is, and for the variety of beers they have on tap, which is what theyre known for, and for the exceptional service we received on a busy Friday night, thats the main reason I give this place five stars.Though we didnt get anything to eat this particular evening, I know from the food being delivered all around us, the Boneless wings, the chicken nachos, and the chicken lettuce wrap are definitely something yall should consider ordering on your visit. You definitely will not be disappointed.
