Dough Boys Pizzeria - Pies, Pints & Wings
255 Clovis Ave #115, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
I was eagerly excited to try this new pizza place in town, and it does not disappoint! The atmosphere inside, accompanied with the welcoming energy from all the workers, made my first visit unforgettable. A multitude of pizza flavors and wings almost made it a hard choice, but I will definitely be back to try them all due to how phenomenal the food was. Pizza is pizza, but this place is simply next level and I urge everyone to try it out! I gave The Flyin Hawaiian pizza a try and it was immaculate and is certainly a go to flavor for me now. Wings here absolutely slap and it's now a goal to try each flavor. For being a new place in town, youd think there would be small hiccups, but the food and customer service were nothing shy of brilliant. Riley not only welcomed me with a warm smile, but she also helped me decide on what flavor to get. On top of that, she made sure all my needs were taken care of as well as the other customers there. I am for sure going to recommend this place to all my friends and family, because it is deliciously amazing!
Pieology Pizzeria Trading Post, Clovis
870 Herndon Ave Ste. 101, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
I love to eat at the Pieology near Fresno States Savemart Center. Its one of my favorite places to go for lunch with my mom just before (or after) going to a movie. So we were both excited when one opened closer to her home in Clovis. Weve eaten here several times and unfortunately it has been a hit or miss at this location. Most recently I had a side salad where the lettuce was not just wilted but slimy. The salad wasnt even chilled. They agreed, apologized and made me a fresh one to replace it. It was better but still not very fresh. Another time they gave my mom her pizza without cutting the slices. Luckily we were eating in and so she had them cut it. Lastly...make sure to pay attention while they put on the toppings. They tend to be lopsided. I was so busy chatting with Mom and catching up that I didnt notice I had chicken just on half of the slices and not the whole pizza. Anytime we had an issue they were always great about trying to make it right. So, Ill still go back...just need to make sure to order a fresh prepared side salad and not one already made. Also, ill need to keep an eye on them as they top the dough and check the box before I leave to make sure the pizza is cut into slices. ??
Taco Bell
830 Herndon Ave, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
I was just about to compliment how nice and friendly the DT order taker was, and the DT cashier shoves my drink in my face and tells me my total with no hello or anything. Okay. Fine. But whos training these kids? How long have you been working there, and this is acceptable behavior? The service here is always C average, and varies with which team you get. My quesadilla was not cooked, and I asked to have it lightly grilled. Crunchwrap was not spicy, and I asked for the spicy. I asked and was charged for sour cream on my taco, and did not receive such. To say the least, Im mad.And then I go inside the restaurant. I talk to the manager in a civil manner, and explain to him the reason I kept coming back despite the mediocre service was because the food was always correct, and he personally went to the back to see the line, as the cashier that helped me personally correctly made my food. She and the manager apologized profusely, the manager shook my hand and thanked me for my feedback, and while I am scared to return because it is a long drive just to come back because my order was wrong, I will never forget how excellently and professionally this situation was handled. Good job guys .
Papa Murphys Take N Bake Pizza
619 Shaw Ave, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
I have always loved Papa Murphys, its a fast and easy dinner idea, especially the Chicago stuffed pizza. There was a mistake on the pizza, I dont know if it was on our end or theirs, when we went to pick it up my husband was going to just pay for another pizza and without hesitation they made another pizza and didnt charge him for it, they just fixed it. I have been to many different PMs all over the state and have always had a good experience!!!
Taco Bell
1097 N Willow Ave, Clovis, CA 93611, United States
Literally the worst Taco Bell in Fresno they do this all the time. I drove all the way over here on a Saturday it says they close at 2 a.m. I literally got in the parking lot at 1:51 a.m. on June 1st 2019. lady says order when youre ready right when Im about to put my order and she goes actually sorry I cant take your order were closed in the rudest voice possible. Then Im like you guys dont close for another 10 minutes and she literally turns off her mic and doesnt answer me I said hello probably 10 times. I left a recording if you guys want to watch it I posted it on the Yelp page and Google . I literally hate when restaurants do this I understand you want to get out and youre cleaning your grills but you should start cleaning when the restaurant actually closes. It saves people like me the hassle of driving all the way the hell over here for no reason. I could understand if I arrived like 2 minutes before but I literally got there 10 minutes before closing thats pretty early to start turning off your equipment. Seriously needs to train their staff better bunch of freaking idiots working here !

Tandoori Pizza

Great place, fast service, neat and clean store. One of our familys best dine out restaurant. My mother is pure vegetarian, and they keep vegetarian apart from other items, and would highly recommend to anyone who is vegetarian.
ARARAT MARKET
497 Clovis Ave #205, Clovis, CA 93611, United States
I usually shop at another Mediterranean store on Shaw, but they were closed for remodeling the store. I then googled the nearest Mediterranean market near me and the closest one to us at the time while driving was Ararat Market.First, I want to say how clean and organized the store was. The owner was kind and friendly. The lady at the cash register was very polite and friendly, I happened to be at the front counter for her to check out my items. There was a lady who happened to walk in and had grabbed two jars of grape leaves and spoke to the lady at the front in Aremnian. They were conversing back and forth while I was waiting for my items to be checked out. (Mind you, there was also another customer behind me) The lady at the front grabs her (the lady that had walked in) credit card and checks her out before me. Now, I didnt say anything, but my husband kindly and respectfully asked the cashier that we were at the counter first to check out items and all she could say was Sorry, I didnt mean to offend you! It was a teachable moment, so he explained to her it is the principle Maam! Of course, the cashier and the other lady she was helping was having a quick dialogue. The lady that walked in to grab those quick items didnt even ask if she could quickly check out her items nor did the cahier ask Would you mind if I check out her items? I only had one more item than the other lady. I would have gladly done so, but they did anyway. The moral of this situation is to Do unto others as you would have others do unto you! I definitley will visit again because there are some other products I wanted to check out. I will gladly visit again. I love to support local businesses!I also snapped a photo of the prices of the following products and will compare to other Mediterranean markets for those customers that like to compare prices.Shalom!Gina
The Craft House
760 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
Checked this place out today because they seemed to offer good food (including V options) and are close to home. I was impressed to find even more vegetarian/plant based options on their menu than I expected going in. My co-diner had no dietary restrictions and she also loved the options. We had good beer and amazing food! The lemon vinaigrette for the salad…. Please try it! You’ll want it by the pint! The restaurant was very busy, and our service was lacking BUT the owner Greg made sure we were aware of their challenges and took care of us in the end. We’ll be back, and I suggest you give them a try!
Fusion Indian Cuisine & Chaat Corner
1210 Shaw Ave #103, Clovis, CA 93612, United States
The restaurant itself exudes a welcoming ambiance with its beautiful interior design. The use of yellow in their décor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, complemented by ample seating. The open chaat bar concept is a feature that I particularly enjoyed, allowing me to watch as many of the chaat dishes were freshly prepared right before my eyes. As an avid fan of Indian chaat, my expectations were high, and Im pleased to report that they were met and exceeded. The staff greeted me warmly upon entry and swiftly escorted me to a table. The owner/manager made a point to personally apologize for past closures, a gesture I appreciated for its sincerity. My order included Pani Puri (Gol Gappa), a butter chicken protein bowl, raita, their new chicken tacos, and a sweet lassi on the side. The Pani Puri was exceptional, with each piece boasting the perfect crunch and an explosion of flavors. The butter chicken protein bowl, accompanied by garlic naan, was both delicious and satisfyingly filling. The chicken tacos, a new addition to their menu, were a unique fusion. The owners openness to feedback and immediate implementation of my suggestions resulted in an improved version that was truly flavorful. The sweet lassi complemented the meal perfectly, offering a refreshing counterbalance to the spices. And to round off the meal, I indulged in an Indian-style coffee, which was a delightful end to my dining experience. The attentive service at Fusion Indian Cuisine & Chaat Corner was noteworthy. The staff frequently checked in on customers and were diligent in maintaining cleanliness, enhancing the overall experience.
