I was fooled when i walked into this establishment. the restaurant was clean, and beautiful.. better then eve seen locally, so i expected my food to be great. i ordered shrimp fried rice and i asked if they have options to make it spicy with hot sauce. they said yes. once i got to work and opened my plate, i noticed they mixed my rice with a handful of chili flakes and not a sauce. i overlooked that and started to prepare my plate the way i like it. first bite, rice was hard but you know i tried to give it a chance. i ate 2 bites and couldnt do it. its like they only cooked the rice for 5 mins. i called to notify them and when i tell you i got the absolute WORST customer service. the man kept over talking me and wouldnt even listen to me. he was ruse and kept cutting me off and had issues with accommodating me. i guess i can say i shouldve known this place was too good to be true. i would never go back to this place, i probably wouldve given it another chance if they werent so rude.
Taco Bell
1990 Ostrems Way, San Bernardino, CA 92407, United States
We've been going to this Taco Bell at least couple times a week . We drove through and ordered food a couple days ago on Friday night and we decided to eat in their parking lot, they forgot to give us half of the order, so I figured no big deal. I went and tried to go inside. The door was closed at that time, knocked on the doorNobody respond,I went to one of the windows where they can see me knocked on the window, same person that was handling our order looked at me didn't even bother to come closer to see what's going on. He stayed behind the counter there's about 50 feet between me outside and them inside. I showed the receipt and I was talking a little loud so they can hear me saying you forgot some of my order. he looked at his manager I guess her name Yvonne by the way she's very rude she could've handled this completely different,, same person that screwed up my order disrespectfully pointed his finger for me to go around, at this time there's about 15 cars in the drive-through so I walked to the drive-through window and I showed the receipt they didn't even bother to open the window, so I called the number on the receipt. Same route manager, answered the phone and right away,She said in very rude manner I have no time to deal with you right now we are busy, call the 800 number,I said, you charged me and you didn't give me part of the order and she hung up, I couldn't believe somebody put this person in charge .my wife suggested we drive through and talk to the manager and this time I drove through like they requested like we have nothing to do but deal with their unprofessional service, I get to the window instead of her saying sorry for wasting our time and offer her apology. And give me my money back or at least the rest of my order, she wouldn't open the window and she start smiling and laughing and she said she's not giving me money or my food that paid for.I wish I can give no star at all, Too bad taco Bell, hires unprofessional manager like Yvonne, to ruin our night, and the reputation.
Pizza Fuego
171 W 40th St, San Bernardino, CA 92407, United States
Pizza was great for the cheap price, it was a little dry and could use more sauce..they have got to use a better system..gal on the phone said ready in 10min at .6:57..took my time got there in 15 min..7:12..there was a line out the door...i litterly stood in line staring at my pizza with my name on the ticket for 27 min..i got out of there at 7:39..really bad....after being a manager in the restraunt ind. For manny years...i found out about this cool system especially when you have 2 available regesters..its called a PICK-UP vrs WALK-UP regesters...1 for walkups, 1 for pick ups...sad to see these gals are getting there asses kicked because management cant see the value in a better system...secrete to a happy restraunt is to move the hot food fast. Clear out your rack.....7 other people in line were pretty pissed too, i herd them snicker...gal could have cleared over half the line in 4 min by just LOUDLY calling out the ready orders like PICK UP FOR BOBBY..LOL!!Please Use simple hanging signs like pick up! Or phone orders!!!One gal clears the line....the other gal could book walkup orders cutting wait times for both walk ins and phone in orders...bet they would get more pizza out the house every single shift.... i could approxmate this change could increase monthly sales at this location by 12 percent...while realiving preassure on the staff
Jackpot Thai
2160 S Waterman Ave # C, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
The place is small and I would suggest only doing takeout. The food is a mix. Originally had their pad kee mow which was good but not great. This last time I had their pad thai. I never finished the plate. Halfway through it I just threw it away. I felt I was eating a plate full of cereal. It was way to sweet for my liking. Also, the first time I went in there they had my meal ready and was a breeze to get in and out, this last time they didnt have my order ready, ended up waiting for them to cook it cause they hadnt even started. I showed up at the time they told me it would be ready. I didnt show up early.
Taco Bell

Unfortunately the 2 kiosk were not working correctly inside it took the money but not the order so the workers had to figure out what everyone ordered from the kiosk it made the ordering process a bit stressful even when I waited for a while for my order and just wanted a refund at that point but the workers did everything they can to make it right under the circumstances workers did 10/10 but the manager needs to be more available for the employees to help them in stressful moments like this
Nekter Juice Bar
27511 San Bernardino Ave #220, Redlands, CA 92374, United States
Ive been here twice with two very different experiences. Both times I came because I got a coupon in the mail for a free 12oz drink. The place looks really nice and hip, and right when you walk in you smell fruits and vegetables. My first experience: The employees were really friendly. I asked the girl at the register what drink she recommended for me, and she gave me four recommendations. I ended up going with the first smoothie on the menu - the berry banana burst. It was good! Just what youd expect from the name, and you could tell it was healthier than typical smoothies, like those from Jamba Juice that have ice cream in them. I also tried a sample of toxin flush, as it was sitting there. THAT tasted healthy! I dont think I could have drank a whole 12 oz of it, but it was nice experiencing the sample-size cup.My second experience: I got the Valentines Day smoothie. It was alright, but Id recommend the berry banana WAY more. My husband got Popeyes Acai. That was definitely NOT worth it. Its in the smoothie category, but it was so watery it should have been in the juice category. It tasted healthy, but had very little flavor to it. If I had only had this experience at Nektar and not another experience prior to it, I would never have gone back.I do have to add: Theyre ridiculously overpriced. The 12 oz drinks cost $6.

A breakfast burrito with your choice of meat is $4. A breakfast burrito with no meat is $8. Somehow that math just doesnt add up. I asked the lady why it was more to have less food, and all she did was repeat the price. My friend is a vegetarian so I asked if I can have the meat on the side and to have the meat on the side was $8. This one definitely left me scratching my head.
Aramacao

Aramacao was a perfect place to have my friends try Salvadoran food for the first time. The curtido is amazing, and the spicy sauce they have, mixed with the salsa is a perfect combination! With the IE as a home away from home, this place is the best place to get your Salvadoran fix!Having met the owners they are very nice and accommodating, having reorganized their patio furniture for our large party and played music to our liking, which was wholesome and very homely. They also sell potted plants and ferns as a side, which are also very pretty!Thank you aramacao, will be back soon

This is the place you go if you want decent diner food, have a few minutes to spare (its small and always busy, so wait time is expected at times), and appreciate servers constantly working. If you understand respect for busy servers who are trying hard and patience, it will help you and them. The place has quick turnaround on customers. Just be polite, and they will respect you in return. My visit, I had to wait 10 mins, but I immediately noticed how the servers ran things and knew it wasnt going to be long at all. Had 3 people come in after me right before I got seated, but the main reason I waited was that I requested a booth, and there was none. Their party got seated due to an available table assigned to partys of 3 or more. No big deal. Server almost the second I sat down and asked me for a drink order, and I was caught off guard. No worries, I got my drink and meal order done 2 mins later. It was a breeze to order even with extras. Even places like dennys and IHOP never can nail that as smoothly to order.I had 3 eggs, home fries with green peppers and onions (just a little too much green peppers, next time I will ask for less), sausages, bacon, and toast. With a coke. The food was nearly flawless for diner food and fast and hot. There were mistakes, but nothing outside of minor. Everything was smooth.I will be coming back when I get time for it.
