One of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Santa Barbara & Goleta metropolitan area. Good dishes include: beef noodle soup, rice with pork chops, combination fried rice, crunchy fried egg noodle with meat and seafood, and Bún Bò Huế. Service staff are also very friendly and responsive.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Goleta. My wife and I often visit this place for lunch! We usually order the grilled pork vermicelli bowl and the appetizer sampler. I really like their spring rolls and the peanut sauce. Their house special fried rice is also excellent. The fried banana in the desserts is also great! The staffs are friendly and they always have excellent service. I highly recommend this place for dining in or takeouts.

This is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Santa Barbara - Goleta area. Their Phở and Bánh Mì are recommended here. Good service. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is hit-and-miss here as they sometimes do not have real condensed milk.

My Lexus IS 250, Totoro, needed some TLC inside and out from being on the road so much and just not cleaning him up. He needed to get a detail once and for all. The waiting area is chill but I killed time by walking over to the Vietnamese restaurant, Noodle City, to stuff my face with some bun bo hue. I went back to the car wash bench outside to watch my Totoro get squeaky clean. Happy with the results. Fair price.

Ive been coming here for my pho fix since they opened never have I had such bad service up until this past week. I walked in to place an order to go and payed for my order. They told me it be about 40 min so I went home and returned. I gave them extra time and began my 40 min wait once I got home and left a few min later to ensure my irse would be ready. When I arrived the guy seen me and frantically begins to look for my order slip . Then another guy comes from the back to ask what my order was. I kindly repeat my order. Sadly enough my order was clearly forgotten and hadnt been made. I was told my order would be right up. I waited an additional 30 min sitting there waiting on my order. Honestly I wish I wouldve paid cash because with that wait I wouldve asked for my money back and wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Will I return ... never and I always would recommend this restaurant to anyone asking for a good place to eat. Now Ill wither refer everyone elsewhere and kindly warn them of the possible delays and that there order maybe be forgotten. Also while sitting there a couple came in to dine in and they placed there order and asked for two waters. Well the guy came out with waters and a new couple that had just walked in, he immediately delivered the water to the wrong table and ignored the others. Sadly enough those where the only two tables of people dinning in and me waiting on my order. They honestly need to pay attention and serve there customers in the proper order if there arrival.. did I mention worse service ever!! would not recommend !!!

I just went there today. Literally about an hour ago. I got two mangoes and its on my receipt that I bought two and so I called and said I only got one of my mangoes And the girl that answered the phone told me that they were going to have to go watch the camera to give me my 99 cent mango. And I said I was going back tomorrow because Im already cooking dinner. Then she told me shes not going to be there tomorrow. So youre going to go look at the camera tomorrow to see if I got a mango today? Really?! I should have saved the rotten onion I bought from you and made you give me a refund how about that! A 99 cent mango. Thats not good customer service Im sorry. Why would I lie about that. If I was going to lie I would say that you didnt give me the meat or something.
