I really like this place; the menu exactly hits the spot for anyone looking for a great lunch spot with modest prices and has a variety of flavor palettes.In one meal I had an Italian item and an Asian item; both were executed flavorfully (not bland) and thoughtfully (the flavors were exciting and authentic).Not only that, but there are many different platforms for the flavors, whether by bowl, bun, wrap, or noodle.Importantly, the portion sizes were satisfying!Finally customer service and speed is good. I dont know if its their preferred method, but if youre not able to call, they also take orders by email. Useful for detailed orders or during a work meeting!

The star anise designs scattered throughout were a nice touch to the décor and goes well with the restaurants name. Bathrooms were clean and spacious.The staff was very attentive in seating us promptly and providing service throughout our time there. They made sure to sit patrons 6 feet apart from other groups/parties.We ordered the House Special Fried Chicken Wings as an appetizer. It was marinated well in a garlicky fish sauce and was a tasty starter.The Crispy Salmon & Rice was made perfectly to provide a crispy and flaky taste and paired well with the house special sauce. The house special sauce was a refreshing and tangy accompaniment to the crispy salmon, rice, and veggies.The Thai tea was made just right and not too sweet at all. They also had an option for a green Thai Tea that was equally as tasty.5. Recommend?Yes! Bone & Broth is a family-owned restaurant with an assortment of delicious Vietnamese food options. It has a lot of potential to be something great for the area.

What a terrible experience. Tried ordering a drink online, there was a $1 fee. It's not about $1… but really…?I walk in and order a Green Milk Tea with boba. They are out of boba. They have “white boba”. I asked what that was, she didnt know. Had to go ask the manager. Came back and said it was agar boba. I asked what other toppings (since it wasnt listed on the menu). She said pudding and jelly. I said Ill have the pudding. She goes back to the manager and the manager yells at her and says we are out”. So I said “no topping is fine.” It was $5.93 for a drink. I gave her my card. She said “do you have cash?” I said “no”. She went back to the manager who begrudgingly took my credit card.Terrible experience. I want to support local Asian businesses but how can I do that when they are so terrible and do not even want to be hospitable in a business that's centered around hospitality!!?The waiters attitude was terrible. Especially the eldest sister who cant laugh. If you continue to hang your stinky face on the service desk, you will slowly scare or piss off all the customers. Oh, can you still die if you just smile? Also, please be polite to other employees. They didnt do anything to you.

I was there about a month ago and gave another tried.The restaurant is never clean, the tables are dirty and nobody walks out to clean it. Also when placing my order for rice bowl of chicken I have to wait for at least 20 minutes or longer, they take such a long time. Also the staff is not very friendly.They dont say hi or anything, they just say your order Okay can you say something like Hello what would you like to order So rude!!!.also, the chicken did not taste good. and this is coming from someone who loves Waba Grill, I visit the ones all over Rancho, and always a good experience.To the manager: please keep the tables clean and talk to your staff to be more friendly to customers, I know they are busy but very rude

I called place an order while I was at the UPS Store up the street hoping to have it ready by the time I got there. As soon as the girl answered she immediately said, in a bold tone, can you hold. Not phrased as a question, more like wait. I said okay, no response. I drove down the street through several intersections, entered the Plaza, parked and even went inside the restaurant staring at the employees while I was on hold with them. I mentioned nothing of this to them as I didnt want to be that petty.Then I ordered two chicken bowls, one with avocado. I asked for extra sauce on the side and the guy said it already has some. I said I know but can I get some more and he gave me a Blank Stare, said something under his breath, and I said nevermind.By this point I realized the girl that put me on hold did so and then sat down to have her lunch. I doubt anybody knew I was on hold on the phone.Finally, by the time I got home and sat down to eat with my wife I realized they charged me but they never give me my avocado.I dont know what it is but Waba Grill has good food but terrible service, and this tends to be the case even at other locations, but especially at this one. I only went to avoid something a bit more unhealthy

All in all the chicken and rice and the flavors were right and good. But customer service was lousy! I ordered a chicken bowl with everything and she in returns asks if I wanted onions and I said yes everything and however you guys do it instead of asking me if that included the vegetables she just assumed I wanted a chicken bowl with brown rice. My orders up I see my plate it doesnt look right I asked doesnt come with vegetables and she says oh you have to say that basically saying that its my fault that I didnt get vegetables cuz I didnt tell her. Sure I should have said veggies instead of everything but as a person that is at the register that has the capability of upselling and ensuring that the customer is ordering exactly what they want seems like a responsibility that she would have. When I was bringing it to her attention that I was disappointed on what I got she had no way of resolving the issue I didnt demand any kind of Correction but there was no willing to try to correct it so I sat down and ate the meal before I left I was going to get unsweetened iced tea from their tea canister its marked unsweetened and the tea was sweet so overall the visit wasnt the greatest Ive been to many other Waba grills and its flawless I asked for a chicken bowl they ask if I want vegetables I say yes! do you want white rice brown rice you know I go to the Tea unsweetened this is the only Waba Grill that Ive ever had problems with.

Honestly Im not one to complain but on different occasions the staff there has been rude every time I go. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the last straw. The man with the beard was ringing me up rushing me with attitude and then took off and then the lady with the blonde hair was finishing taking my order and giving attitude as well. I made two seperate transactions. So I patiently waited for my orders. She then called 82 and 83, I was waiting for numbers 83 and 84. So I waited and then she called 85. I was like ok maybe it was a mobile order, as I was waiting she then looked at me with attitude and instead of saying is there anything else we can help you with. She yelled out, what are you still waiting for? I then responded that I was still waiting on number 84, feeling embarrassed for yelling at me when I never gave her attitude and never asked if my other order was ready yet. She then told me again with attitude that she had called it and i told her no, she called 82 and 83 together and then skipped to 85. She still insisted but I told her no, she never called it. Then she complained to the man cooking in Spanish and i responded because I speak spanish as well. The customer service there is just the worst and I will just not go there anymore to be treated with disrespect. I get it everywhere is short staffed. I for one work in customer service myself so I know what its like and how to treat customers even if theyre wrong. But we do not need to be treated this way, especially trying to humiliate a person. Please find better employees! Until then Ill just go somewhere else.

This place seriously sucks. Dont get me wrong, I had tried it before Im Whittier and actually liked it.Lets start with food safety and cross contamination.First off, gloves are to be worn when handling food at all times, if you touch your hair or face, wash your hands... please.Secondly, cross contamination. If you cut chicken and beef at the same moment, use a diffrent knife and change gloves as well. The risk of cross contamination is there so take appropriate actions while handling our food.Third, I did not see a food grade at this facility not did I see any training certificate on Food Handing or any signs reminding employees to wash your hands.And lastly. The prices and portions do not add up. So Mr Wabba.... if youre reading this...Train your employees. Its not just a job,these people are feeding other people so be extra careful. If you need to, train then on Food handling....Mr. Wabba. You better hope no one gets sick from this facility. Law suit just waiting to happen. And no,not me....I dont need your money but others would gladly enjoy it.Think like a businessman and protect your assssests... CYA.And yeah. Just an eye opener..

Not the best, Waba grill used to be one of my favorite places were to eat, but now is not so much. I landed here just to see if I was lucky I would land on a WaBa grill that would be of my liking but that wasnt the case once again. Its so unfortunate, bit their veggies and rice were over cooked and the chicken too dry. Also their customer service is not the best, the cashier who wears an army hat is not even kind nor it has good customer service manners. Is is just too blah when he is taking your order. He doesnt even greet you when you come in. I wish I could give them a zero star, this location is one of the worst I have landed. Otherwise I wouldnt even bother to give them a review because their location passes the test but not this location.

Hi, waited about five minutes and my food came out completely cold. It was so cold 1 inch layer of teriyaki on top made it in edible it was just a mishap unable to eat it not good at all. I went back up and I had to wait in line again when I asked politely just to get my money back. I had to wait again for the associate need to go discuss it with the manager and she came back to tell me I will have to wait for the manager to help me but she is by herself now I've already wasted 20 minutes in my lunch break is over and I let her know I will need to leave and she said it's going to be a few more minutes until Elizabeth the manager can help me with my refund. I never got my money back I had to leave the place was not very busy at all but short handed I left my receipt and my food on the counter I will never be back the food was not good at all it wasn't even warm.
