So let me first start by saying I was a regular to this location. I went to here about three days ago and got a waba bowl. I waited about 15 minutes for the food to be made (when no one was there). The whole time I was there, the cutting board was sitting there covered in steal juice.....clean the dang board, thats nasty! But thats not even the worst part. I get my bowl and go home. I started eating my bowl at home and everything tastes like fish. After about half way through the bowl, I threw it away because it tasted so nasty. So I called the location and complained. They said they would make it right, so I wasnt going to leave a bad review.So.i come I today to get that bowl they said they would give me for free and the manager essentially calls me a liar, saying that they never cooked fish that day. I hope you realize me taking the time to write this long review that I wasnt lying and now you have earned yourself a bad review. And its not.the first time you guys messed up either. I ask for no cabbage, and twice you guys put cabbage in my bowl. I also pay extra for avocado and you guys have forgotten that as well. I never complained once! Now you have my complaints and lost a customer who comes three times a week minimum there. The one off kendal is far better anyways. Good luck.

Very rude employees I placed an order at 8:45 on the app went to pick up at 9 and they said they were closed and couldn't give me a refund. I've called 3x and spoke with Dulce who is supposedly the mgr she keeps trying me she's processing it and to wait 2-4 days- I'll be here in person soon. Today I do an online order at 6:20pm go to pick up and they put a sign in the drive thru saying they are closed for 30 mins but no return time. I called for a refund again and they said I have to do it on my end when h app clearly says to contact the store and gives me their phone number. The girl working is very rude and ignorant.

Employees were not wearing their masks correctly. As San Bernardino and Riverside have the largest covid cases ... the fact that employees are not wearing them is gross. Not to mention I was waiting 20 minutes to get my food that was just sitting in the counter while the employees in the back just stood around. Also it gets worse. We ordered two bowls with chicken and avocado so we did pay extra for the avocado. When we got out food the employees didn't tell us that they had to subsististe our avocado for more chicken they just gave us the food. We noticed there wasn't any avocado when we got in the car and went back in the store to let them know there was a mistake. They said they just didn't have any more avocado so I said I wanted a refund. They said they couldn't because there was no manager on duty. I asked if they could replace the bowl with something else since I paid 12$ for the bowl of just rice and chicken which wasn't worth it. They said it was okay and I was very happy to hear that. So I went to the car while my partner waited for for the food. The employees didn't realize he was still in the store while they proceeded to bad mouth us and complain about us. I've worked in the food industry before so I understand that things come up (like running out of avocado) but for the employees to not be following safety protocol of proper food handling is just inexcusable. We didn't even end up eating the food because the experience was so bad and instead gave the food to some homeless people. This has been the worse experience I've had with employees and food service.I've been here twice and both time were horrible. Next time I'll go to the one by CSUSB.

First of all I was really looking forward to having lunch at this location today. I walked in, needed to use the restroom and as I like to have clean hands when I eat I asked for the restroom to be open so that I could relieve myself before ordering as I had to go pretty bad. The employees refused stating that I had to order first before they would open up the restroom. I explained of my need to go pretty badly but the guy at the counter would not relent. I could understand this policy if I were a dirty homeless person that wasnt going to order food, but here I am a person dressed in a uniform at lunchtime about to order lunch in your otherwise empty dining room. You guys must not need my business so I walked over to Pollo Loco. I was welcome to use their restroom before I ordered and then I dropped nearly twenty dollars on lunch. I then proceeded to return to the Waba location waiting to speak to some sort of manager because I was hoping that the manager could use this as a teaching experience for the people that work the counter that perhaps they should use some discretion when someone needs to use the restroom. The two people in the back told me they dont speak English. Then when the guy at the front counter came back I asked for the manager. He then made a phone call and spoke to the person that he said was the manager in Spanish land thats when it hit me. They didnt want to let me use the restroom because I do not speak Spanish. So he then told me that the manager said she was too busy to deal with me. Well then I guess I got my answer. Guess they dont need my money.

The cashier NANCY got my order wrong not once, not twice but 3 times and all three times she THREW the food away all awhile theres hunger in this city, and the first time we told her it was two number #3s with BROWN RICE AND AVOCADO ON BOTH her response was: MY PROBLEM WITH YOU IS I REPEATED THE ORDER AND YOU DIDNT CORRECT ME - WHY DIDNT YOU CORRECT ME?! whats there to correct about TWO NUMBER 3s WITH BROWN RICE AND AVOCADO instead she gave me two chicken bowls, when we got the second order she didnt tell the cook it was BROWN RICE and I went to the counter and she was standing in the back on her phone and she didnt want to come to the counter so the cook who I asked him for his name: CARMELO came and told him and he looked back calling her she said to him help them, so he put the food in the trash AGAIN and she told him I FORGOT- when he told her u put white rice. She was very unpleasantly unprofessional cashier... This was our first time eating at this WabaGrill and we will Not Come Back nor Do I recommend it to anyone else.Nancy needs more customer skills service to learn to speak to customers who make her paycheck possible.

Beware when online ordering - I ordered online today as the website states they open at 10am. I get a call from the manager stating that i had to change the order cause they open at 11am today. I advised of the website and advised how was i supposed to know that. He said that instead of fixing the website they left it as it is as its hard to change. So I asked him to go ahead and changed my delivery from 10:30am to 11:30am, which he said he did (mind you im at work and this is supposed to be ready by my lunch hr). Later when its 11:30am i get a call from one of the employees stating that i have to reorder the order since instead of changing the time they just cancelled the order and i would need to go pick it up. I cancelled the order instead and now i have to wait for the money to be placed back on my credit card. Never online ordering from here again.

Chinese food is good. Not greasy or over salty like most places. Cooked to order. Delicious variety of flavors. Amazingly does not taste like burgers even though they serve those also. Onion rings especially good. Fried rice is best I ever had at a restaurant. Grandma (Chinese) is in heaven so Im stuck with restaurant for Chinese food. Burgers are good too but the Chinese food is the star of the show. Update 2/22/2019: Just had their Chili Cheese Fries ($5.99), a nice heaping pile of excellent crinkle cut fries buried in chili with beans and lots of real shredded cheddar and jack(?) cheese. For me this place is still all about their Fried Rice.9/22/2021 for $7.99 +tax their ham fried rice with drink feeds me for 2 days lunches. Chicken fried rice from last week was just as good. Still the best flavor in fried rice for me. I liked it better than the rice from Shiki Sushi.

Right from the get go they got my order wrong, I ordered fried rice instead of white rice and they gave me white rice...BUT... Im not even mad because the food was AMAZING! The shrimp was so good, it was cooked so good that when I peeled the shell off it was super soft, it was so soft that I didnt even need to peel the shrimp! I was able to eat them with the shell and it didnt even feel like they had shells on them! The potstickers were delicious and dont even get me started on the shrimp and pork spring rolls, especially the sauce they come with. All in all the food was extremely tasty and the lady behind the counter was super nice and patient even though it was my first time there. I will definitely be coming back to this place! Highly recommend!!...only reason its a 4 star is because my 1 order item was wrong, I have to be fair about the review, but man you guys gotta try the pepper shrimp.

This place is a treasure to find. Its Sanbernardinos best kept little secret. Its family owed and they are the nicest people who keep a very clean and organised restaurant. The food is very good and the price is affordable. Perfect for date nights without breaking the bank. Its also perfect for familys night out. The menu selection has a variety of mouthwatering temptations sure to please the pickiest of eaters. The only problem you may have is deciding what to eat. I love their duck platter with fluffy steamed rice. They are great at to go orders. Where you can call your order in in advance and swing by on your way home to pick it up. They have a selection off oriental trinkets, small toys and a samurai sword collection along with knives to catch your eye while you wait for your food that you can browse. All of which are for sale also at resonable pricing. Overall its always a pleasure to have gone there for my night out and at a price I can afford.
