I ordered a house special orange chicken and it was soggy not crispy and luke warm at best and it wasnt very good. I ordered a coke with ice and never got it even after I asked a second time. My portion was small and very expensive, on a positive note the restaurant was clean and had a nice Asian atmosphere.

We were there yesterday for lunch,and ordered 2 items. Shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef, and they got it wrong. They gave us a shrimp fried rice and pork fried rice, we told them we ordered Mongolian beef, so the waitress said shell check, about maybe 5 minutes she checks back on us, if everything is ok, and we told her we were still waiting for the Mongolian beef, she seems puzzled,about it and went back to the kitchen, then came back to us and said 5 minutes. This time fried rice is already cold, and when they finally served the Mongolian beef, it was not even beef, it was PORK!!! And the crispy long rice is not even there, we asked waitress and she went back to the kitchen, then showed us the menu, and pointed to a different item, I had to show her and read the description of the Mongolian beef item, she insisted too that it was beef not pork, I think I know what is the difference, anyway she went back to the kitchen again, few minutes the waitress that originally took our order, came with the long crispy rice and told us that not a lot of people like it, and we should have told her and insisted that we ordered shrimp fried rice and pork fried rice, why would we order 2 fried rice!!!, she just quickly walk away, after that the table across us told me that they messed up their orders too,this time we just lost our appetite told the other waitress to get our bill,yes we paid for it!! Waitress said sorry a few times!! Not going back...

I ordered a $9 chicken entree and I asked for half and half Chow Mein and rice she said we can only do that if I remove the cheese wontons that come with the meal. I was very surprised because Ive never been to an Asian restaurant that wouldnt do Half Price Half chow mein. I mean I told her its the same amount of food youre not losing money he wanted nothing to do with my explanation about how the store would not lose any money and they decided to just keep the chow mein and remain dissatisfied with how I was handled.

This location LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and a sense of responsibility for attending customers in a satisfactory manner.Im completely unhappy with the way the young male cashier was dismissing us when we were standing right in front of him.My husband placed an online order this past Sunday (7/9/23), and it took AT LEAST 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him at the pickup counter when we arrived. My husband was completely ignored while he stood there waiting for help. He had to approach the cashier and talk to him to get his attention, even though we were standing there RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM to get help at the location with the sign above it designating it as where ONLINE ORDERS are to be picked up.This young male cashier lacked a sense of being responsible for the business and acted like it wasnt his problem to fix. The cashier didnt even bring the issue to any other employees attention, but continued to stand there acting like we werent important, even acting as if we werent standing there. At this point when were waiting, we watched him restock counter items and chat with a female employee about personal non-work-related matters, while we waited for him to do something about bringing attention to our order. HE DIDNT.He didnt take any actions to help us AT ALL. He didnt ask other staff about it. He didnt attempt to help. This YOUNG man should be fired, or put on janitor duty because he definitely didnt seem to care about us as customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!Apparently the order wasnt ready, and when it was, it took another 10 minutes of the food sitting there (I saw the girl place it down) and my husband standing there for that same cashier to actually hand it to my husband.Its NOT WORTH using online ordering for this location AT ALL!!This was my first time at this locations, and I dont ever want to come here again.

I just found my new favorite Thai food restaurant!The staff is very friendly, and it wasnt crowded on the Saturday night when I was there. The food was VERY flavorful and the portions are perfect as well as esthetically pleasing. I ordered the Glass noodle stir fry with beef, and another dish which I had already eaten by the time I thought of taking a picture! I am constantly searching the area for great Asian food, and I will be parking my butt here often!

Racist with very poor serviceTo give a better context let me explain that Im Hispanic. I went to this place to pick up an order and when I got there, two Asian ladies were at the counter but nobody greeted me, I introduced myself and told them I went to pick up my order, both looked at my with no response and neither asked me anything else, one was swiping a card and the other was checking some bags, so I thought theyre busy, Ill wait, after certain time, three white girls showed up at the counter and one lady immediately bows to them and asked them how can she help them, they said theyre picking up an order, the lady said it wasnt ready but she was going to process the payment, then the girls left and I thought, even tho I came early, it doesnt matter Im next, but then again, there was awkward silence, like I wasnt there, thats when I asked them politely, excuse me, when are you going to help me with the order? The two of them start speaking in their language, and then in a very dismissive way one of them says, whats the name for the order? By this time many minutes have elapsed since I got there, they didnt care I was there until I asked them again, after they even bowed to the other girls, there was not even an apology. Clearly theyre not interested in Hispanic customers, they just lost one, maybe thats what they want!

Less than impressive customer service.I ordered one large drink and 3 rice bowls, one chicken, one sweet and sour and one steak.Cynthia the cashier rang me up and then another employee gave me my order when it was complete. I received 2 chicken bowls and one sweet and sour, no beef bowl.When I brought this to her attention, she was irritated and told me there was an extra charge for steak (which is fine), an extra $1.08I waited then for the correct bowl. When given, she reached back into my bag (after not washing her hands and handling other peoples money), which I also already touched inside, took out one of the bowls and threw it in the garbage can.I told her, hey, If I knew you were just going to trash that perfectly good bowl in the garbage I would have totally just bought it, thats such a waste. Cynthia said it was their policy to throw out them out. Okeedokee then... ?

At this point, a West Corona mainstay. Prices on rolls have generally been fair in this current inflation climate, but even before, deals were always available to suit your dine out on a budget needs. While not particularly authentic, the sushi rolls are creative and tend to the tastes of the locals well. Sweet and savory flavors are abundant in the modern American style of sushi familiar to southern Californians. The service is personable and pleasant, and always willing to accommodate. Spicy udon is my personal favorite for any day I need a warm comfortable meal. Its a hidden gem barely featured on the menu. Most will favor dishes like the Iron Monkey, bits of fried saucy tempura battered scrumptiousness. Its a shop not strictly concerned about upholding traditional Japanese cuisine, but its fitting given the locale. Most customers dont complain as theyve come for the variety. Atmosphere is comfy and rustic, almost tricking you into thinking the place might be considering a Korean BBQ outlet, but alas it appears that it would be a bit TOO much variety to stay with the name J SUSHI.

I come into this place fairly often for lunch. I came in for a last lunch a week or two ago and got my meal to go. When I got back to work and looked at my food i noticed I was missing the avocado I had asked for as well as the green onions. No big deal, I called the store and spoke to someone named Eder. He assured me they would give me the avocado for no charge on my next visit as well as a drink for the inconvenience. I was happy with that and he told me all I would need to do is give them my name and they would take care of me. I went in today and let the cashier know that I had talked to Eder and went over what he had told me. She giggled, looked at the back of the soda machine and said sorry, ill have to call him. Being on lunch, time is limited, so after she disappeared for 3 min or so, she came back up on the phone with a customer. She apologized and said she needed to call still. I told her not to worry about it as it was supposed to be easy and I was on a time crunch, she laughed again and took my order. Then when giving me my order left out the dumplings I had ordered. Idk if Im coming back here. The customer service is terrible.
