A great authentic style Chinese food restaurant. They focus on dumplings and assorted street food (fried pancakes, etc.). They also have a number of meat or veggie dishes, and some noodle soup options too. I have only had it for pick up, but the restaurant looks nice enough for what it is.

Weve tried a few Chinese food places since moving to the area, and this is easily the best so far. Everything we had (Sesame Chicken, Lemon Chicken, PFR) was great. The only qualm I have is that the free delivery requires a $30 min order, which is a bit steep compared to other establishments. On the other hand, the take out order we placed was ready in five minutes, so if you can dash over it makes for a pretty fast experience. From their menu (5/2008), their hours are:Sun-Thu 11am-9pmFri-Sat 11am-10pmAddendum: Instead of ordering from their delivery menu, we recently tried just walking in and buying from their from the pre-cooked area in the restaurant. It wasnt quite as good - our current theory is that the delivery menu food is cooked to order, so it is a bit fresher.

Was looking up some new restaurant to try, and came across this. While I was sad the hotpot place closed down, at least it was replaced by something I could enjoy... so off I go!The ordering process is fairly straightforward, scan a QR code and select on your phone. You can also pay directly via the website so it was very convenient. I decided to try the first one (beef bone mifen soup, super spicy) since that seems to be their most popular dish.My food came out quickly, with the mifen and meat served separately. The server warned me to start with only a small amount since the spicy level is very high. He was not wrong! I put 1 piece of beef bone in the mifen broth and even that small amount transformed the clear broth to a very spicy soup! I do enjoy the spiciness though, and was very happy with the flavor. It doesnt look much but was actually very filling! I wasnt able to finish and brought maybe 1/3 home for dinner.I enjoyed the meal so much that I came back again! I tried their tripe spicy mifen the second time and enjoyed that quite a bit too.I kind of wish they have a normal beef spicy mifen option... Sometimes I am too lazy to chew on beef bones or tripe and just want to eat tender beef chunks. The soups with beef chunks arent super spicy and it doesnt sound like I could customize it. If they can add a beef chunk super spicy mifen that would make me a happy girl. But as is I will still come back!
Epic Dumpling

After finishing our morning walk in windy rainy weather we wanted to have some steamed dumplings & since its Lunar New Year we thought why not lets go for it .This is written in Chinese as 过年好 / 過年好, and translates to Guò nián ho. Guò nián ho is pronounced as gwor-nyen haoww in Mandarin and gwor-nin haow in Cantonese.I called the restaurant & gave my order for pickup, when I entered the restaurant my order was already ready for pickup, I spoke to the owner she was so nice & helpful we interacted for few minutes maintaining our social distance. Since its Lunar New Year I wished her & asked her how to say in mandarin she was so happy to teach me & I loved the conversation with the mother & daughter which I miss given the pandemic situation. Amazing customer service kudos to them for treating every customer so graciously. After paying I was about to pickup the order & leave, the owner said to the daughter to give BBQ Pork Steamed Bun ( free of charge) as a token of thanks which was so appreciative & I was completely surprised. They told me to try its their most popular item. These are the dishes I ordered -1) Wonton (Chicken & spinach filling) noodle soup- broth was amazingly good & piping hot it had carrots, black fungus mushrooms & bok choy.2) XLB Shanghai Soup Dumplings - it had 6 pieces amazing taste & flavor.3) Cantonese Shrimp dumplings - 8 pieces very flavorful we loved it.4) Green onion pancake - 8 slices we loved it.5) Beef Chow Fun - good amount of beef slices enjoyed it very much.6) BBQ Pork Steamed Bun - 3 pieces, nice balance of flavors & pork chunks we loved it.After reaching home I reheated some of the food to enjoy it piping hot. Loved that the soup was packed nicely (soup in plastic container, wonton & noodle packed separately in the box container) . Amazing customer service & would love to support the local business, cant wait for indoor dining to take the full experience.

Hunan Mifen

This is one of a best Chinese rice noodle place in the area in my opinion. This plaza wasn’t crowded but this restaurant is the game changer. The noodle is texture, the soup is flavorful and the meat on your choice is nicely seasoned and cooked. One thing is that they claim the level of spicy is not adjustable and I wish they could improve to adapt customers personal flavor but it is what it is. Dine in you check In at the door front tablet and wait for the waiters to call your name. Please do not try to cut the line of others that I’ve seen people non stop asking the waiter for seats even they are many numbers away, please be patience and respect other customers. Click like if it’s useful :)

Very modern looking Chinese restaurant that serves classic dishes and dim sum.Food is alright, nothing amazing. The oil in the dandan mian was really fragrant, but the noodles tasted pretty average. I also ordered these bean curd, vermicelli and veggie steamed buns and those were quite yummy.Place is practically self serve with QR codes for ordering, but the servers were quite responsive and a lot of them were floating around.Pricing-wise, its average around here (so super expensive for the portion)Overall, not a bad spot if you need a quick Chinese food fix
Homi Japanese Ramen
1133 Lawrence Expy, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, United States
Dont expect Japanese ramen despite the name of the restaurant. Got the shrimp tempura ramen- Tempura isnt bad, but the breading isnt exactly panko. The ramen soup and noodles tastes more like Chinese due to the thinner and lighter broth. Having that said, its not bad.The mushroom shrimp rice combo was delicious. The sauce they used to marinate was flavorful yet not overpowering. Came with a bowl of butter sauteed cabbage and a large bowl of clear broth soup. Would come back for the rice dish.
Asian Street Eatery

Went here for lunch on a Sunday and the ordering kiosks reminded me of the way McDonalds has it set up. Lots of dim sum favorites to order, including an option to just get a dozen of each. Each of the entree options has a bunch of ways you can order it - with noodles or rice, different types of noodles, plenty of modifications. The modifications might have been the reason it was so slow though. Although we didnt modify anything, the meals took 20 minutes before we got one of the two, and then the other came about 5 minutes later. There was only one other couple in the restaurant, so it wasnt an issue of order volume. The food came and it was...alright. we ordered duck noodle soup and the curry leg/thigh combo. The meals themselves were very scattered, the soup was akin to a ramen soup with pieces of duck on a plate on the side. The curry was a Singaporean style curry, but one bowl held the meat, and the other had broccoli, carrots, and a tiny bit of rice. It was like we had ordered two or three different dishes that came together, and not a full meal.Taste wise things were ok, but the flavor profile felt pretty toned down. It was like the flavors we expected were there, but they made them in a La Croix style where we got the essence of flavor, and not the full taste of it. We also got an iced coffee that could have been taken from Dunkin - which could be s good or and thing pending your opinion on Dunkin coffee haha. But it wasnt a Vietnamese style iced coffee for sure.Overall the place was decent, and a lot of people might enjoy it. The space is large enough to fit bigger parties and has its own parking lot - just expect to wait for your food.
