Yummy! ? I found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant in Burbank! We ordered the Wonton Soup with Chicken and lots of Fresh Vegetables, Brown Chicken Fried Rice, Broccoli & Shrimp ? ? ? and Chicken Chowmein. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned! It was nice to have the white rice substituted for brown rice! This restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone who appreciates a healthier rendition of traditional Chinese food!

They have the best American style Chinese takeout in Burbank. I had a hard time finding a place when I moved here and they were right under my nose! Lovely employees, good value, great portions.I will say they do close a bit early for what I would have thought for a Chinese restaurant but it is a pretty quiet suburban neighborhood.

Its better than $1 take out Chinese foods. For the money spent at Panda, you can get better foods elsewhere. What do you expect from a franchise? Try authentic homemade small family restaurant. More flavor, taste better, and you get better foods all around.

From reading the reviews it seems Im not the only one that got a short end of the stick in the drive thru. I ordered 2 plates and a antre. I had two orders of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. The teriyaki chicken came without any teriyaki sauce I guess you have to request that. So the chicken is dry and has no taste. My portion of orange chicken in my eyes was real shirt unless they figured they wanted to help me out with my 200lbs frame. I got three napkins and when I asked for soy sauce I was given three. By far the worst experience. Then the traffic in there is so bad made no sense to even turn around and fight it when I only had a hour for lunch. I didnt even eat the food I gave my pplkate to a homeless man and told my co-workers dont even worry about paying for this b%@#sh%# of a meal. This is not the first time either so with that said I ate else where and wont be back. REALLY needs to fire and rehire people that will serve proudly and not just because they want a check. In my line of profession if any of those employees land on my desk no sympathy given. Have a nice day two thumbs down along with my toes.

If I can rate this a negative star I would. The manager is so rude. Twice I've had an issue with the manager never returning here. I placed an order online for the help group school for thanksgiving lunch had to wait 15 mins for my food to be ready on top of me giving them extra time while I parked. Second time I placed another order for the school for their Christmas lunch I called when I was on my way to pick up the food and they said it would be ready for me to just pick it up when I get there unfortunately I get there and the food isn't even cooked I asked to speak to the manager as I was already 5 mins late to pick up the food from the time I had scheduled to pick it up, I told the manager that this is the second time I have this issue that I have to wait for my food to be ready when I order online and her response was “ well we didn't see the order what do you want me to do” i asked her for her name very rude about it the staff there are always nice but that manager is always beyond rude !

Always consistent with food quality. I see the same staff every time I go, and they are quick to greet you and kindly lead you along the ordering process. Nothing abrasive, nothing condescending, just employees dutifully doing what theyre supposed to. A couple of times, when its super busy (around 1:00 P.M.) they have botched orders due to the pressure and lack of communication. Can be frustrating especially if youre pressed for time. That usually does not happen though, but be prepared to spend an extra few minutes there if it seems busy there. Otherwise, its good food well worth the price. Take advantage of the half-and-half chow mein-fried rice option!

This place is really great. The food looks amazing and smells good. The prices are very good compared with other Chinese food restaurants. I come here often because I live close by. I would recommend the smoothies and boba to everyone.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is only ok. Its fast food so unfortunately its hard to reach great when compared to restaurants. Especially when it is prepared before you get there for the most part. It is convenient, fast and not expensive. If any dish is low, unappealing and or does not look fresh; do not hesitate to ask how long for a fresh batch. Usually its less than 10 minutes, if you are willing/able to wait it may just be worth it. Service 90% of the time is great, very friendly. Every once in a while someone is apathetic but luckily rarely rude. Portion sizes are hit or miss, sometimes its not bad considering the freshness, sometines youre like I paid how much for food that has been sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long? The orange chicken isnt too consistent, Im not sure if its difference of chefs or not. Sometimes there is a little sauce, sometimes a lot. Sometimes it is super sweet, sometimes just right. Sometimes it is really spicy, sometimes it is just right. Almost always there is a ton of starch over relatively small pieces of chicken. Some of the smaller pieces seem like there is no chicken. The chow mein noodles are usually good, but the veggies arent great and sometimes there seems to be as much veggies as there are noodles. The broccoli beef si ok but almost always there is too much broccoli. The beef is pretty consistent and not bad. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite but not very consistent, almost always too little walnuts and half of the time the portion size is small even if you pay the 1.25 premium fee. The grilled chicken is consistent and a good healthy entree. Plenty of meat. The fried rice is ok, the veggies are probably frozen medley and usually very little egg. Wish there was more, really adds tonthe flavor profile.

After a couple of hours doing laundry we decided to give this place a try for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in everything looked really clean and welcoming. Young lady behind the counter was very kind and polite I think she knew I had never been here before. We ordered a pad thai another beef noodle plate some fried banana and the mango rice pudding. We really enjoyed the food the meat was cooked well the seasoning was awesome. We will definitely be coming here again Id recommend this place for anyone who is craving some Thai food. Will be trying different plates next time we go but so far nothing disappointed. My son is a very picky eater and even if he was down to try the noodles and liked them. The mango rice pudding was a big hit but Id recommend chillin it in the fridge before eating it.
