Had a yummy lunch at Chinese Korean fusion restaurant CHIKO. We sat on the dog friendly patio where you order through QR codes on the table. We ordered the XO shrimp, spicy kumin lamb stir fry, and pork belly bao. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food comes out quick. Recommend, not many Asian fusion restaurants in the area.

These arent tiny chicken pieces. You get your bucks worth here. And dont let the menu intimidate you (theyre working on changing the menu up to be more clear and consice). Everything we tried was top-notch.The dad and son sitting next to us each got the chicken sandwich combo, and their sandwiches looked huge. At the end of the meal, I asked the dad how it went, and he said he was stuffed, and thats hard to do, cause hes a good eater. The oven baked chicken with the honey spicy sauce, hands down the winner. Treat yo self to this experience. The manager said there are 300 plus stores in Korea and lots in Vietnam and China. Cant wait to try other sauces from their selection.

Oh my God this is actually the most amazing and delicious restaurant in San Diego. I was walking by it one day and decided to try it and Im so happy I did.Ive Only gotten the Mongol pot (I think thats what its called) and its so good. All it is is a bunch of vegetables, some meat of your choice (they also have vegan options and you dont even need to order meat), white or brown rice, and an egg. You can also substitute the rice with kale and add or take away anything you want. They serve it in a really hot bowl that keeps the food warm the entire time youre eating it (its what makes the food so delicious). However, you should take their advice and never touch the bowl under any circumstances ever unless you want to burn yourself. Anyways, so on top you can add their sauces and some Sriracha and it all melts together. to be honest Im not even the biggest fan of vegetables but they become so tender and flavorful that it would be a shame to eat the bowl without it.In terms of the restaurant, its very rustic and clean. The waiter that works their is really chill and cool so Ive never had a problem with the service. The price of the bowl is around $9 with no meat and with beef (which is what I highly recommend) its around $14 after taxes. You get so much food and its so delicious that its really worth it in my opinion.Tl;dr If you are looking for a healthy place to eat thats extremely delicious and unique, I highly recommend eating here.
Ramen and Sushi Spot
127 N El Camino Real Suite E, Encinitas, CA 92024, United States
Stopped by on a relaxing Sunday night, not busy and we got great service. Host was friendly and took care of us well. We ended up getting complimentary edamame. Our order,Wife:1x Black milk tea1x Ramen + Roll combo, Ramen = Black Garlic oil Ramen w/ spicy option added and the sushi roll was the Golden Tiger.Me:1x Hot green tea1x Veggie Gyoza1x Spicy Black Garlic RamenNotes:I specifically mention two types of Garlic oil Ramen. One is a Tonkotsu base with fresh veggies then Garlic Oil drizzled on top. You can make this spicy for an extra dollar. The other is Spicy Black Garlic Oil ramen, this one has the veggies and a pork chashu slice stir fried and grilled then placed on top of a spicy garlic oil tonkotsu broth and noodles. They have the same name on the menu so wanted to make that distinction. Both were outstanding. Get the 1st one if you like fresh veggies, get the 2nd one for a savory experience. The ramen the wife ordered did not come with chashu by default. They use thin noodles (my personal favorite).

I am a patient of Hydrafuse IV located in Encinitas, CA for 2 months now. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was 100% the focus and priority, as well as being surrounded by compassion and empathy. The Hydrafuse Team spent several hours looking over my complicated medical case, 20+ pages of lab results, and calculating doses to come up with 2 IV infusion protocols. Receiving these “special made for me” protocols have allowed me to experience a tremendous health improvement with my chronic autoimmune disease I have been struggling with for close to 4 years now. Due to my flair ups I have had to cancel my scheduled appointments several times with short or no notice. Tiffany has been incredibly understanding, compassionate and empathetic no matter my situation. She always checks in on me after my infusions to make sure I am feeling better. I have worked with all of the Hydrafuse Team nurses and each of them make me feel like I am the most important and special patient they have. They listen, nurture and cater to my every need and make sure every possible comfort is met. I have dealt with so many medical professionals at this point in time, and I am rarely ever impressed. However, I proudly recommend Hydrafuse IV and the services they offer.Their bedside manner is exemplary, their Infusions and Injections are a health improvement you can feel, and their pricing is ethical and worth every penny. I am so glad that Hydrafuse IV and their team is a part of my health care team! Thank you Hydrafuse IV!

You know that gorgeous chick you met once, that turned out to be a horrible person inside? This is what this place is...As a fan of fried chicken, I was excited to visit this place when it was recommended to me. When I got there I was excited by seeing the line to go into this place. We ordered 5 pieces of chicken, Señor Croque, Mexican Poutine, and Border Slaw. Ill start off by saying that it all looks delicious, hence the Gorgeous part of it. It seemed all well crafted for that perfect instagram #Foodporn post... but quickly I realized it wouldnt be a good idea to mislead any of my friends. All the food (excluding Mexican poutine) Was plain and bland in flavor. I even asked them to dip the chicken in a spicy sauce, and it did not make any difference. Ive never been so disappointed at chicken before, and Ive visited the worst of them all. How can such a good looking food taste so bad? No idea...The Mexican Poutine was probably the only item that actually had flavor but most of it was cause or the Jalapeño cheese wiz.The place is huge, and we found seating quickly...even on a peak time. The whole concept of the restaurant is amazing, but thats about it.To top it all off, the price was a little steep for what the actual food tasted like. Ill pay some good ? for some great food, but this is just not it. Almost $50 for two people is just too much when everything taste plain and flavorless.Maybe it was just a bad night for the restaurant, but thats my honest review. Some people love it, I just hate it.My review isnt meant to stop someone from coming in and trying it, but to just let you know if my experience. ?
