Jug Jug Sports Bar & Restaurant
11908 Balboa Blvd, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
The gem of this restaurant is the food, without question theres some talent back there getting these Korean dishes spot on. The spicy Korean wings are a must try, no doubt. Always LA sports/ big events on. If the food started to get some more publicity, it could only get even better.

Came with girlfriend the other day and tried their wings and dumplings. They were so good and they came out quickly. I loved the sauce and how crispy they were! Not to mention the service was great! It seems family run as what seemed like the owner came by our table to make sure everything was just perfect ??

So mouthful delicious! This restaurant have the healthiest and the best quality foods in town. The chicken kabob plate is one of my favorites that comes with your choice of varieties. I also love luleh and Korean short ribs. Their tabouleh, tzatziki and crisp fries are the best. If you love beef, try their trI-tip. Everything is very freshly cook to your order and the price is very reasonable. Id highly recommend.

Teriyakiya
10650 1/2 Balboa Blvd, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
A small humble spot to grab a good bite to eat. I would say its mostly Japanese fast food but definitely worth a go. Their entrees range from Kabobs to Yaki Soba, chicken Katsu to Bulgogi along with small appetizers such as chicken gyoza, veggie tempura and miso soup. My personal favorite is the Bulgogi plate with a side of miso soup. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. Cons: parking is somewhat limited but there is more parking behind the small plaza that this restaurant is located in.

Enjoy Ramen and Poke Bowls
17815 Chatsworth St # C, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
Good food, bad experience. Came to this place, on food truck night. Three of us ordered food but one of us had a small snack size food from a Korean truck. I bought a build your own poke, a ramen and a pork belly with a side of rice. We asked for permission if we can have the outside food in. The cashier had let us eat it but we have to throw the trash out. We saw the sign which we missed initially. Anyway, my son was already eating halfway of his food when suddenly we noticed the cashier and an old guy at the back arguing. Then the guy told us no outside food and he pointed out the sign rudely. We complied to his rude request because we dont want them to mess with our food, but I was pissed. Poke and the ramen were good(maybe I was hungry). As we were finishing our purchased meal, there was a white couple that left before us and the staff said thank you to them. As we were going to leave, the staff and the guy never bothered to say thank you to us. They were Koreans and were Filipino and Thai. Remind you that there were no confrontation or arguments. We just felt like its our obligation to eat there. I can go to a better poke bowl place with cheaper price than to eat at an over priced poke bowl and be treated like a none paying customer.

Granada Village
10823 Zelzah Ave, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
Basic Shopping Center nothing special to report except the over zealous security guard that needs to remember that he is a security guard for a generic Shopping Center not some sort of elite Police force. Really needs to kick back. Last time I was there I had my headphones in and apparently he was trying to get my attention because he thought I was leaving the parking lot, even though I was actually only walking across the parking lot to Orchard Hardware Supply when I had parked near Ralphs. Luckily I had forgotten my wallet in the car so I had to turn around to get it. Just as I am approaching my car I see this security guard taking pictures of my car and Im like excuse me whats up can I help you with something? And in a aggressive tone he replies yeah I was just about to have your car towed because I thought you were leaving the parking lot but leaving your car parked on the property. I responded in somewhat disbelieve uuhhhh no just walking across the parking lot to continue my shopping in this parking lot. Then proceeds to tell me if I want to park my car in this lot that I must stay shopping in this lot something extremely obvious to anybody. This is the first time that I can say luckily I forgot my wallet in the car what would have happened if I just continued on with my shopping and didnt bother to go back to the car for another hour or two. Who would have paid for the tow? Im glad I didnt get to that but seriously bro chill the F*** out! Remember youre just a security guard! And lastly this is not my first encounter with the crazy overzealous security guards of this Shopping Center. I can think of two other dudes. You shouldnt have to watch out for the security guards the security guards should watch out for you!

Belgium Waffle Haus
18100 Chatsworth St E, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
My Father & I went to breakfast here. The atmosphere was nice enough, clean. We ordered 2 different waffle plates. We both did not really enjoy the food. It looked amazing. It looked fresh but the taste of the waffle was like a long frozen waffle it sort of crumbled & flaked in your mouth. It didn't taste fresh or delicious. A big disappointment when you really thought a freshly made waffle would be warm, fluffy, a little doughy inside, a hint of vanilla even but not here, not at The Belgium Waffle Haus. The fruit and other fresh food items looked very fresh but had absolutely no taste. Both my Dad & I looked up at each other after two bites & acknowledged that the food was bland not fresh tasting waffle & the fruit had no flavor. We agreed it looked as it should taste good but didn't. We both decided we would most likely never eat there again. On a better note the tea was delicious. The beverages are good. If you go for a coffee or tea that maybe worth it to sit in a clean chill environment or just sit outside on a nice day. 2 stars for the food & the price ($35 + tip) for two plates and a hot tea & have to order food at counter. 3 stars for good tea and clean relaxing environment.

Good Pho You

This restaurant is Korean owned, and as a Vietnamese client, Id say the Pho was not that bad.Stopped by to dine in since it was on the way to go back to LA and was not disappointed.

SUSHIRAW
16858 Devonshire St, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
Took my mother for Mothers day. The place was half full but had to wait because we didnt have reservation for 6 people. Once seated, we we told their was a minimum tip of 18% due to the size of our party (6 people). The menu was confusing. I ordered an appetizer and asked that it be brought with the main course. The answer was maybe. Then my main course came first. The rest of my partys meals came staggered. By the time everybody got their food, my Cali rolls were warm and teriyaki cold and once my side of tempura arrived, it was greasy and soggy. I also had salad; the greens were not fresh. Pieces were browning and soggy. Skip to the check. Remember that obligatory18% tip because we were a large party? It was calculated after the tax was added to bill. I ask them to recalculate using the pre-tax amount, which was $20 less. FYI, if you must eat here, do so Monday-Saturday 11am-3pm. Theres a big difference in price for dinner and all day Sunday, but same food. As for me, Ill keep searching for an authentic Japanese restaurant, not one run by Koreans.

Asahi Sushi
10375 Balboa Blvd, Granada Hills, CA 91344, United States
I dont know what happened to this place. My family has been going to this restaurant for ages (15 years?) but it hasnt been the same since the pandemic.I was hoping that, with things slowly going back to normal, it would eventually go back to being as good as it was before but, so far, no such luck. It was a solid 4+ stars before but Im afraid we wont be visiting again unless it goes under new management and/or gets a massive makeover. Its just so sad because it was one of our favorite local places. The food has been hit or miss. Ive tasted some really suspicious ikura, salmon, and saba on separate occasions. The times Ive gone -- no matter what time of the year -- they put the oyster menu out, yet oysters are almost NEVER available. Dont put the oyster menu out, then! ????The service itself is hit or miss. Ive gotten some really cold and unfriendly service throughout the last few years -- some bordering on rude, as well as genuinely kind servers. Additionally, when they used to have a decent happy hour, the servers wouldnt tell you about it. You have to ask for the Happy Hour menu yourself if you want to pay the HH rates. ? Dont get me started on the restrooms. Theyre either smelly with slippery, wet floors (I think they dumped their excess ice in the toilets and urinals) or they reeked of an insane amount of Clorox. I... just... cant...We sincerely gave the business enough chances and time to recover but the quality of service, staff, and menu items have continued to go down and, in this economy, we know wed get a better value and experience elsewhere.
