Corner Grille Woodland Hills Korean Fusion
21853 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States
We order delivery from here at least once a week. This is our favorite new neighborhood restaurant. We order the Korean bbq ribs and the Korean bbq pork. Each dish comes with white rice and a side salad with a delicious creamy dressing. We love this place!

Kuji Asian Grill
1801 E Gibson Rd A, Woodland, CA 95776, United States
I eat here every few weeks. Sometimes more. Its my favorite place in Woodland. I love the back story about the owners: a couple merging their names to create Kuji, and working hard to bring their favorites to us. Im eternally grateful; the food is delicious. The kimchi is homemade, so is the Sriracha-type hot sauce. I get extra kimchi with every order. They also have the most delicious Korean pickles. My favorites are the pork belly salad, stone pot bimimbop, the K-chicken sandwich with extra aioli, and now, the tataki seared tuna salad. SoooOOooo goooOOood. It had slightly spicy, thinly sliced tuna that had been sliced after searing. There was super flavorful dressing that didnt drown the salad. Shaved (I think) jicama, or maybe it was that Japanese white radish. Avocado, and of course greens. I cant say it enough, how delicious it was. Crunchy and crispy, soft and smooth, savory and slightly spicy, fresh and yummy! They have a couple different flavor teas and boba. The berry tea is pretty good, but I always get Thai tea, no boba.I dont think Ive ever had something I dont like. I always want to try something new when i look at the menu, but I just love my favorites! Most of the time, I feel like the portion sizes are perfect! No box to bring home, no hassle. Every bite super satisfying. But, every once in a while, I want a bit more.. not because Im still hungry, but because its that good.Try this place, ask for the pork belly salad or whatever you want, you wont be disappointed.Anyway, thank you, Kuji, Im so glad I found you.- your loyal customer

Everything we had here has been fresh, authentic, delicious, and served with kind and helpful service. Not just another pho place in the valley... really excellent authentic Vietnamese food!We order the beef luc lac and Mi which came out more amazing than we expected. The beef was so tender because it was filet mignon to pair with rice and lettuce was heaven on earth. The Mi came with the house special sauce was so fresh and good portion of proteinThe decor of the restaurant was modern, cozy and immaculate. Service was attentive and quick. Their drink selection was amazing with refreshing choices. The parking was ample which is located in a big plaza between Ralphs and Sprout supermarketsWe havent had this amazing experience coming to other Vietnamese restaurants in the valley as this one. We would definitely come to back to try the Korean short rib as we saw was a huge pile of meat on an order next to our tableWhat more can we say as this will be our favorite restaurant which is conveniently located right off 101 Topanga exit. We highly recommend to anyone

Jims Fallbrook Market
5947 Fallbrook Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, United States
What can I say! I am behold disappointed in Jim's. I called in to place an order for pick up 5 days later. I wanted 4 14oz steaks ?. Shouldn't be difficult right. Wrong! When I arrived 5 days later to pick up my order, the young man at the counter asked how can he help me I told him I was her to pick up my order. He asked me for my name and said he would be right back. 5-7 min later he comes back and asked me again what it was that I ordered. I told him again 4 14oz fillet steaks. At this point he said okay and then left for about 10 more min. Mind you I don't mind waiting it's the holidays I get it we are all busy. He came back and said here is your order.Seems to have went okay! After a little more shopping I went home and started to get things prepared to marinate the steaks over night. This is where I lost ? it! After unpacking the steaks i come to notes none of the steaks were cut evenly to the 14oz weight I had given. See images. Not to mention after I noticed the huge difference. I weighted it myself and only had 2.9 lbs well 4 14oz steaks should come out to a total of 3.5lbs. So at this point my steaks are not the same weight and are in trimmed. A filet mignon steak should always be trimmed. All in All I was probably better off going to smart and final or a food for less with this quality that I was given.Looking back they obviously never placed my order or overlooked it or who knows. The young man never apologized for my order not being fulfilled, or apologizing for waiting. After all of the waiting, he had handed me the order, as if it was already packaged and was waiting for pick up, which clearly was not the case. While I was waiting, I could see him talking to the other workers, and was in the back on one of cutting boards so so it's pretty obvious he was preparing my order right then and there. It was bad service and even worse quality! I don't care how much something cost as long as I get what I asked for and in this case nothing matches what I asked for.Never ever again will I go back to Jim's

The Boiling Crab
23397 Mulholland Dr, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States
I loved the sha bang shrimp. It was so good, Im salivating while writing this review thinking about it. The shrimp had so much flavour and was cooked to perfection. The sweet corn had soaked up all the flavour from the sha-bang sauce and it was simply delicious. I was thrilled to try this as we dont have a lot of restaurants like this in Vancouver. The reasons for the bad review:1.The dungeness crab(frozen). The meat was old and dry. It tasted really bad. And the meat did give out an off putting odor. This could have been a one off situation, however considering the fact that we spent $57 for 2lb, I think its worth mentioning here. I was really looking forward to trying the crab. Sadly it just went to waste.2. In my initial assessment, I awarded the restaurant four stars. However, I observed that the business owner promptly responded to my review with a defensive remark. It appears that the owner may not have thoroughly reviewed the feedback, as my experience pertained to a take-out order. In the owners response, there was a defense of serving subpar produce, suggesting that the responsibility rested on me to communicate this to the server which I would have done if I dined at the restaurant.I believe a more constructive dialogue would be beneficial for addressing such concerns in a professional manner and also to read the content of the reviews the business receives. By providing feedback, I aim to emphasize the sincerity of my opinions rather than seeking a refund or complimentary meal. My intent is to contribute to transparency, aiding both the public and businesses in understanding the quality of food and service. I believe that honest reviews foster improvement and cultivate an informed consumer base, benefiting both customers and establishments alike.

Kitchen428 Restaurant & Mojos Lounge
428 1st St, Woodland, CA 95695, United States
My wife and I had a terrible experience while patronizing Mojo's the other day. I ordered the Tri-tip sandwich without the blue cheese crumbles and she ordered the crab cakes. Admittedly, they were busy, but our food took longer than normal to arrive. During this time, no one came to check on us or refill our water, not to big of an issue yet. When our food did arrive, my fries were cold and my Tri-tip sandwich was loaded with the blue cheese crumbles. I told the waiter who I had to hunt down and he said he would take care of it. Orders kept coming out, but not mine. I repeatedly inquired about my order and he kept saying it was just a minute out. 30 minutes later, no food. I found him and told him to make it to go, because my wife had been done fore some time now. Oh yeah… still no water. We talked to the manager and she said she put the order in herself, 10 minutes later, still no food. We asked for the check to pay for the food we actually received. At the register she copped an attitude and sarcastically said “thank for the chance.” Once we got our receipt, my food showed up in a to go bag and she said “take it, or we'll just throw it away.” I didn't need her attitude after the long ordeal we just went through. I've eaten at Mojo's several times before and never had an issue like this. Hopefully, it was a one and out, but I'm done with them for the near future. Mojo's, you can do better!

Curry Up Cafe
21912 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States
This place makes you want to like it. Inspired fusion options, and a funky flair that makes it seem like s hip place to try. Sadly, its all the worst cliches of a hole in the wall restaurant. The chef personally serves the guests with a reverence for the food he has made. Unfortunately, he misses all the details, especially the ones that matter most. The cheese fries were stale, but the Korean beef on top saved it. The paper used underneath it, and for my burger, frustratingly melts upon contact with the grease of the food it is served in. The condiments were so old, it scares one to use them. The ramen burger was made with flavorless soggy noodles, and the burger patty was the only thing that tasted decent, though no better than a backyard bbq. I feel this place couldve been great had the chef only put in the effort to make it so. I even spent 10 minutes trying to coex him out of the kitchen so I could get a bill to pay. He ignored me, so I left my best guess as to what I owed based on my memory of the menu. I really tried to give this place every opportunity, but it deserves to fail if things dont change. I think it should be shuttered for health code violations.Reply to chef: You should look on the table. The only robbery here was your pricing for food that tasted like in came out of the garbage. My review was kind considering my pregnant wife is now sick with food poisoning. Your response shows you are a child, and your food shows youre a second rate line cook at best. Both my wife and I have worked in kitchens, her at the highest levels. We know our food and your ketchup and mustard looks about 12 years old, which is the only confirmation of the age of your eatery. Im not surprised you arent receptive to criticism, especially when it was ment to give you a wake up call to live up to the potential you have with this place.

O Teriyaki
10 N East St STE 100, Woodland, CA 95776, United States
My son and I ordered food on 5/11/2021 at 8:35 pm. He had sesame chicken and I ordered the veggie noodles which I specifically said MILD and what do they give me SPICY that I CANNOT eat because my stomach CANT have spicy food. Then I call to tell them and they are CLOSED. Do you all not comprehend ENGLISH? Why do you ask a customer what they want if your not going to write it down? Is it pure LAZINESS because your about to close and could careless about what a customer wants. You ask the customer if they want mild, medium or spicy and I told you MILD. This is why I stopped coming to this food establishment. I dont know why I expected ANYTHING to be different with the service. This place use to be good when it was actually owned by a Hawaiian who actually took pride is serving ONO food. Now its ran by Mexicans who dont know squat about cooking good AUTHENTIC Hawaiian food. This is what you get when you have LAZY workers who dont know a damn thing about GOOD customer service.
