This location is Trash, straight up trash!I would not recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we walked in we were told there's a 10 mins wait time which is completely normal but we had to wait atleast about 35 mins which is completely ridiculous. On top of that once the table was ready to be seated they gave it to someone who were 3rd on the list after me just because all of the their members were there and my group were waiting in the car outside just cause we had a 14 month old and it was cold outside. Okayyyy we let that pass since we all were literally starving after waiting 35-40 mins. While we were waiting we made sure to have our order ready so we don't waste any more time to look at the menu and decide. We ordered 1 veg hot and sour soup, 1 veg manchow soup, 1 veg fried momo's, 1 veg Hakka noodles, 1 Manchurian, 1 Chinese bhel. We all were very excited to try this branch. Come our order our excitement were dropped to the floor the first to arrive were the soup's we all just had 1 sip and were literally about to spit it out. We had to return that back to the kitchen. Next was Chinese bhel - this was another blunder it was literally fired noodles chopped and added with tomato ketchup, we had to send that back to kitchen as well. Next were the veg momo's - we took 1 bite and were literally about to walk out the restaurant on how can they mess up all 3 of our dishes so bad. Next we got Hakka noodles and Manchurian which was lil bit edible compared to all our first 3 dishes. After receiving the bill we got to know that a $12 tip was already added saying a party of 5 or more whereas we were just 4 of us adults and a 14 month old baby.I don't really write negative reviews but this was a bad bad experience and I wouldn't want anyone going through the same thing we just went through. This business really needs to step up if they want to stay in business.

Dont go here. Manager was very rude and disrespectful and Racist towards my friend and I. I called on the phone to ask if they took payment on the phone. I was told yes by the cashier as they also do togo order. Then when we got there we further asked again if someone else could call to make a payment over the phone after our meal, again cashier said yes. After eating I called my Agent who was treating my friend and I for dinner to make the payment and the cashier said ok hold on. He then went to call the so called manager who now came and told us they dont take payments over the phone. I asked but we were told this was fine. Cashier Apologized right in front of this manager that he misunderstood and it was his fault.. manager then turns to me, ignoring his worker and said that doesnt matter and they wont take the payment over the phone as my Agency was waiting on phone to give the information card for payment. She even said what if I send ID which matches with the card, again he said no. I asked this wasnt my fault, i asked multiple times and i was told this was fine before we sat to eat. He further got very rude and said no. My agency then apologized and hung up while I kept going back and forth with this heartless racist manager. After I told him i had no other way to pay, he then said ok Ill take the payment. This was one hour later. By then the agency had closed and wasnt picking up anymore for the night. He got even meaner and was very unprofessional, even though he could have taken the payment before while they were ready to make the payment but refused and lied that the system would not take it if he tried . but then all of a sudden he could now take this payment ?? He further continued to embarrass my friend and I by being violent, rude and threatening to call the police now even though he was the aggressor which I told him to please go ahead !! (He obviously thought i would be afraid of police because were black)My friend then decided to pay for the food to calm the situation and we left. It was our first time in San Jose and this man ruined our night and trip. That was our first and last time at this restaurant . Do not waste your money. Such an awful way to treat a customer. Terrible customer service.PSI got a response basically dismissing the situation and trying to make excuses for the bad behavior from this business. saying there is no discrimination, but we definitely experienced discrimination with that staff!!! it was clear and definitely personal. He was loud, rude, and did everything to escalate the situation to embarrass us. There is no reason for any staff, especially a manager should be allowed to treat customers this way and work there and all you can do is make excuses for them. He never even apologized for them giving the wrong information twice! He dismissed it and said he didnt care!! Managers shouldnt act this way. Their job should be trying to make customers have a great experience not making sure they loose their business

Decent little shopping center. Sprouts got the center going a few years ago, after Lucky and Albertsons were there for years at a time. It never really flourished like it does now. Primavera Ristorante was about the only good restaurant. Then Orchard Supply Hardware came along and gave it a shot in the arm. Unfortunately OSH didnt last long. They got a neighbor by the name of Total Wine and More, like an upscale BevMo. And a couple other little restaurants that have come and gone are missed. I liked Noodles & Company ?. The Habit is there...I backed off them a few years ago because of the issue of not washing hands after using the bathroom. Nuff said. Big 5 is a nice staple to have there. Get all my shoes and sporting goods there. Phil, the longtime manager, is awesome. There are also banks galore! I also like the fact that its not just a starbucks area, but also Peets...and Sprouts has a nice $1.00 coffee to get you going in the morning. Lots of little restaurants...Rolls is great! Used to have a Panchos but they left. Carls Jr, Jamba Juice, Pizza my Heart, the Kabob Shop, Menchies, Ikes sandwiches, Dos coyotes (gag), Panda Express, Zpizza, Panera, Zacharys Pizza, and more. Now, theres about 3 relatively new restaurants there. Personally I love Plucked. If you like Sauced (Livermore/Walnut Creek), this is their little brother. Also a new Thai place I need to check out...

This will in all likelihood be my “go to” stopping point whenever I’m traveling to or from the races in Bakersfield. My room is spacious, has an insanely comfortable bed (appreciated by my ever-aching back !) and an abundance of towels. Appliances include a full-size fridge, dishwasher (Marriott supplies pots and pans, utensils, china, glasses and cutlery) a two-ring convection cooktop and a decent sink for clean-up. The “Marketplace” just across the road includes Nob Hill Foods, a CVS, great restaurants (including Thai, Indian and Chinese/Asian options....and the ubiquitous Round Table pizzeria), Cold Stone for desserts, with Whole Foods, Target and still more places to eat/drink within a mile. Staff & support crew at the Marriott site are friendly and go out of their way to provides assistance when needed; the site is litter-free and obviously well maintained. Comfortable rooms and a quiet overall environment earn this site five stars.

I am sure if this place had someone working for them that knew what they were doing, there's a chance they could be successful. They just opened, but the woman taking orders is very incompetent. I stood there waiting for her to take my order, while 3 other people, separate tables, came in and she waited on them before me and brought them their order BEFORE even asking me what I would like to order. I asked what was in the won ton soup and she replied, meat, wontons and vegetables. After waiting 20 minutes, and questioning why people that came in after me were served before me, she brought out my order and handed it to me. I had not paid yet. If it weren't the fact that I am an honest person, I could have walked out, but I told her I hadn't paid for my order yet.The wonton soup has no vegetables and no meat, except for the meat in the wontons. I actually did not find any meat in the wontons, just floppy noodles. The shrimp dumplings were VERY doughy.Save yourself some frustration and money and perhaps wait awhile until they get their act together.Terrible customer service and worse food.

A full display of apples was behind a sale sign when they were the wrong kind and nearly twice the price at the register. A few fruits rolling out of place is one thing but a full display means an employee put them there. My coupon was not honored at the self checkout. I pushed the button for assistance and after a few minutes an employee hit a few buttons on the computer to clear the red light without asking me what I needed. When I spoke with the manager about these issues he talked to me over his shoulder while facing the cigarettes and only turned around to ask Well what do you want me to do about it? in a confrontational and not at all genuine way. He also told me that the self-checkouts always have price issues and coupon issues but he cant have someone stand there all day (other grocery stores do, Ive worked in them). Not sure why the self-checkouts are open at all when the manager admits they routinely over charge customers.Very poor customer service, especially from a manager. Havent been back since, have saved a ton by shopping at the Walmart Grocery down the road.

They were running out of some of the items (it was about 40 min before closing), they said they could not make any more of it and they were done for the day so I had to settle for the 2 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of eggplant that were left...it was less than the size of even one serving spoon. The silly thing is that the guy working there (as well as the manager who probably over heard our conversation with him) did not offer for us to have anything else in addition to that very very tiny amount of eggplant tofu and they still charged us the full amount which isnt fair. Ive been to another location around the same time at night (pleasanton) and they immediately offered to make more when they saw an item was nearly over. If this location doesnt want to make another batch, thats okay, but I shouldnt be charged the full amount when I got barely any of it. Wont be coming back here.
