I’ve been to many Olive Gardens since it’s one of my daughter’s favorite restaurants however this was my first time dining at the Riverside location. Service was very good, we only waited a little over 25 minimum which wasn’t bad considering it was a Sunday afternoon. Our food was good although we could not eat the minestrone soup because it smelled fermented. Other than that the rest of the food was delicious.

I come here whenever Im visiting relatives in the area. Small, local restaurant. Not fancy, good basic food. I love their sandwiches like egg salad, chicken salad, BLT, even a meatloaf sandwich. They have burgers, salads, and soup of course. No French fries. But they have potato salad and just plain potato chips instead. They also have a good breakfast menu which I have not ordered from as Im never there that early in the day. A few tables outside. A few tables downstairs and upstairs. Nice people working here. Always satisfied when we leave.

Saturday nights are busy here, but we were seated in about 15 minutes. Our server Allie, is a delightful young lady. She was very attentive and efficient in getting our order to the table as quickly as she could. The soups were on point on a chilly night in Northwest Fresno... Would highly recommend this popular restaurant.

A perfect place to grab a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They have a wide variety of options on their menu. I recommend getting the “Pick 2” option which comes with a soup and salad of your choice. My personal favorite is the Asian Sesame Chicken salad. The riverside location is within walking distance to other restaurants and clothing stores. Overall, I would recommend stopping by!

The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken meatball piadina with potato soup on the side for takeout. It was ready right on time and packed up nicely with complimentary bread for my soup. However, I am taking 1 star for the rude greeting I got from the hostess when I went in the restaurant. Apparently, they have a separate entrance your supposed to go to for takeout, I couldnt see that entrance from where I parked. The employees in that section were very polite.

Im very conflicted about this location. I just moved into the area 2 weeks ago and Ive been a tad busy with settling in and working full time warehouse so Ive been visiting this Panera location more times than Id like to admit. The first visit was perfect, food was on time, environment was chill, one of the employees was extremely attentive and overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. This prompted me to return to this location multiple times within the last 2 weeks but unfortunately there was a new issue with my orders everytime I came back. I usually order with Rapid Pickup and even though I arrive 10 or so minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time my order is never ready. Whenever my order is eventually prepared Im missing one or multiple food items or being issued substitutes or refunds for items that have been sold to me but sold out when I arrive to pick up. And preparing my food is giving them too much credit. Im sorry but every order I have recieved, all of the items look like they are just tossed into the bag with no consideration for presentation or transportation. (And I always check my food for errors as soon as Im handed my order so its not me tossing the food around while I drive home or something) All in all I have probably visited this Panera about 10 or so more times within the last 2 weeks (sad I know) and about 90% percent of my visits have been plagued by the issues stated previously. I even visited the San Dimas Panera within this 2 week span and they got my order wrong too!! So is it all Paneras or just two poorly run locations?? I hate giving reviews like this but after going through and reading the other reviews for this location and seeing others going through the same situations I am, I felt obligated to do so. Hope something changes quickly with Quality Control here because I truly love the food and it sucks when I have to stop coming due to excessive incompetence.

I got the “Pick 2” option, Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup... AMAZING! It was so delicious, I didn’t even have time to take a picture for the review lol. My husband wanted to try the chocolate chip cookies so he bought 3 of them.... devoured in seconds! I’m so glad we have this nearby because I was getting tired of the rest of the other restaurants around here. Love love love this fresh and fast food!

Excellent selection of salad ingredients, even though current Covid conditions have made it difficult to keep some ingredients in stock. The pesto chicken was delicious. One complaint; the young man helping me stopped 3/4 of the way through my order to start the next persons order, leaving me to wait for him to put together her 2 salads. I did complain and he did return to my order, but it was really uncomfortable. I actually regret giving him a tip. I will try this place again because the food was really good, and hope I get better service next time..... Went there again recently. The person making my salad stopped in the middle to help someone else, saying Ill be right back. What kind of service is that? Wont be returning again.?

I received a flyer in the mail and it looked really good so we thought wed give it a try. Its an order and sit (or take-out) kind of place with register service and a self-service kiosk. Its a small place with only a handful of tables. It appears as though they are setup more for online/delivery/take-out service, but you can dine-in if so inclined.From the flyer, I already knew I wanted to try the Birria Ramen and boy was it good. The soup was so flavourful and tasted a lot like Menudo, one of my favorites. My partner had the Surf & Turf Burrito made with Carne Asada and Shrimp. It was quite large and really good. We also ordered Chips & Salsa, with three or four salsas to choose from. We chose the pico de gallo, which was excellent. They also had a red, green and (I think) another... I dont recall specifically. They specialize in Birria and have it available in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, taquitos... every which way you can imagine. I highly recommend it. Ive eaten a lot of Birria and this ranks among the best Ive had. Very authentic!Halfway through our meal, the employee (owner? manager?) who took our order, brought us an order of churros with a chocolate dipping sauce... on the house! They were delicious and a great way to embrace new customers at a restaurant new to the area. Great service! I will definitely be back.
