Well I was craving for some Asian food early today so I went to Google and did my research, Im from San Diego and I know so many amazing and Súper yummy food places cheap but amazing really?? yes really!! any ways I give this a place a try ...1. its not a fancy place, its small but comfy.2.food compared to some places in San Diego its little more expensive but nothing to cry about.3. friendly service.4.food took little bit of time but its understandable was busy plus seems like they are short on staff( they have the help wanted sign up)5. my girls plate came with a extra stuff (hair). they took the plate out of our check ( we never asked for but we got it )6. food from 1 to 10 I give it a 8... its no bad trust me ! you got to give it a try, I ordered my classic phó soup I did enjoy it.. compared to the one I love back home (San Diego ca.) I can give this phó a 9 its taste really good and yummy !!! Ill be back for more for sure while Im in hemet.....saludos

Tonight has been one of the worst experiences at any type of establishment. FIRST, Im placing the order as my son goes to pick it up via the online order drive thru pick up option. Well it asks for my payment 4 TIMES, should have stopped there, but Im home sick and hes already there so i proceed. AFTER the 4th time I check my account and the debit has gone thru 23.11, ok. No confirmation but it went thru they must have gotten it whatever. Son calls no order need a receipt researching by everyone they changed the store for some unknown reason during my order from .2 miles away to 4 mi. away - its 930 both are open. So he drives to the other location, Here we go again, nothing.. I send my order screen shot, my bank statement from the app showing withdrawn and the G pay screen shot as well all showing total paid $23.11 time date and Store#. They decide, 2 managers plus staff, that they will honor our order for free - NOT FREE I PAID wth, hour and a half later son is home. Finally, WITH 2 $5 boxes, not even the drinks that come with them. I called, they pick up the phone but wont speak - 3 times!!! True story... 2 taco bells, 8 people, 1 1/2 hrs later, $25 bucks, 9 calls and the order isnt even CLOSE- i mean w or w/o receipt you SHOULD KNOW boxes come with a drink$!!?? 3 out of 5 of my family didnt eat. Thank you Taco Bell. Wow! Im so furious so heated, dont even slow down passing this place. Dont stop. Horrible night!!

UPDATE: So, I called to inform them about my food and they did not hesitate to replace the meal, and ofdered me a meal on them. As I said at first, service was always ABOVE AND BEYOND. So replacing my food without an attitude was extremely satisfying. And the food was ready when I got there. Thank you so much to the staff for making it all great!Went through drive thru. The employee was Sweet as pie! Respectful and kind. The fiod was hot, buy my Nacho dipping taco has a strand of red hair right on it when I opened it. And I paid for a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme taco meal and neither taco is supreme. So it sucks to get your food minutes before picking up your kids so you could actually have 5 minutes out of your day to eat, and its not correct or has hair. Now Im at their school and I have to wait for them before I can go back, and my other kid is out in 20 minutes across town. We can never catch a break as mothers.

I came here for lunch on my birthday a month ago and had a fantastic experience. The food was really good and so was the Mango passion fruit tea. I've came back a few times and gotten a Togo orders. Honestly the food is always fresh to order and the ingredients are good. I recommend this place to everyone. Not only if their food and customer service amazing but they're also really nice. Yesterday father' day Sunday we were a few doors down buying ice cream. The ladies at the ice cream shop delicias michoacanas denied my 4 yr old niece to used their bathroom. Not only were they rude about it even though we were buying a lot of things from them. We ended up walking out and going down the street. My sister in law brought my niece here and was able to use the restroom without having purchasing anything. I'll continue coming here and supporting this business. thank you for being kind.

Firstly I must say, probably the best customer service experience Ive had in my entire life. A short interaction that definitely made an impression.I was recommended by a coworker to give Pippys a try, and Im very glad I did. Placed my order online, which was quick and easy.First thing I noticed, was the very affordable prices, paid $20 for an XL pepperoni pizza and 6pc wing, And that was including tip. In 25 min my order was ready for pickup. Arrived to a gentleman on the phone and he politely acknowledged me and I waited patiently. As soon as he finished his phone order, he promptly greeted me with a smile and a genuine sense of pride in the establishment(which was spotless, organized and very cozy).He brought my order, reviewed my items for accuracy and handed them over. He proceeded to wish me a happy valentines day for myself and my family, and wished me a safe drive home.When I arrived home, my family and I proceeded to enjoy a very well made pizza. Crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside, taste was very fresh, flavor was very nice. Ive seen some reviews complaining of plain crust, which I do not see as a negative trait. Most pizza places treat the crust like garlic bread, and I find it refreshing when a crust can be enjoyable with no added flavors or ingredients. My only suggestion is a little lighter on the seasoning on the pizza itself, a little strong. But overall this pizza was and is now in my top three local pizzas, only rival to San Biagios in Upland, and Black Market brewery in Temecula.Next is my favorite food, the chicken wings, which I usually critique pretty strongly at establishments. And WOW,fresh tasting chicken, perfectly crispy, tossed in a well balanced buffalo sauce thats not over spicy, or overly sweet. Meaty flats, and substantial drums. To this point, Idyllwild Brew pub had my favorite local wings, and Pippys has now taken that spot over. Superb wings.Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will absolutely return again. But the star of the show was the short and amazing customer service experience that I encountered.This is a small local place that is quickly building a reputation, and I suggest if youve had a bad experience here, to give it another go as its always better to give a second chance to a local establishment with heart, than a multimillion dollar chain that seldom cares about its customers. For the same price as a major chain, you can get a higher quality meal, and will help support a local gem. Keep it up guys

After tonight 9 times we have cam ge.⁶Tonight Darian attempted to serve us. I asked Mr. Darien told me there was no manager on-site and then I stated that this will be the ninth time that I will order food here and get it messed up suddenly Glenda the good witch of the East appears out of nowhere and starts asking me whats going on Im assuming this is the same woman that he had just told me had already left but then again she never stated her name so I have no idea. She was just as unhelpful as him. They have the slow game they like to play there or they say excuse me, Excuse me,, Excuse me can you talk louder, Excuse me I cant hear you, . Our food is always overcooked to the point where the chicken is hard how long do you have to cook a chicken tender and order to make it so hard that it tastes like chicken jerky. And how long do you have to cook French fries for the center to be raw and cold. I scratched my head at the fact. Look Im just trying to give you guys business and the reason it took me so long to actually write I reveal because I tried my hardest to give you guys every benefit of the doubt. Im in Doctor at school and I eat at Daves every single Saturday and Sunday and it is my favorite joy of the week and thats how I knew of Daves because every time I order from that Daves everything is on point and delicious. You guys have this place sitting there for over a year. Hiring the wrong staff and not ;training them correctly is detrimental to the success or the failure of the business. I highly suggest retraining your staff and teaching them how to cook. Not feeling good today, and all I wanted was a really good sandwich. Mission accomplished. We recently moved to Hemet and have yet to find favorites when it comes to food establishments, Downtown Deli definitely made my list. I ordered the Turkey BLT Avocado and Cheese with a side of potato salad, my daughter ordered a classic BLT with Avocado. The total was almost $40, so I was a little shocked at that and thought, this sandwich better be worth it. It was!! It was about a 15 minute wait before our order was ready and we were on our way home. I was actually really excited to open up the takeout box and get a look at this sandwich. Let me tell you, the sandwiches are HUGE! The first bite was full of just absolutely great flavor, honestly the BEST sandwich Ive ever had!! The blend of salt, pepper, and oregano mixed with the avocado and fresh produce was just so freaking good. The potato salad was almost as good as my mamas and that says ALOT! It was just really so good. I thought 15 minutes was a long wait, but now I get it. These sandwiches are made with love and pride and you can taste it. During those 15 minutes I took some time to learn about the owner of the Deli, Stephen. I had to hold back tears after learning about how involved he was with his community and how loved he was by the community. He passed in 2019 and Im just really happy that his legacy is being carried on. He would be so proud of the great job you are all doing at Downtown Deli, such a welcoming atmosphere, built with love for sure. I highly, highly recommend Downtown Deli.
Big Daddys Famous East Coast Cheesesteaks

(Total rip off and not worth the trip) These 5 star reviews must be coming from family and friends because this place isnt all that great. The cheesesteak was the most basic and bland sandwich I ever had and compares nothing to those you would find on the east coast. The fries taste as if they were warmed in a microwave and the cheese and chili thats used are the same youd find at a gas station. The kind youd get from a can. Not to mention, the food is terribly OVERPRICED and you get such small portions. You are better off spending the same amount of money at a Jersey Mikes and getting a bigger, tastier cheesesteak. A restuarant is supposed to give me something unique; something Ive never tasted before that brings its own individual flavors to the table. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here at all. The food is so embarrassingly bland that a drunk could literally make the same food at home and it would probably even taste better. I cant say that I could recommend this restaurant to anyone after my visit. Definitely not worth the time and money. Youll have better luck going to Subway. Improve your culinary skills and focus on making your food taste good and less on making money. Best Regards.

My husband and I heard about this destination through IG, so we were very eager to try. We were so disappointed in the presentation of our food. Oxtails were overcooked to the point they tasted burnt. The Oxtails were hard and not tender and full of black pepper. The meat was so overcooked that the oxtails had lost its flavor. Not enjoyable to eat. The beans were just basic and taste right from the can. The young lady offered to let us try the potato salad and so glad we did! We did not get the potato salad because it was also not good. Plain and no flavor. Mac and cheese were disgusting and had lots of cornstarch. In our opinion, there was nothing about this mac and cheese you would like. Not good at all. We spent about $60.00 for 1pnd burnt oxtails, $35.00 beans, mac and cheese, and 1 taco. The prices are way overpriced. It wouldnt be so bad if the food was good. I feel like we just waited our money. We were very disappointed since this was our first visit. We really wanted to like this place after hearing so much about it. However, we were so disappointed!! I always try my best to give an honest review, and this review is very honest. I can not recommend destination smokehouse in good faith. We went to the hemet location. All of the delicious food we saw on Instagram was not what we received. My husband and I are still burping up pepper. Attention: Destination smokehouse, you owe us a do over. Make sure every order you serve is your very best because you never know who you are serving. Forgot to add the food didnt taste fresh you could tell it was left over food. Oxtails were so hard and just not good! Im so mad at spending so much money for bad food! #LAtimes

Hi I am a loyal customer to this location and today I experience poor customer service and racism I figured to leave this here since I called earlier today around 5 o'clock to make a complaint against a young lady that worked in the deli where the sandwiches are my husband(Caucasian) went there to get a sandwich made and she was OK with him when I walked up (African-American) she gave me the most dirty look ever which made me feel very uncomfortable but I still proceeded to ask about the salads being made due to I am a vegetarian low carb she was very rude to me a young man was there next to her he had such empathy for me that he went over to help me as if he knew that she was wrong I would like to say great customer service skills to that young man on the other hand I wasn't going to call to make a complaint but after leaving the store I Felt very humiliated so I went ahead and called customer service direct me over to a man supposedly his name was Mike the manager I address the issue to him and I felt the most utter disrespect when he had no sort of empathy to what had happened when I addressed the issue to him I also asked how was he gonna handle the situation he stated that he'll go talk to her to see her side of the story I also proceeded to ask if any type of procedure will be taken and he kind of brushed it off as if it was not serious I also asked him what was he going to say to her he pause for a moment and said he didn't know taken from that conversation that I had with him I also informed him that I will be contacting customer relations to corporate regarding the situation and how he handled the situation very sad that that's a store that I love to go to and I feel very miss treated and unvalued
