Taco Bell
26715 Western Ave, Lomita, CA 90717, United States
Been to this Taco Bell quite a few times. Each time the service has been not so good, but the last time my wife and I went we had the pleasure of dealing with Fernando. A few words to describe this individual, argumentative, rude, disrespectful. This guy should not be in any service industry. Look I get it, some people hate their jobs, but you don't bring that attitude with you to work. No one forced this guy to work there. It was so bad that we decided to not complete our order in the drive through and we left. Fernando, if you ever read this you should know a couple things about working in a service industry. 1. Don't argue with the customer, you're there to serve them. 2. Don't disrespect the customer. I told you I tried ordering 2 times through the speaker. If you didn't hear me then that's one thing, but to tell me I didn't attempt it and to begin to argue with me and get an attitude is unacceptable. On top of that, you disrespected my wife when she tried telling you that I had attempted to order twice. You should be fired from that location.

Sampas Gourmet Pizza
2413 Pacific Coast Hwy, Lomita, CA 90717, United States
What a disappointing experience I just had. I've ordered Sampa's Pizza in the past for pick up and been super happy with the fresh quality and taste of their pizza. However, I just ordered a full pizza ($18) and a piece of their ($5) Tiramisu dessert had it delivered which totaled over $36 with delivery, etc. I didn't mind paying the delivery fee but I was so very disappointed in the food. My pizza was not at all fresh and tasted chewy and rubbery. The Tiramisu was not only half the size of what it should have been, but it is runny and look like it's been sitting out in the sun for days. Did the quality go down?
Suki Time Thai Kitchen
2271 Lomita Blvd, Lomita, CA 90717, United States
I ordered via website which offered free delivery. Within 5 minutes of the order, I received a call from the restaurant saying they were in the weeds and didnt have certain items. I was okay with the substitutions and the fact that it would be an hour for delivery. It was 2 hours later that we received our food and it was the first time I received food that was inedible--not all but one dish in particular. Do not order anything with beef from this restaurant. There is no quality control. I have never not been able to eat the beef from any restaurant before but this beef was full of grisle and inedible. I called several times during the second hour to see if my food was actually coming. No one answered the phone. EVER. I left messages and received a free thai ice tea and an apology. Was this worth it. NO! I am sad considering the number of great reviews.

Famous Tandoori

Dont miss out on this hole in the wall tasty Pakistani and Indian Halal cuisine. Despite having three signs displayed in front of their building, its really easy to miss because its located on PCH, unless you happen to stop because of the nearby traffic lights. Im always looking for mom and pop businesses to support and happened to be in the area and saw this spot. Prices are very fair and portions are generous. They even have lunch specials that are available from Tues-Thurs and other daily specials that you dont want to miss. They have plenty of indoor space and even have a gorgeous outdoor patio seating. Unfortunately, it was quite hot that day so I opted to sit indoors.|| L O C A T I O N / P A R K I N G ||-Closest cross streets are PCH and Appian Way-Parking is available in the rear. You want to turn into the entrance as soon as you pass by the nail and hair salon. We passed by it thinking that we could just park in the next available entrance but that was not parking for that plaza.-Came on a Friday at noon and the lot was probably 70% full.|| F O O D / D R I N K S ||Mango Lassi ($4.00) - So smooth and delicious. Not too sweet!Potato Samosa ($4.00/4pcs) - So crispy and pairs super well with their green sauce! They also offer beef samosas but I wanted to try something without meat since my main dishes were heavy on meat.Chicken Tikka Masala ($13.99) - A classic Indian dish that I always order. What I liked about theirs was that it was so creamy and flavorful. We opted for a mild spice level and it was perfect. If you want to go for a spicier kick, medium would be a spice option to go with. Like many Indian restaurants, it doesnt come with rice or naan and will have to be ordered separately.Garlic Naan ($2.99) - Garlic Naan is always a must for me. Theirs was freshly made and the most fluffy naan that Ive ever had. Do yourself a favor and make sure to order extra because one order is not going to be enough for two people. I made sure to order one naan for each person in my party.Special Chicken 65 ($15.99) - Decided to try something new and saw that many fellow Yelpers posted about this. Its chicken mixed with tangy and garlic sauce. The tanginess isnt too strong which was perfect for me. It pairs extremely well with rice or naan. Definitely recommend it if youre looking to try something new.Lamb Pulao (FRIDAY SPECIAL $14.99) - Our server recommended this daily special dish and since we were a fan of lamb, we decided to go for it. The portion is extremely generous. You can order one for yourself or share with at least one or two other people. Since it comes with a large portion of rice, I ended up saving some of that rice to go with my chicken tikka masala. Usually with lamb, there is a certain smell/odor that I dont like if its not cooked properly but I was so pleasantly surprised that I could barely distinguish that odor. The meat was so tender that it came off the bone pretty easily.
Ruiji Sichuan Cuisine
1949 Pacific Coast Hwy, Lomita, CA 90717, United States
This is a hidden gem for great Sichuan food. I went with my family, all five of us vegetarian and some on a special keto diet.On a Friday night, we got parking very easily in the complex and we were seated with no wait. The place was very clean and spacious. The round tables are big to accommodate many dishes for a family style dining experience. We tried mapo tofu, braised tofu, veggies dry pot, dan dan noodles and vegetarian stir fried noodles. My niece didnt wanna have anything spicy and she enjoyed the stir fried noodles. The restaurant managed the spiciness of all the dishes according to our order. My husband and brother like the numbing flavor and the restaurant amped up the flavor in mapo tofu and dry pot. It was very satisfying food for them.I am a big fan of dry dan dan noodles. What I got over here was good. I like my noodles quite dry, over here they were a bit liquid. Still a good place to go if I get craving for Dan Dan.They had very good customer service and the food arrived within 10 minutes of our order. This is going to be my go-to place for Sichuan cravings.
Eat Fantastic
2064 CA-1, Lomita, CA 90717, United States
Summary: Massive burgers. Quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. Fries are big too, but a bit pricey. Plenty of parking. Four beers on tap (mostly pale ales). Salty and tasty. After passing by the BCG several times since it arrived, my wife and I finally opted to give it a shot and get our order to go. When I arrived, the restaurant was decently filled with happy looking people chowing down on burgers and fries. I got in line and put in our order. About 15 minutes later the food was ready to go, so I took it home and we enjoyed. We got the Cali with bleu cheese and the Holy Moly with pepper jack, as well as the Poutine fries and BCG fries with ranch dressing. Both burgers were juicy, big, tasty, filling, and had a great variety of flavors and textures. The bleu cheese on the Cali was probably a little too much salt flavor, though, so I would recommend a milder cheese with that burger. Both fries were massive and well cooked. The poutine fries needed more gravy, but the curds were delicious. The BCG fries were awesome with American cheese. Nice and melty and tasty with the bits of bacon and grilled onions. The total came to $27, which isnt cheap, but we were supremely full when all was said and done, and we were satisfied. We will likely be coming back here for burgers again.
Alfredos Restaurant

MY FAVORITE MEXICAN PLACE. PERIOD. Seriously, im genuinely upset i didnt discover this place sooner. Each item on the menu is unique and that is something i never thought id say about a mexican joint. I enjoy the coastal mexican selection with many seafood and vegetarian options. But everything from the rice, beans, tortillas, SPICY salsa, is all homemade with love. I LOVE this place. Out door seating. Suuuuper safe neighborhood and technically city of lomita. DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH THE RESTAURANT OF THE SAME NAME ON NARBONNE. i havent been to that one but i dont need to experiment anymore. This place is it. The real deal. The last stop. Just go. Now. Do it. Well... as long as its not 9pm-9am. Thats them sleeping hours for the folks that run the place. Oh, did i mention this is a LOCALLY OWNED ESTABLISHMENT THAT HAS SURVIVED?? chyea. Are u on your way yet?...

I give it three stars only because their customer service is horrible the food is quite good though Ive went there multiple times and that is the only reason why Ive returned is because the food is good but anytime you place an order they always get it wrong check your order before you take it home even when youre in the restaurant they still get it wrong multiple times they never write nothing down none of the waiters write anything down but they can never remember what you ordered if you tell him you they got it wrong to have an attitude with you there I just ordered some food right now order double rice no salad guess what it has salad no double rice and my son has no rice to eat do I order double rice cuz he doesnt like salad hes four so double-check your orders maybe even triple check
