This is a great vegetarian restaurant. I love their salads and soup! Ive done both drive-through and dine in. The dining is nice, with counter service. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. My only complaint is that they charge an extra 75¢ or dollar for a tiny container of dressing if you want one extra. Salads are pretty big so the one small thing of dressing that comes with it really isnt enough

Ikes Love & Sandwiches

I had the pleasure of eating at the Roseville Ikes where I ordered a Paul Ruben Sandwich to go. I took the sandwich to go and enjoyed the most delicious first half of the sandwich while waiting at REI for my front brake to be repaired on my E-Bike. The next day I heated the second half up in an air fryer and again, it was a most delicious cillinary experience.While waiting for the sandwich to be prepared I sat at one of their tables. Unfortunately, for me, a thin-skinned senior citizen, I found the chairs to be extremely uncomfortable. Theres no padding on the seat and theres no padding on the back. It gives the impression they dont want people to be comfortable while their dining.Even though the chairs were uncomfortable I still give Ikes 5 stars. I would hope theres someone in management at Ikes reads this posting and fixes the chairs so that they are comfortable and one could actually enjoy dining at a table in the restaurant.

It was Thursday night and a little crowded, I was asked if I wanted to eat inside or outside dining. I said a table in or out would be fine. I was then told it would be 30 to 35 minutes. I gave the hostess my name and number, she said that I would receive a text. After 35 minutes of waiting I was texted to come to the hostess stand. One of the hosts a gentleman said are you okay with dining at the bar? I said no I prefer a table, he then said that you will have to wait for a table. There were several tables and booths available inside and out. I told him never mind I have wasted enough time here and will choose another place to dine. My Friend talked to the host and called me to come back inside, they happened to find an empty table. We ordered 2 drinks a Crown Apple Ginger Beer and an Irish Car bomb, with a glass of water and a glass of ice tea. The Crown Apple drink had something dark floating in it after one sip and they promptly got a new drink for me. The Irish Car Bomb was a shot drink with probably a half of a beer with the shot. I ordered Crab cake sandwich with fries, my friend ordered Steak rare, with asparagus with mashed potatoes. My Crab Cake sandwich was great and the fries seemed to be bits and pieces, without any flavor. My Friend steak was actually cooked rare and his vegetables were cooked nicely. Overall the dining experience was alright not extravagant. The Customers waiting outside could have been more respectful or controlled. They hovered around the front door making it awkward to enter after we were texted to come inside. The question is? Would I eat there again, possibly although I recommend calling ahead and being placed on the list to have dinner.

Officially done with this location. Managers and employees alike have zero clue how to handle a poor situation and how to treat a customer.We drove through the drive thru and ordered $15 worth of food, when we get home we see that none of the burritos have any indication of which one has no cheese (dairy allergy). So we open each burrito and see that all three of them have cheese. We then check the receipt and see that the cashier charged us .35 cents more for extra cheese instead of no cheese. We then drive back down and go inside. When we tell them of the mistake there was no apology, nothing, just “oh ok, they'll make you a new one”. When we say we at least want to be refunded for the .35 cents of extra cheese the manager comes over and starts to do that, again no apology. He ends up not being able to figure out how to just refund the cheese so he says he'll refund us the whole burrito. Which we then find out not to be true when handed the recipit because he refunded us the price of a burrito with extra red sauce which is only an extra .10 cents, but at that point we were done. Especially when they bring out the burrito, put it in a bag, and toss it on the counter towards us. I've made one complaint before (after I had given this location a very positive review for their past service), and after today I'm going to be giving up this location all together. The food and service is not worth my time and money.

I called in my order on 11/18/16 at 3:36pm. I ordered my pizzas and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. When my daughter arrived at 4:15 to pick up my order she was told they did not have my order and that I must have called a different store. I texted the screen shot of my call to them and in fact was the right store. I can except an honest mistake, but what I cant except is rudeness on the part of the employee who I talked to on the phone. He was rude and insisted that I had called the a different store. I asked to then speak to the store manager if he/she was there and was told he is too busy to take my call. I will never go to this location again. I wanted to post no stars but you have to give at least one in order to post.

I walked in at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday and there were two employees behind the counter. Neither actually looked up at me. One said something to me but I couldnt hear her and asked her to repeat herself and she practically yelled at me. I was the only customer in the store. I told her I needed to order a pizza, if that was ok (ha ha). She didnt respond to me but looked very frustrated (almost upset that I was even there) and walked me to the cash register. I asked her, Pretty busy night? And she literally didnt respond, still not looking up at me. About 15 seconds later she said, huh? And I replied with nevermind. She then threw the receipt at me and said, Have a good night. I had to ask how long before the order would be ready and she said 15 to 20 minutes. Her name tag said Hannah. I was sitting waiting and there were 3 staff members up front, all busy ignoring me. I hope that management understands that the customer experience really should matter. I paid $18.50 to get treated horribly, like I was a nuisance. I work in customer service, I understand the pressure that is being put on workers right now but does it really need to be said that businesses should hire people who are friendly? Smile? Are kind? Too much to ask? To your management team: please do better.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional Manager. I have a family of 6 and usually do drive thru once a week at over $40 a visit. Never again. Several times we have gotten home to find an item missing and I just let it go. Tonight I drove back up there to retrieve the missing item. I received no apology whatsoever and I actually heard the staff discussing that they remember making them! Were they accusing me of lying?!?! Do they actually think I would drive back up there to con them out of $1 worth of cheesy potatoes!?!?! When I asked for a 2nd order for my trouble they actually said no, I would have to pay for them!!! And this was coming directly from the manager! I would suggest that the corporate office school this young manager, she needs the “Give ‘em the Pickle lesson. When something happens with a customer and you're not sure what to do? “Give ‘em the Pickle!” Do what it takes to make things right!

The customer in front of me was there to pick up an online order. He was handed a stack of maybe 5 extra large pizzas and a couple of containers of something else. He said he had ordered meatballs. The kid behind the counter checked his receipt and said they were not on the order. The customer then asked where the three sides of garlic butter were and the kid again checked the receipt but did not say anything. Both the customer and the kid appeared to be getting a bit flustered. the kid then walked over to another kid behind the counter whose name badge on his hat I think said, Brendan. Brendan walked over to the customer and asked What is the problem? The customer explained that he thought he had ordered some meatballs and three sides of garlic butter. Brendan said they were not on the receipt and showed the customer. He then said about the garlic butter, I can give you some. Further dialog took place and as the customer was getting ready to leave, I suggested to Brendan that he needed to give the man some garlic butter, that it would be the customer service thing to do. Brendan then told me He didnt pay for them. I guess Brendan had forgotten that he had already offered. I get that the customer didnt pay for extra butter, but given that he spent a pile of money on 5 pizzas and other stuff, I would think a few extra sides of butter would just be common courtesy. Basic customer service is a lost art.

As much as I used to love this place Ill have to say Ive come to hate it now. This location is horrible. As much as I am sure they are sick of me complaining about my messed up orders I can guarantee that theyre not as sick as I am of the constant messing up of my orders. The incompetence has become extremely ridiculous. The same rude and disrespectful girl has messed up my order so many times its not even funny anymore. When I try to address it with her she likes to get argumentative and not fix my order or replace it like she should because she cant make it correctly. When I call for the manager I either get no response or no refund and just some Stars added to my account but not what my order was worth. Im trying to be healthy and this is the only nectar juice bar in my neighborhood or I would have stopped going long ago because they are so disrespectful and cant seem to make an order right. Not only have they messed up my order order multiple times but I get the same thing every time and they mess it up multiple times every time the same exact way. Its ridiculous and seems intentional at this point. Im already paying an overpriced amount for my items and I dont think its unreasonable to expect them to be made correctly or replaced when theyre not. If you want competent friendly courteous service I wouldnt suggest going to this location.
