Ikes Love & Sandwiches
501 Davis St suite d, Vacaville, CA 95688, United States
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the management practices at Ikes Love and Sandwiches. I have observed several issues that significantly impact both the working environment and the overall customer experience. There are issues concerning workplace safety and hygiene that need to be addressed promptly. Proper training on food handling and sanitation protocols seems inadequate, posing potential risks to both employees and customers, resulting in an unsanitary and potentially hazardous environment. In light of these concerns, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and to implement necessary changes to improve the working conditions and overall performance of Ikes Love and Sandwiches. A constructive and supportive work environment is essential for the success of any business, and it is imperative that management takes proactive steps to foster such an environment.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing positive changes implemented in the near future.
Pieology Pizzeria Vacaville, CA
1650 E Monte Vista Ave Suite EE-103, Vacaville, CA 95688, United States
Went to Vacaville Pieology to and had the worst service. My wife has a gluten allergy (real one) and it didnt seem as if anyone working actually knew what it was to include the manage. After the line coming to a complete stop with 15 or so other guess behind us and all the line servers running around not working together the Manager told them to not put anymore pies in the oven. The Manager continued meaningless work all the while not other pies going into the oven 10 min later after noticing the line, the manager was asked again what to do with the gluten free pie. The manager then came and cleaned a stop in the oven for the pie to cook without cross contamination. After one side of the over was clean... by the way it was filthy... our pies where cooking. All this work only to have the gluten free pie put on a pie tin with paper contaminated with other pies on the cutting table. This place was a mess!! All of the pie prep area was not clean and prep table was being restocked without cleaning it up. We finally made our way to the tables to eat only to find every table a mess. Other customers were having same issue as no one was cleaning anything. ANYTHING!! even the Coke dispenser was filthy. We have had good visits before... However the last two have been horrible. Not sure if it is under new management or what.We will not be having pieology until changes are made.
Los Reyes Restaurante Y Cantina

Good food, but good chance of getting COVID!The following is a message I sent to the restaurant on 7/4/20 after our experience dining in their restaurant the night before. We went to dine in your restaurant last night. It was our first time eating out at your restaurant since you've reopened the dining area and to say the least it was nerve wracking. I'm writing personally because I come from a huge family of small business owners, and I know how one bad review can hurt a place. I don't want you to be hurt by my message, but to find ways to improve. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that our table was definitely not six feet from another table. It was closer to three feet judging by the 12” tiles on the wall. As we sat and looked at our menu, my husband could see into the kitchen and noticed two cooks not wearing masks. I realize they're not in direct contact with customers, but they are with our food. We noticed what appeared to be a manager walking around. I watched him pull his mask off, cough into his elbow and put his mask back on, touching the front of his mask. This person did not go to the bathroom to wash their hands, nor did they put hand sanitizer on. My husband then watched this same individual walk to the kitchen, pull his mask off to talk to the cooks, wipe his nose with his hand, then proceed to touch something near the kitchen, and AGAIN not wash his hands! We love this restaurant, and our server was great. She was taking extra precautions, but our food was brought out to us by individuals wearing masks beneath their noses. Believe me, I get that masks are uncomfortable, and it probably sucks to be in them for an entire shift. However, we probably won't be dining with you again for a very long time, which sucks because we love the food and usually the service. This is the response that I got back from the restaurant. We are sorry to hear that. We wish you and your family continued success and for us too. -Nate, GMNot an acknowledgment of wrong doings, or a promise to do better. I generally dont write reviews, but I felt the need to share this.
Vitality Bowls

I got a kale salad, I payed something like 12 dollars, and what i received was a bunch of kale and celery. That was my salad: kale and some celery. Also the sauce I was given had so much vjnegard in it. I think the bowls are kinda of good. Good for breakfast, but better stay away from this place if you want a salad, which is paradox since its a vegetarian restaurant. Very expensive with absolutely nothing special in it.
Taco Bell
2010 Nut Tree Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687, United States
Terrible. Ordered a GREEN shredded chicken burrito supreme, with extra chicken. I didnt see the green sauce, much less, taste it. There was next to nothing in the way of chicken, kept thinking as Im eating.. it was all down the other end, maybe... But as I got to the last 1/4 of the burrito, it was the same. NO CHICKEN, never mind that I PAID for EXTRA! The rice...Omg... besides portion being about the smallest side of rice ever served...Some grains were undercooked, almost crunchy...Others still too firm, and few were soft, the only thing consistent about the rice, was that it tasted like cardboard from first awful bite to last. Very disappointed. Worst taco Bell experience EVER... and Im a fan of taco Bell. I gave 1 star, for the cashier, she was friendly.

Wow!! I guess this is a new age. I understand there is a shortage of workers and being patient is always required. What I didn't realize is we are supposed to pay super high prices for whatever standard of product the establishment wishes to provide us and keep our mouth shut about it!!! So here is the story…I ordered a pizza and was watching the young lady make my pizza…she put all the items on the pizza without measuring or weighing, which I saw but said nothing. When she began to wrap it without 2 of the items the pizza needed….I spoke up..I was polite and not rude. She then grabbed a small handful of one of the ingredients and threw it on the pizza and I said if you are going to eyeball it and not measure it you are gonna need to put a little more. As she reached for another handful, I said I understand the eyeballing but when you do that you always have to err on the side of the customer. Then a guy from the back spoke up asking if I wanted a refund…Confused I said I don't want a refund, to which he responded well then stop running. I said stop running what? He responds…you know…and for awhile I honestly didn't, but then it dawned on me he meant my mouth. I said I wasn't running my mouth and was simply stating that items were not being measured and I had a right to say so. Again he asked if I wanted a refund….which brings me to my first comment…I guess we are just supposed to accept whatever product they want to serve or we can get a refund..no standard….no exception of a standard and no ability to ask for a standard because we can just get a refund ? Ohhh and when I asked for his name..his was response was..get out of here! Keep in mind…I was polite the entire time….so in a time where customers are being asked to show grace to the overextended workers….do they not have any expectation to provide service to the paying customers!
Virtue Juice Coffee
1670 E Monte Vista Ave #102, Vacaville, CA 95688, United States
I came to this place to study, as I thought it would be a nice spot with good coffee and food. However, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a medium cookie butter latte with oat milk, which cost me almost $8. This is a premium price for a medium-sized drink, but unfortunately, it did not taste that good. The coffee flavor was not strong enough, and the fact that they used Monin syrups instead of making their own in-house was a bit of a letdown. I also ordered the avocado toast, which was quite heavy on lemon and just okay. It was priced fairly, though, compared to other places. Moreover, I planned to study there, but the Wi-Fi was not reliable; it kept going on and off, and I couldnt use it to get any work done. Overall, I spent $18 and wouldnt recommend this place to others.

Every time I have visited here the staff was always friendly and kind. I love the $12.00 Tuesday special but P.M. is good all the time. PM also has a lot of other great specials too.I really enjoy the thin crust pizza ? as I dont like to waste my carbs on eating a lot of bread. This option lets me enjoy some bread without going overboard. My favorite pizza is the thin crust chicken garlic pizza. That one really makes me feel all warm and happy, every time!I give PM 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!Thank you everyone at Papa Murphys who make the pizza (as well as other things) happen. ♡♡♡
Pizza Guys
1110 Marshall Rd E, Vacaville, CA 95687, United States
UPDATE - 5 star: The manager personally phoned me and made it right. He was very kind and sincere. We just ordered more tonight, since he made such a gesture of goodwill.Tonight it arrived on time and was delicious.ORIGINAL- 1star: We had a very pressing issue on Friday night. Pizza Guys used to be reliable and delicious, so I ordered through them. Not only did it say it would take 90 minutes to get their pizza to them, but then it did not arrive anywhere near that window, which left us in more of a bind and extra stress. I called the place twice and both times they claimed our pizza was out for delivery. The first time, it seems that wasnt true, as it should not have taken more than 5-10 minutes at max. From the time of the first call to see why the pizza is late and they claimed it was out for delivery was over 30 minutes.I did not leave an immediate negative review, because I wanted to try to resolve it through corporate first. However, that did not work. I have sent them two contact us emails and theyve not responded to either. Theyve had 4 days.So heres the deal. If something goes wrong, dont expect them to make it right. Until they get decent management, I would refuse to do business with them.

Authentic Jamaican and Vegetarian cuisines at a good price and quantity. The ambience is great, I look forward to when we can dine in this restaurant. Due to Covid, its only take out avaliable and I recently discovered that you can order online and pickup at the restaurant.Try the different Jamaican drinks such as Sorrel, Ting, Topical Rhythm, etc. I love the sweet and Sour tofu and the Oxtail. I almost forgot to mention that they have portions for kids too, so bring your entire family.
