Pho Vinam is a great Vietnamese restaurant. I eat here a few times a month. Id like to eat here more often but I dont get in this area enough. The Bun Thit Nuong is my favorite dish.

I've been wanting to try pho and bánh mì for so long. this place was recommended by a friend and i saw the good reviews i decided to come here. i recommend coming here and i will definitely be coming back.food:i ordered the fried calamari which came with sweet chilli sauce. the sauce was delicious. the calamari flavorful and tender just how i like it. then the toppings for the pho came out (bean sprout, cilantro, mint, lemon, and sliced chilies) which is common from what i heard. i ordered the small pho #1 which comes with rare steak, brisket, tendon, tripe, and a beef ball. it was delicious. the beef ball was full of flavor and had a tender texture. i regret not adding extra beef balls and giving my boyfriend the last one lol. the broth was full of flavor. the noodles were perfectly cooked. last, i ordered the charbroiled chicken bánh mì. it was delicious i was getting full, but it was too good to stop eating. it was nice and toasty.service:i went around 4:30pm. it was empty when we walked in and empty when we walked out which was a surprise to me. this place is good that it should be full of customers. the employees were nice. i felt very welcome. we waited about 10 mins for the calamari. the rest came of the food came out 3 mins or so later. the price is pretty good too. i have no complaints.edit: i came back for dine in recently. the staff is so attentive and sweet. the vibe is cozy and relaxing. i recommend the music they play should be like lofi music you can find on youtube it would set the mood and fit perfectly!!! love this place and recommend if it's your 1st time trying vietnamese food

I absolutely loved this place. The staff were very friendly and they provided great customer service. Food was delicious and I would definitely come back or recommend it to a friend. I couldn’t have asked for a better Vietnamese restaurant, I wish I can give them 6 stars.

We enjoy this place a lot. Its our go to vegetarian phô place when we feel like going out. The space has been updated and its tastefully decorated. The establishment continues to upgrade its facilities. It is a small restaurant bar, that is cozy, clean and comfortable. You may see the owner bartend, cook, clean or greet his guests. Its that kind of place; a space that feels like your neighborhood stop. Theyll remember you and recognize you. We think its a well-kept secret. Its quiet, private and trendy. No fuss. Just comfortable goodness. The food is great. We always order the vegetarian phô and the calamari appetizer. The phô is generously served, and the calamari is fresh, lightly battered, and with that perfect crunch. Its served with a ranch dressing that appears to have a kick of something. Be sure to take a jalapeño with every bite. Its unlike any other. Their salmon salad is fresh, has a perfectly cooked salmon, and is served with a Hoisin-based sauce on the side. We have tried their wings, other appetizers, their vietnamese dishes, their pasta and more, and all are very tasty. The bar serves well-concocted drinks that dont leave you wondering if they forgot the liqueur. They are quite generous. The best part of this space are the people. I have to say that the neatest folk frequent this space. Mostly 30s and up, this restaurant bar is fun yet relaxing. Theres multiple TVs on display for the sport enthusiasts over the bar, but theyre not loudly displayed so as to disrupt the other diners. Its quite the place. I hesitated to tell you about it because it is that special.

We ordered its signature #1 Pho, Shrimp Spring Roll, Vietnamese Tacos, MI Xao Bo Stir-Fried Beef Served with Spaghetti Noodle and Beef Stew with Egg Noodles. The Pho tastes great yet containing less oil or fat than many Pho restaurants to keep the balance between tastiness and healthiness.The Beef Stew Soup with Egg Noddles rather than rice noodles delivers a famous Taiwanese beef noodle tastes in a Vietnamese restaurant. It’s my secret menu whenever I dine in a Pho restaurant when everyone else tries to order Pho.MI Xao Bo Stir-Fried Beef Served with Spaghetti Noodle is a surprise and novel dish we tried. It tastes like the mix of stir-fried noodles and Spaghetti with beef, green and red peppers (non-spicy)The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and efficient. The food delivers quickly almost like a fast food restaurant. Averaging almost $20 per person in California is not bad at all in today’s inflation rate.

Always good food. But ever since the new family owner a few years ago the portions are smaller and now recently they have eliminated spring rolls from their menu. ? Sadly I will start searching for a new riverside Vietnamese restaurant.

We usually stop by this place for Vietnamese food because of its location. Not many Vietnamese restaurants in Riverside area. Great location by Tyler Mall. Food are average in my opinion because I expect more authentic Vietnamese style and taste. Price is reasonable. Workers are friendly but I guess they dont have enough training in the restaurant industry. For example, we had 5 people in our party, they brought out food for 2 people, then we waited for more than 5 minutes before they brought out another pho. We ordered the identical bowl. They should bring out at the same time. Then we wait again for the food of the last two people. Again, they are very nice workers. Just need a little more training.

Place is cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Lots of drink and food options. Ive tried many of the Vietnamese restaurants around the area and this isnt one I would go back to. The taste isnt just up to pay with the rest. Pho was too bland, steak was too chewy, and veggies werent crispy at all.

Google maps states that Cha20 Vietnamese Restaurant and Dessert Lounge opens at 12:00 noon.So, at 11:47 AM, I instead called in my pho-order to a different restaurant down the street, Pho Vinam Restaurant.It might be that Cha20 Vietnamese Restaurant and Dessert opens earlier than 12 noon. But is Google maps ever wrong? ;)

I went with my mom to try it for the first time. I was shocked to see how nice it looked inside and there was one more person in there and as soon as we walked in there was this man just standing there idk if he is the manager or what but it was weird just walking in and see someone just standing. When we sat down of course he came running to us giving us the menus and we looked around and then ordered our drinks first and then ordered our food we got the first pho in rice noodles in reg size both of them and he kept asking large right? And I kept saying no regular and then orders a side order of rice and he said just rice and I said yes .. Like idk if theres like a language barrier or trying to make me buy what he wants me to buy .And then a couple came in and sat behind us and they ordered there food after us and our order was ready and the waitress gave them our order and I heard them talking to that man that was just standing when my mom and I walked in .The man was telling him that it wasnt what they ordered and he said that he didnt touch it or anything and the man literally took the bowls and brought it straight to us without saying what happened and I asked him about it and he said to me they didnt touch it or ate theres nothing wrong. And I told my mom lets go bc I was like we cant get a new order bc obviously it went to the wrong table and they had it at their table for 5 min and I just walked out.
