Great Wall Restaurant

This is one of the best chinese restaurants in the AV? Its ok. Ive retried it a few times hoping that maybe the previous times were just the chef having a bad day. Tastes like fast food Chinese.
Thai Chinese II
43649 15th St W, Lancaster, CA 93534, United States
If you are craving for a Chinese food or a Thai food, this is the place to be in Lancaster. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. They also give a good portion of food and not like other restaurant where they only give you a small portion like an appetizer. I always order the BBQ pork fried rice - and oh man...its so yummy!! Everything just so fresh and well made! Yes, Im coming back tomorrow!
Little Szechwan Restaurant

Save some time and money. Panda Express although a chain is better. Orange chicken soggy, not crispy. Asked for vegetable fried rice, got fried rice plain with a tiny piece of egg in it, very bland. Pass the soy! Got the order to go or I would have returned it and left because you dont return food in a Chinese restaurant and stay for the second chance. Can you say shrimp cause. Lived in the A.V. since 1984 needless to say I wont waste any more money there and then theres the cockroach stories Ive just read about. Yuck! Is that a Chinese word?

Sakura Buffet

Voted top 100 Chinese Buffet! I’ve never been disappointed with the food options and service. It’s great of the entire family and lunch dates. Prices are steadily increasing over the months now $20pp+That does includes drinks and desert and of course all-you-can-eat! Good food from all around the world! Sushi bar, hibachi grill, and plenty of delicious dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re not picky eater. Most items aren’t made to order.Enjoy!
Chinese Bistro

I used to go here religiously, but lately the food taste like it has been sitting out longer than it should. It was chewy. Not to mention how rude the lady with the short hair was. She used to be welcoming but now she rushes you through ordering your food, and not to mention that I was carrying on a conversation with my bf, asking him if he wanted the chicken teriyaki and he said no, so I told her my order and he ordered his meal and when I received it, I told her that I never ordered chicken teriyaki, and she scolded me and kept telling me that I did and she said, dont you see where I used my nails to write it in on your box? She scolds you instead of saying sorry for getting your order wrong. That also made me realize how unsanitary that is, to etch your fingernail into a costumers food box. Like I said, I used to go there but with the poor food quality and horrible customer service, I wont be returning. Ill find another Chinese place that wont scold me because of their mistake in eavesdropping and rushing me through my order.
Panda Express

Panda express is most definitely not an authentic Chinese restaurant but the food is still good. Its a bit overpriced but incredibly filling. Sometimes a little too filling. They include a fortune cookie, which is stale. Its a nice touch though. I often opt for the white rice over the fried rice or the chow mein.

Ok, so USUALLY--- I order my favorite dish which is the Eggplant Tofu. Alert!!! Stop the boat! They no longer have this product anymore and its very sad because that was THEE reason why I went to Panda Express in the 1st place! Its also very troubling because they have almost absolutely NO vegetarian/vegan options now. Unless you count the fried rice (which I believe has a chicken-base). And the half-done veggie eggrolls...I ended up ordering some type of chicken dish instead which tasted kinda not what I was expecting, however, still edible. The veggie egg roll... TOTALLY different story! Tasted like it wasnt completely cooked and the wrapping around it on the inside was slightly mushy like it wasnt done either. Tried my best to eat them but only was able to take 2 bites and that was enough for me! I had to toss them into the trash. I hate complaining so I never brought it back to the store. Overall, I wont be visting Panda Express again. Unless ofcourse... They bring back the Eggplant Tofu.

Food is tasty. It’s close to some more expensive Chinese food restaurants. Might be the top 3 Panda among the 10+ Panda restaurants I’ve visited.

Customers understand that holiday hours are different but there was an incident with this restaurant that had a family dinning in the restaurant already inside and my familywent to open the lobby door but noticed a sign that said lobby was closed so we thought nothing of it and decided to go through the drive thru. Then we saw another family that thought it was open and saw the sign. Then an employee went up to the door, us thinking she will let us know it was closed or let us in but instead she ripped the sign from the door and Skipped back to the counter. As if she was making fun of us. Skipping back to the counter. We did not feel good about that at all. I told them to turn off their lobby's OPEN sign from the outside. We got our food from the drive through. I am writing this review in real time and our drive thru server was Joy M, I am unsure if it was Joy but the employee ripping the sign and skipping was very rude, it might of been Joy but if it wasn't they had the same shift as them. Please encourage your employees to be more respectful of the customers and more verbal. We saw the sign and understood it but why did she rip it ? It was very confusing and skipping back ? Why was that necessary? I appreciate your employees working on holidays and appreciate the time to whoever reads this review.Thank you
