King Chuan Restaurant
1188 San Carlos Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
Much closer to the authentic Chinese food cooking that you can still see and sense the chef’s intent to ensure that each dish is cooked with a unique presentation and character. The composition and the quality of the ingredients used and how they are cooked also resemble the healthier home style cooking. This is why I would still drive from the Cupertino area that have plenty of Chinese food choices near by to visit King China in San Carlos have a treat here regularly. After I introduced King Chuan to my Indian colleagues, even they loved the dishes and could tell the difference from the Chinese food they got from other restaurants in the South Bay area.
New Canton Restaurant
1160 Laurel St, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
I have tried many Chinese restaurants and this by far is one of my favorites. Not only do they give you huge portions unlike other Chinese restaurants. Their dishes are delicious they have so much flavor and Ive never been let down once. For their spicy dishes Id order extra spicy because theyre regular spicy dishes arent that spicy to me but I also love spicy food and Im very tolerant to it. If youve never tried this place you have to try it literally its one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Bay areanow next on my list is the Mongolian beef chowmane which Im sure I wont be disappointed.

We found this cute Chinese restaurant in San Carlos with very sweet amiable servers. Food is really good!!! I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the beef chow mein, the noodles cooked perfectly. The Squirrel Crispy Fish is excellent! The Prawns with snow peas is great! The peas were nice and crispy. Also ordered the pot stickers. We will definitely be back and thats coming from a restaurant snob ?. I definitely call myself a foodie and this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area!!!

Were regulars at Red Hot Chili Peppers Restaurant in San Carlos, California – a fantastic spot for delicious Indo Chinese cuisine. Our favorites include Vegetarian Haka Noodles, Vegetarian Schezewan Fried Rice, and Tofu in Garlic Sauce. Not to mention, the place offers great, friendly service and has a wonderful ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Hot Wok Bistro Too
1541 Laurel St, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
I was in San Carlos, my friend and I was looking for a Chinese restaurant and glad I found this restaurant. It was not yet crowded when we came but we were greeted and seated. I think this is the same restaurant as the one in Burlingame. I ordered the Tan Tan Noodles and my friend ordered his favorite orange chicken. Ordered pot stickers as well. Servings are huge so I saved some for the lunch tomorrow.
Sunshine HK Cafe
635 Laurel St, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
Cozy restaurant with tasty HK cuisine right in downtown San Carlos! The space is on the smaller side, with 6 tables indoors and 2-3 tables outdoors. The menu is pretty extensive with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. You can order at the table via a QR code or up at the front. Street parking out front and nearby, or you can park at the nearby free parking garage. Great place to get some homey Chinese food.
Lazy Susan
Located in: Noshery, 1754 Laurel St, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
Can't believe Lazy Susan just opened in the neighbourhood! All my favorites - orange chicken, beef and broccoli and string beans I can get now. Had a feast yesterday. Noshery does it again!

SC Noodle House
648 El Camino Real, San Carlos, CA 94070, United States
New fusion restaurant at San Carlos. It serves Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean dishes. It has full bar service. We didnt make a reservation and get seated right away. It was not busy when we arrived but after thatvit was packed. The interior is very nicely decorated. We ordered rare beef pho and salt and pepper wing. The dishes were ready pretty quickly. The service is goodThe chicken wing is yummy but a bit salty. The soup of the pho is not hot enough and also too sweet for me. I can taste a strong onion flavor, and sweetness is from the onion. I prefer less sweet. The meat is tender. Overall, the food is good, but if you are looking for authentic pho soup, this might not be the one. Next visit, we will try other dishes. Price is a bit high but reasonable. The restaurant also adds 3.25% for good living wages on the bill. If you want to try various asian noodles and cusines under one roof, you should give it a try.
