Absolutely terrific food at prices so low they surprised me. The young family who owns the restaurant are the sweetest, most charming people around. Mom and dad are in their thirties I think, and their two boys, who sometimes answer the phone and greet customers, are in grade school in Thousand Oaks. The grandmother is a crack up and the grandfather hangs around outside and reads the Chinese newspaper. Every waitress is extra friendly and polite with great service. This is the best Chinese food in Thousand Oaks. Give these people your business!Great dishes include the wor wonton soup, happy family, any shrimp or fish dish because there shrimp and fish are always very fresh, and I like the beef or pork Lo Mein. My friend told me he really enjoyed the orange chicken.

Terrible service. I have been to this restaurant for several years, sometimes dine in, sometimes take out. Today like usual I ordered the food over a phone call, and was told the food will be ready in 20 minutes. I went there, first person said he will check. Several minutes passed no one help me so I asked again, another person told me they don't have my order. On their defense I ordered using an old menu so one item is not there. Anyway they offered 10% discount and let me ordered again. I waited for another 20 minutes, it's already one hour after the initial call. I asked them again with patient, but the food still is not ready. How difficult it is to make one pho and two sushi? They said they need to take care the dine-in customers first. But I am the person who came first and I have been waiting for one hour! I guess they only care about the big tips from the dine in customers. I canceled my order and left. I will never go back to this place again.

I found a gem in Thousand Oaks!! This sit down take out Chinese restaurant was a great surprise in Los Robles!! Traditional exquisite delightful and friendly I will add Imperial Garden Chinese Restaurant when I travel to California just for the wonderful cuisine.

Food choices seem more limited than in the past. Social distancing rules are overdone no inside dining ever increasing prices . Not the easy low cost restaurant it used to be,next time ill call a real Chinese restaurant for pickup. ?

This place is super affordable but hardly ever fresh. The orange chicken is rock hard and the noodles are made inconsistently. For instance, one day theyll have onions in them, the next celery. Haun always comes to the register with food on his hands and gets it on my credit card. I also almost always see them eating in the back and have even been greeted while he still had food in his mouth. Its just not sanitary and honestly turns me off to the food. Mr. Haun, please dont eat while youre making my food. And wash your hands before coming to the front. Besides that he always has a smile on his face which makes me look past that. I used to come here a couple times a week but will only return maybe once a month nowadays just to be reminded that the service and quality is poor.Sincerely, D

Best Chinese food in Newbury Park. Staff is very friendly. I go so often they know my order already. Thats great service! Try the House Crispy Chicken, its delicious. Great portion sizes for the price, I always have left overs. The food comes out fast, both for dine in and take out. Its a small restaurant, so it usually gets packed during peak hours, which is a testament to their popularity. Try it, youll be glad :)

Service was terrible, no one at the register to take our order for a while then all the employees except for one basically looked and acted like they didnt want to be there. Once our food was done we asked the cook for napkins and he told me I need to go back to the register, so I did waited behind two people to order once he took care of them and it was my turn he turned away and started wiping off trays completely ignoring me. After a minute I called back to him excuse me trying to get his attention still being ignored the cook came all the way over hearing me to hand me some napkins. Food wasnt too bad but did have way too much of the liquid they put on while cooking ended up almost soup like once I got to the bottom of the container.

The lady in the front of the house named Elena was very rude to my husband when he was paying for our food. My husband was asking if one of the soda is cherry coke and opened it to make sure, the soda was half full and my husband asked Elena to put a little bit more. She grabbed the cup and filled it up to the top and angrily put it down in the counter. At this point the soda is over flowing in the counter so my husband asked Elena if she has napkin to wipe the soda cup and the counter, she point a box of napkins and she said “here” in the very rude way. What a disappointment experience at Panda Express, The Oaks Mall. -0 stars
