This is literally the worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever had. Most of the dishes were filler. we ordered sweet and sour pork and The whole bowl was vegetables with literally two pieces of pork. Just horrible! Plus it was $80 for a family meal!

Easily the best takeout / delivery Chinese restaurant in Tracy. This was a great meal for a very reasonable price in downtown Tracy. Our go to items are the tangerine chicken and mixed veggie fried rice.I have seen the Golden Eagle downtown for as long as I have lived here, but it didnt look very enticing. New owners took over about 2 years ago, we met the wife Sophie, her and her husband are locals and run it hands-on. Her husband has a lot of experience in the industry and it shows. The place was very clean, and the food was well prepared. I especially liked the freshness of the veggies in the dishes, the food is all no MSG, and was not greasy. We had tangerine chicken, mixed vegetable fried rice and pot stickers. Everything was delicious. I need to explore the menu some more!We ate there, they also deliver to Tracy and Mountain House.

Just sat in the restaurant with my nephew. The chicken fried rice was completely nasty. They must have cooked the rice with fish oil. I bit into something hard when I took a bite of the orange chicken.Absolutely worst chinese in Tracy!$28.00 down the toilet. My dog even turned his head to this disgusting food. Dont go here!

We love the Fortune Garden Chinese Restaurant in Tracy, California! Before the pandemic hit, we would love dining in, but since then, now we enjoy our takeout at home, and the food is still the great quality that we remembered! We truly recommend this establishment!

Extremely stingy portions for 1. But I do love there chow main. I stopped by on my way home and waited in the car while my girlfriend ran in and purchased just a large chow main with my bank card. A large side by itself is 4-5 bucks they charged her 8.95 the price for a meal and she didnt notice. Using my card no surprise there ! Anyway last minute we decided to just eat it there and head over to mall for some shopping. While eating the food 1/2 way threw the meal. I happened to look at the ticket and noticed they charged me for a meal. I know this review is getting long. So basically after bringing this to the managers attention. They told me tuff luck and were giving me nothing, nor more chow main or partly my money back. And made me to feel embarrassed for even asking like I was some kind of scammer. So in conclusion. Avoid this place. Unbelievable treatment. Disgusting business practices and portions are skimpy anyway. Next time ill go to a real Chinese restaurant and help out a small business.

The item I ordered was sweet n sour chicken, and fried rice. Chinese restaurants are always a hit or miss. This particular dish was a big MISS! Theyre are very nice and I saw other dishes on the menu I would like to try. Today, the food I ordered tasted stale, the chicken was awful and I wont order again. Im willing to give this place another try.

I can not believe this I went here on April 16 2024 and I ordered orange chicken and rice. 4 major major problems 1 service was not okay she rushed a lot 2 False advertisement she displayed the kids meal big but she only made it one big box to look big and 8.99 heck no 3 lack of freshness ok Its a mall food court but this is not acceptable it tasted stale and it was not even worm the thing did not even have lighting. 4 Overpriceness again with tax 10.91 for a box that looks like a tiny to go box. Do not recommend!

We went here with my husband and 3 kids. One of the make young waiters was cleaning a table off for us. Then a young female waitress came over and said NO you can not have this table Im giving you another table and she is going to clean it! ( With a attitude) so I said ok I guess. smh then she starts slaming dishes and garbage rice and noodles flying everywhere ( with a attitude) then shes cleaning the big lazy Susan and she tips it on its side and it almost rolled off the table and hits my 3 year old. I look at my husband and say dose it look like she has a attitude and he said YES!! She rudly says here your table is done!! And walks away Im sorry but I said something and ask to speak to her supervisor the attitude was extremely high in there all the customers were watching her slam stuff and throw things. So supervisor came out and apologized and said he will talk to her later. No this girl needs talking to now!! He explained that they were short in staff and super busy. Well news flash you need to know you work in customer service and if you cant handle the heat the get the hell out of the kitchen. My husband looked at the supervisor and Said sir do you know why we have came to eat here tonight? Because your ratings and reviews for food and customer service was wonder my husband looked at me and said lets go. I have never in my life see someone act like this as far as customer service I dont car how good there food is. Not worth staying and trying. Rude!!!
