Noodle St. Irvine

It’s a very delicious beef noodle shop. They have both braised and braised dishes. They all seem to be spicy. If you don’t want it spicy, you have to inform us. In addition, its beef burrito is also very delicious, not inferior to the local cuisine. This shop also has Scallion pancakes and cold cucumbers are also good.Even this is the most delicious Chinese food that my dad found during his visit to the United States! You can also hear Chinese chatter in the store, which shows how popular this store is with Chinese customers.
Pho Saigon Pearl
704 Spectrum Center Dr Suite 704, Irvine, CA 92618, United States
I usually don't leave bad reviews, but because of the terrible service, I have to, so no one else goes through this. My lady and I decided to get pho at the Irvine Spectrum area because it was close by. As we were seated and asked to order, the server with glasses rolled his eyes and rushed us to order. I knew from his body language and demeanor that it's been a long day for him and I tried to empathize with him because I'm also a server as well. However, he kept being rude. I also repeated my order so he wouldn't forget the vegetable pho with the white noodles (for my lady) and to have the extra side of yellow egg noodles ON THE SIDE. and next thing you know, he puts the yellow egg noodles in the vegetable pho. I know it's not a big deal but seeing my woman upset and how he was treating us, it made me a little disappointed. Also a little while after the food comes out, he places the bill on the table to indirectly tell us to hurry up and get going. Peak comedy. It wasn't even close to closing yet and people were still coming in to get seated. One thing that made me chuckle was when I paying the bill, his whole demeanor changed. He was being very friendly and was looking for a tip. I was laughing, and wrote “$0.00” on the tip line. This is just to warn couples of my experience. The other waiters seemed much nicer and respectful, but for my experience, the server with glasses was very rude. I quickly cheered up my woman afterwards and she moved on. If you're planning to eat here with your significant other, please don't. you might get the same server as us and he'll kill the entire vibe. I'm sure there's restaurants with better customer service. Good luck :)

Tasty Noodle House - Irvine

If youre looking for authentic Shanghai-style cuisine, Tasty Noodles House is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant has a small and cozy atmosphere, with a street-style feel that adds to the overall experience. One of the highlights of the menu is the wonton soup, which has a bone broth soup base with white pepper flavoring. The soup is delicious and savory, making it a great option for those who love hot and flavorful soups. The vegetable chowmein and garlic eggplant without meat are also excellent choices. Both dishes are full of flavor and are cooked to perfection. The vegetables are fresh and perfectly seasoned, making them a great option for vegetarians. The chive pork dumplings are freshly handmade and are a must-try item on the menu. The pork and chive steamed dumplings are particularly delicious and are sure to satisfy any dumpling lovers cravings.Overall, Tasty Noodles House is a clean and affordable restaurant that offers authentic Shanghai-style cuisine. The restaurant is frequented by older Asians, which is a testament to its authenticity. While the food can be off at times, it is usually pretty good, and the relaxed dining experience during weekdays is definitely worth checking out.
Capital Noodle Bar
3850 Barranca Pkwy Suite E, Irvine, CA 92606, United States
I came in today craving rice noodles with beef. When the dish arrived it looked fine but as I picked up some of the noodles to eat I noticed a horrible burned smell. I then brought the plate closer to me and took another whiff and oh God was it bad. I highly recommend the owner buy a few new woks for the restaurant instead of cutting cost on kitchen equipment as their chefs literally burned that WOK that they use. You can get the best food in the world then put it in a burned wok and let it smell and taste like burned food. Took the fish back and sent me a new one only to arrive with the same smell and taste. Owner needs to sit down and have a word with his chefs and he can start off by first buying them 4 new woks so they have different WOKS to use for different foods and teach them how to sear the WOKS properly too. Sad how a good meal was ruined due to poor poor restaurant equipment. Can't cut cost on the main item you use to cook meals with and you have to have quite a few so they don't veggies in a WOK they just used to make a heavy sauces item only to ruin the new upcoming dish. Separate WOK for different dishes and replace old WOKs with new WOKS every time they smell burned. Also buy higher quality WOKS as well. People that have not lost their sense of smell and taste after COVID can easily taste and smell the taste of burned food from a bad WOK and taste of other foods in it as well.Came back today as I was craving some Hainan chicken to give them another try. Tried their Hainan chicken and the chicken tasted beyond horrible. It tasted like the cheapest chicken that had gone bad which was then just boiled in water. On a 1-10 scale this Hainan chicken plate was literally a 1. If I was the owner I would fire those responsible but I reckon the owner wants to cut cost so he buys the cheapest chicken and is also not using fresh chicken. Last but not least chef is either beyond horrible or just following manager and owner's orders. Cost me $18.30 to have to leave my dish on the table and leave as it was just horrible. This is good for people who just eat anything and say “Oh wow this was great” ??♂️

I used to go when they were at zion and their food was good then but service / atmosphere is Korean style from 90s and early 2000s - not rude necessarily but since they are too busy, they miss here and there. The relocated place in hmart I have gone twice and the food is still high quality but clearly, they were busy as hell, but I dont mind the wait as long as high quality food is on the other side of the wait.Ill definitely come back again
Noodology - Irvine
15455 Jeffrey Rd #300, Irvine, CA 92618, United States
At around 7:50pm 3/23, we ordered at noodology. We had already ordered one for takeout, but we wanted to eat and order more in the restaurant, so we waited at the entrance. A shorter guy with a hat asked us how many people were in our group, and we said two. He told us to wait about 10 minutes. We asked if we could sit outside, and the waiter said it was fine, so we went through the glass doors that connected the indoor and outdoor seating areas. When we were about to order, we noticed that the outside tables and chairs were a bit dirty, so we were going to go inside to get some napkins to clean them. At that moment, another taller guy with glasses named Jimmy saw me about to open the door, so he came over closed and locked the door. I knocked on the door and asked him to open it. When he did, I told him we wanted to sit outside and get some napkins. He said that we cannot use this door and cannot open it, and that he would bring us utensils. We thanked him, but we thought it was strange that we could eat outside but couldnt go inside. It meant we had to take a long way into the restaurant if we had any need and I dont think we were treated as we should have been. We waited outside for a while, and then Jimmy came over again and told us that there was a table available inside. We said okay and thanked him again. During the 15-20 minutes wait and also that we were eating, there was a lot of noise from a group of high school students at the next table. We noticed that other customers were also looking over at them. We were also bothered by the noise as we seat closer to them. So I politely asked Jimmy if he could ask them to lower their voices a bit. However, Jimmy said that it was their freedom to speak as they wished, and we had no right to interfere. We returned to our seats feeling unhappy about the unreasonable attitude of the server and the noisy neighbors. When the group of girls next to us were leaving, I needed to take an emergency call, so I went outside and closed the door to make the call. At the same time, Jimmy followed me and locked the door right after I closed it. I was so angry that I was shaking and couldnt speak. My partner asked Jimmy why he locked me out and why he had such a bad attitude. He yelled at us and said that he had already told us that the door was not to be opened. We asked why he had to lock it, and he said that other customers would feel cold. But the problem was that I had closed the door immediately after I had opened it, and his attitude towards the noise issue was completely opposite to what he was doing now. As a loyal customer of noodology since 2019, I have ordered from various delivery platforms such as DoorDash, fantuan, and Uber Eats many times, but this was the first time I had encountered such terrible service and dining environment in noodology at Irvine. It makes me question whether noodology provides sufficient training for their staff?
Pho Saigon Pearl
2750 Alton Pkwy #121, Irvine, CA 92606, United States
Should I give Pho Saigon Pearl 5 stars?According to the latest episode of The Simpsons, if I give a 5 star rating this place will no longer be a secret and I will ruin the experience by causing a flock of people to come here. So sad but true. The Simpsons are never wrong.I have mentioned this restaurant many times to friends and co workers. I have eaten here for dinner and lunch within the same week. Like a drug when offered or suggested by peers I have never turned Pho Saigon Pearl down no matter what. Im like an addict and best friend at the same time because I will always be there for PSP. Is this place the best Pho place in Irvine? Hands down YES! (Given Pholicious is only open for lunch and it is located pretty much in Lake Forest). If you think Pho-Bac is better well PHOOO-KK You!There is a decent portion to price value here. If you are expecting 5 dollar pho, Im sorry to disappoint you. There is a bit of inflation in the Pho Marketplace. Due to its popularity the average price is about 7 to 8 average in ANY CITY but quality and quantity will vary. I have tried pho in so called Asian areas (Irvine will there give it 5 years) even in Little Saigon and LA there are a lot of Meh places. I eat more Pho than you eat burgers at In-N-Out, McDonalds, Carls Jr, and Burger King combined. So Im PHOOO REAL!PROS:-Great taste-Local and fast in Irvine-Super clean, the opposite of standard Pho restaurants. The servers use gloves and the tables are clear immediately after a customer leaves.-I love their spoons. The back of the soup spoon has a lip so it will not fall in your soup with you leave it on the edge. BRILLIANT!! Great attention to detail.-Runs like a smooth and efficient business.-To-Go orders are fast. I am always told 10 minutes for takeout, but I work about 5 minutes away and the food is always ready to go before I arrive. SPEEDDEEEE!-The Pho meat is nicely cut. To-go orders are packed like a master piece. I took a turn too fast and the soup did not explode in my car.CONS:3.5 Stars is fair.I am a fan, but here are a few reason that I cant give Pho Saigon Pearl a perfect rating:1. The Broth- It has a nice flavor and not too watery or too MSG tasting. I only wish the broth could be a little bit stronger. I want a beefier broth with a strong flavor.2. Inconsistency- Since I have eating here many times I noticed a few things. When I first started eating here the portions seemed larger. Dont get me wrong the pho is still very filling. Most of the time you wont notice the difference between a Small and Large. However, I have found that Take Out especially during lunchtime yields more meat than Dinning Inside during dinnertime. This bothers me a bit because we are getting a great experience at a 15% higher cost because of Tip but getting less....3. Rice dishes and Egg rolls- good, but doesnt compare to other pho restaurants. Maybe its just a different taste Im not use too. I expect a little better for Charbroiled Pork Chop.Verdict: Recommended. If you are gonna find reasons to hate this place, save your money. If you are gonna smack talk Irvine for no reason, throw your money at some other garbage place. If you are in a rush for some lunch and want something good try Pho Saigon Pearl. Best time to go is during a cold or rainy day. You will have a smile on your face.

Escape Room 66
2851 McGaw Ave Suite B, Irvine, CA 92614, United States
GO! Just please go. Escape rooms are made by how well the components in the game work, and how engaging the puzzle leader is. Prison Break at Escape Room 66 wins in both regards. We escaped from the room in Irvine and had a terrific time doing so! Everything that needs to open or close or be visible or lock or swing or move or stick or whatever you need it to do works like a charm in this room. There is a tv screen where your hints are clearly displayed, should you ask for them. The room is clean and well-maintained. And puzzle leader Taylor is a real joy. Shes fun and light, gives incredibly clear direction at the start of the game, and provides thoughtful, truly helpful hints throughout the game. She even remembered the names of our team members and used our names in providing the hints! Thats pretty above and beyond. I am an escape room junkie whos done dozens of rooms, and Escape Room 66 truly stands out. I cant wait for their next room to open.
Zhangliang Malatang Irvine
United States, California, Irvine, Jeffrey Rd, 邮政编码: 92618
Zhangliang is a chain restaurant. I've been to several other branches, all are pretty decent with good service and delicious food. But this one is the worst ever.I was asked to checkout with tips BEFORE I can eat, and received zero service at all. There was no bowl at the sauce counter. I talked to the staff for the bowls but nobody was answering. Everyone was pretty occupied and nobody cares. The worst thing is… the food they gave me was not everything I ordered. I'm pretty sure several stuffs were missing. I ordered 3 pounds of food thinking I could pack the leftovers back home for tomorrow's breakfast. But in the end nothing was left. I know exactly one stuff was missing, and several was less in quantities. That was not what I expected for a $50 dinner.Oh btw, they put up a note at the counter saying “If you leave a good review on Google map and/or other platforms we'll offer you some gift.” I guess this is the only reason for the high rating.
