I stumbled this place while going to the outlets near by. I was going to go to the other hotpot place but it was all you can eat. Zhangliang Malatang offers a vibrant and customizable hot pot experience. I like how you pay by weight, I dont eat much so it was well worth it for me.The ambiance is casual yet lively, with modern decor that hints at traditional Chinese culture. You are allowed to pick between fresh ingredients, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, which are then cooked in a rich, flavorful broth tailored to your spice preference. The service is efficient and friendly, they were really nice and patiently explained everything to me. Overall, Zhangliang Malatang delivers a fun, flavorful, and high-quality meal that is perfect for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners with friends.
Mandarin Delight Dublin

After a morning of cherry picking, we were ready to fill our bellies with something good. However, the choices close to Brentwood on our way home were few and far between. We searched for something that seemed good and this place kept popping up. After a short discussion, and with nothing else to go on except the few reviews we found, we decided this would be worth the risk. After a short call to verify they would be open for lunch, we made our way. When we got there, we found them in a nondescript corner of there mall. Did we doubt our decision? Well, read on!We entered the place just about 1130h, their opening time. The place was empty, but we were welcomed with big smiles by the staff and promptly seated. We ordered their garlic noodles and the usual fare and were soon faced with a spread that smelled delish! We werent disappointed. I must say that the food was quite tasty, the portions hefty and the ambiance quite pleasant. Soon after we were seated and enjoying our meal, we realized that the place had filled. Apparently, we found that we made a good choice because people were in and out ordering food to go and some, like us, sitting to enjoy their meal in house.I believe that a Chinese place where there is a line, is a sign of a good place to eat. Being the first customers of the day, had us worried a bit until the place awoke.Thats when we knew we hit the jackpot. We will surely be back soon. We only live up the hill from here and are always willing to drive to special places like this. Well be back. And will bring reinforcements. Thanks for the great service.

110 Shabu Shabu
4288 Dublin Blvd #110, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Ate here last night and really enjoyed it. Outdoor dining is allowed at the moment so we ate outside. They have heat lamp above so it was comfortable. They didnt have an all-you-can-eat option which is common for Shabu/Hot Pot. You can pick your broth and meat and can have all-you-can-eat for vegetables, ramen, and/or udon.I had sukiyaki broth and the pork belly meat. The broth and meat were great, I enjoyed both. My wife had a sesame broth and beef meat, both she enjoyed but the sesame broth has too strong a flavor for me, hides the flavor of the meat in my opinion. The vegetable were as I expected, cabbage, enoki, tofu, etc freshly cut. They give the option of ramen or udon noodles with the meal. My wife had ramen and enjoyed it, they are made in house. I picked the udon and was extremely happy with the quality. I asked where they get their udon noodles from and they say its imported from Japan. I tell you, its really good noodles here. I did a separate order of just the udon noodles so I could have them for lunch the next day. While we were there the staff was very good. They checked in with us often, brought drinks, answered all my questions, etc. The price was as expected, not too cheap and not too expensive for what you get. The portions were good. Overall, my wife and I had a great time eating here. I dont often visit Dublin but 110 Shabu Shabu is on my list of places to come back to as soon as I can. I fully recommend them if you enjoy Japanese style hot-pot.
Yummy Hainan Chicken
7265 Regional St, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Heard about this place a few times so decided to take wifey here. Got here around 5:20pm on a week night so it was still empty. Of course we had to order its signature Hainan chicken - we had it with a rice plate. My wife gave her stamp of approval on their Hainan chicken and that's saying a lot because that's the first one that she approved locally. The rice was pretty flavorful too. The side of sliced cucumber, quail egg and wood ear did not have much flavor, but that's okay. Oh, the rice plate did come with a bowl of soup, but it did not have much flavor and I sort of forgot about it. I especially love it when I had a spoonful of rice, some peanuts and a small piece of chicken with the spring onion sauce all in one bite. That was heavenly.Wifey strategized that we should have a rice plate and a noodle dish. Since this was the first time, we ordered their Special Laksa Fish Noodle Soup. The fish noodle was quite different and I was not used to eating that. Think I would have preferred ramen noodle instead, but maybe next time. The laksa broth had a lot of flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shrimp were nice and plump. We also had two appetizers: pork intestines and beef brisket & tendon. Both were not bad, but not outstanding. Their portions were bigger than most places though.Would come back again for their Hainan chicken and maybe try some other items like their Chiu Chow marinated duck, fried chicken and fried calamari.
Fresh Millions Restaurant Dublin
6599 Dublin Blvd Suite #F, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Server was extremely rude when asked simple questions as politely as possible. Furthermore,1) They charged us for 48oz Salad but gave us 32oz Servings .2) Charged for Protein but did not add any protein in the design your own Salad.3) When confronted about the mistakes they made, they acted as if I am stupid and I don't know what I am talking about.4) No forks or napkins supplied.5) Portion is half empty in Cesar Salad, even for a 32oz. Laughable pinch of cheese sprinkled over the salad.6) Server did not co-operate when confronted about 48oz charge but 32oz served. Did not offer or agree to fix the total charge nor apologized. What a joke of a place. Never again, you have been warned. Absolute rip off. Leaving 1 star because I have no other choice. Disgusted about how we were treated.
Fujiwara Ramen
4288 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
Came here for lunch by myself after a doctors appointment across the way. SO GLAD I did! The restaurant was about half full and I was seated immediately at the bar (their suggestion but also my preference). The atmosphere is pleasant, with spare decor and a Spotify playlist on a TV on the wall playing Jpop and anime music. It was kinda nifty to be able to look up and see the song name and artist in case I wanted to track down a song later. I was asked if Id like water (I did) and was then left alone with the menu until Id decided what I wanted and sat up a little. Instantly someone came to take my order, which was delivered within about 10 minutes. The menu is simple, with 5 ramen options and a list of add ons for extra, and a short list of appetizers, drinks, and dessert, plus a small bowl ramen which could easily be for kids or just someone not that peckish. I got the Kuro Tonkatsu, their take on black garlic ramen. The broth was delicate but flavorful (a neat trick for a garlic dish!), the noodles cooked perfectly, and the chashu actually melted in my mouth. I thought that was a metaphor!Aside from one brief check in to see if I was enjoying my meal, I was left in peace to properly focus on my ramen, which deserved every bit of my attention. My water was refilled practically without me noticing, and when I finished eating and hit the bathroom, my tray was cleared away and the bill waiting for me when I returned. Id be surprised if I spent more than 30 minutes! It was a really lovely experience, and I look forward to returning the next time Im in Dublin!
BurmaBurma
7294 San Ramon Rd, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
The restaurant was extremely popular and there were a lot of people despite it being a Sunday. They were accommodating about making items vegetarian which was really great because we got to try everything we wanted. We ordered the tea leaf salad, black pepper tofu, burma string beans, and burmese eggplant curry. The tea leaf salad didnt have as much tea leaf as I prefer, but everything was really fresh. The black pepper tofu had a lot of vegetables, but was not all that flavorful. The burma string beans was quite bland. Something that compensated for the other two dishes was the burmese eggplant curry which was quite tasty and made in a tomato curry. This wasnt my favorite Burmese restaurant that Ive visited, but if you are ok with your food not being as heavily seasoned, I would come here because it seems to be a very well known spot in the area.
Sodam
7992 Amador Valley Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568, United States
I visited for the first time a few days ago.I ordered tteokbokki and kimbap because I wanted to eat them. But ㅜㅜ When making tteokbokki rice cakes, a lot of water is added. It was a rice cake that wasnt too weak or like a rice cake. The seasoning wasnt too sweet...it wasnt even seasoned and it was tasteless tteokbokki. If you cant taste it, use MSG instead.Add more sugar, soy sauce, or salt. And most important...Please clean up.The water purifier...and the table next to the water purifier...It was so messy overall that I honestly didnt want to sit there and eat.In the US, most restaurants are clean.Ive never seen a restaurant as dirty as this one.
