Teriyaki Madness
2020 Wyatt Dr Ste 120, Santa Clara, CA 95054, United States
DONT EAT HERE! LONG AZZ WAIT TIME for PLAIN FOOD!I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store today. We put in for a pick-up Order to be picked up at 1145am today, we got there at 1150am. We didnt receive our order until 1239pm. The employees are rude and did not know how to prioritize orders (HELLO time mgmt). In fact, I asked to speak to a manager several times and the employees in the front said they the manager is busy. Multiple people got their order before us and multiple people were complaining. After SEVERAL times of asking where my order was the two girls working in the front continued to reassure me its coming, and even after my constant asking, they still reassured me its coming AFTER almost 1 hour of waiting. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! IF SOMEONE IS ANGRY AND IS WAITING YOU DONT MAKE THEM WAIT LONGER AND KEEP ON SAYING ITS COMING! AND YOU DONT TELL THEM THE MANAGER IS BUSY AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIME TO SPEAK TO A MGR! THIS IS A BAD STORE WITH BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE. TO THE STAFF: Please TRAIN your employees and those that represent your company that they need to do better processes for putting in orders in a timely manner, IF it was ordered earlier, take care of THAT first. I KNOW THIS isnt fast food, but it isnt a sit-down restaurant either with a full-blown gourmet kitchen. Waiting 1 hour for service is not acceptable. I will continue to put this on my endless reviews online.
Pokeatery

I remember I came here when it first opened because I saw that they were offering free dole soft serve with check in. ✔️ The amount was super generous, just like the bowls here and it was honestly one of the most flavorful pineapple soft serves I have ever eaten. Tbh I have only had these at Disneyland and in Hawaii. The price has gotten steeper over the years but you have to remember that they let you choose four proteins. They have two tables which is unfortunate but there is plenty of seating in the mall such as the tables and couches outside of Nordstrom, the food court, 1st floor, etc.Now they have a self-order kiosk but they did let me order from them. I found you can pick as many toppings as you like this way but the ipad does limit you. Also just a reminder. for the bases, you can do half/half like brown rice and yam noodles.Definitely among the top 3 poke places in the bay. I also like Poke Paradise if you were wondering.
Hang Ten Alameda
2315 Santa Clara Ave, Alameda, CA 94501, United States
Went to hang ten to celebrate my daughter graduating highschool, party of three. We were seated, orders taken, food served and then the lady that was setting up a professional photography shoot started using her flash, and I mean FLASH FLASH FLASH FLASH, rapid and bright. We ask her if she would be doing this the entire time, yes was her answer, we asked if she could please put an umbrella in front of her table in order to try and block out the horrible flashing, it did not. I switched seats in order to try and enjoy my meal as I am very photo sensitive and wear sunglasses everywhere I go. The owner or maybe it was the manager came by the table and started to discuss with me the situation and it was up to me to make the decision in asking their hired photographer to stop. I had food on my face and all over my hands as I was enjoying my food and found this quite awkward. We purchased soda pop and purchased the refills. Our bill for three people was $280 before tip, the food was good but the atmosphere sucked. The drinks could have at least been comped as an apology for the insane amount of flashing. All other guests were warned coming into the restaurant, we were not given that chance.
Hang Ten Boiler Alameda
2315 Santa Clara Ave, Alameda, CA 94501, United States
We arrived at Hang Ten thirty minutes before closing on a Sunday night... The waitress was definitely going to spit in our food...There were still a lot of people inside and another large party walked in a minute after! We were immediately seated and the waitress hurriedly came by multiple times to ask us what we wanted within the first couple of minutes. We decided to share a pound of shrimp (because they dont do half pounds) with H10 sauce and the H10 fries. Im sure this place is compared to Boiling Crab occasionally but I feel that they are completely different in taste. The H10 sauce is super thick and creamy and buttery with a bit of a tang. The Steph Curry was also very buttery and creamy and has a slight sweetness to the curry. The H10 fries were super bomb!!! The fries itself were crispy like a cracker and worked really well with the chipotle mayo, minced meat and all the delicious ingredients on top! And lastly, I was able to try the garlic noodles and they were delicious!!!I felt bad for coming in right before closing but Im glad I was able to try the food even if they spit in it!!! No regrets!!
KoJa Kitchen
2855 Stevens Creek Boulevard FC6, Santa Clara, CA 95050, United States
Its amazing to find great food at a food court in the mall of all places. KoJa is an Asian fusion kind of restaurant. My wife enjoyed her beef KoJa in between crispy rice buns with some type of Siracha flavored fries and I liked my fresh ahi tuna salad.

Looking at how they prepare cuisine is an act of art :)
Hula Bar And Kitchen
30 E Santa Clara St #110, San Jose, CA 95113, United States
This is an island themed small little restaurant/bar in the middle of San Jose. this restaurant serves a variety of island themed food, beer and wine. They do not serve hard alcohol despite saying that they are a bar. That means you won't be able to cocktails that aren't made with wine as a base. Hoping to get a Mai Tai, and were disappointed. The food here is good, but if you're planning on drinking anything other than beer or wine, do not expect to find anything here. The parking situation is decent. You'll probably have to park two blocks away because this is a busy downtown area. we were only able to find parking that allowed for one hour but this is also closest to San Pedro Square and there is a large parking lot there.Overall, I recommend coming here if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or want to stop by for a beer or two. if you're looking for restaurant experience with cocktails (something a Bar would have), you might not find it here
Vegetarian House - Vegan

One of the best Asian fusion restaurants in the bay area. Had Bin Hue, Malaysian Curry noodles and sushi. Wholesome dinner and a decent ambience. Good that they had parking too..
Tapsilog Cantina
1998 Homestead Rd #113, Santa Clara, CA 95050, United States
Been supporting both locations since theyve opened but this is the first time reviewing Taps Cantina. Been traveling lately so Ive been on the road craving authentic good ol local Pinoy food. Right off the plane from my last trip I headed to Cantina. And it HIT THE SPOT. Just what i needed. As much as i want to try all the great new combos this location has (and theres plenty of choices) I always defer back to the 2 or 3 meat -silog combos. This time, went with Corned beef hash and Bifstek. The hash I ALWAYS get so it hit the spot as usual and the Bifstek they cooked perfectly, juicy and well marinated and seasoned. Thought I was going to need some sauce to supplement the beef but nope! It was perfect!Another added bonus and recent observation - Uncle Ed puts a lot of thought into his businesses from the lights outside of this restaurant to give it an elegant lively vibe, the chill outside seating area with Island Reggae or Top 40 music playing while patrons dine, to the overall ambience of the place, its decorations and something as simple as ( i dont see alot of Filipino restaurants do this) its chalkboard menu display with its extensive offerings. Uncle Ed makes both restaurants cool, hip, inviting and most importantly delivers on great authentic (with sprinkles of modern fusion) Filipino cuisine. Job well done Uncle Ed and Staff! Always supporting!**PS I wanted to give 4.5 stars but for some reason my phone or app wasnt allowing me to do so ??♂️. I really like this location vs the original one mostly because its bigger and spacier and has a more extensive menu with combos. The original is still solid and the OG one so you cant go wrong either way.
