Was driving back home fro a long weekend in Palm Springs, when we got stuck on the freeway . We knew this area had a lot of Asian resurants,so I found this highly rated restaurant and gave it a try. The food was wonderful and very fresh. The owner was very nice and helpful. The only draw back was it closes by 8 pm. Amazing pho, definitely top 3 pho I had, and I love pho. The other meals looked great as well. There was a 10 minute wait on Friday for lunch, but it was worth it for sure. Highly recommend!

My brother comes here all the time. I think its the only one he goes to for soup. To me, typical Vietnamese restaurant. Meets standard. Dont have to ask for sissors or extra bowls to serve kids. You can never have too much expectations for excellent service in any Asian restaurant. Good food and correct order is all u need.

I should have read the reviews. Ive been to several panda express in the southern California area for years. First time at this location and it was the worst! I literally only signed up for yelp just to review this location.I ordered bigger plate, comes with 3 entrees. I dont have a pic of everything but you can see very little sesame chicken and the pieces are really small. The beef and broccoli was just broccoli with 3 pieces of beef about the size of a nickel. Black pepper Angus steak, which we pay extra for, only had 4 small pieces of steak, and 2 slivers of mushrooms. If you see the sesame chicken in the pic, there was half that amount for the black pepper angus steak. And why is the chow mein do chewy and dry? I asked for sweet and sour, had to go back in because they forgot an entree on another order and again.... told them sweet and sour sauce, still didnt get any.Every other panda the portions are almost triple what they give. Its more worth it to drive longer and go to a good panda.

This is my first time coming to this place and it will be my last!! When I walked into the door I should have known it was going to be a bad eating experience by all the many finger print smudges all over the glass entrance door in the front lobby. I wish that I could give this place a O-star rating but you have to leave at least 1- star. But trust me, this is a 0 -Star Restaurant!As soon as you walk in the door, you have to pay for your dinner. For me and my wife, it came to $44.00. Which for a great buffet meal, that isnt bad. But when you go into the dining area, everything around you looks very dusty and dirty! Not to mention that they have at least three trash bins full of trash in plain view in the same area where you are eating your dinner. Mind you, They are using paper plates and plastic forks so maybe that was the reason for the trash cans in the dining area. But they could have used a partition so that their guest would not have to eat while enjoying a view of trash bins.The service was so bad that my wife and I waited for them to come take our dirty paper plates off our table and throw them away. But that day never happened! As a customer, I had to take the dirty plates myself to the trash bin and dump them myself. And it was not the fact that they were busy; but more or less lazy?I have to give this place some credit though...I didnt get sick after eating there. If you enjoy Russian Roulette, then this is the perfect place for you and your family...good luck because you will need it!

These are the best gyoza I have ever had hands down. I could eat multiple plates of these. The dumplings were tender and crunchy at the same time. Most places deep fry them and therefore ruin the flavor of the pork inside. The sauce was nice and tangy. I also had a california roll that was good. Nothing too extraordinary about it. My son had the ramen and I sampled it. The pork belly was tender, the soup was yummy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. It was not as hot as I was expecting. He ordered a combo so he also asked for the sashimi bowl. It was bigger than he expected. He was impressed with the tenderness of the salmon. My son and I also had some shrimp pops. They were different and good. The sauce that it came with was delicious. My son also got a salad to go with his food. The dressing on that salad was different but yummy. At first it looked overdressed but after mixing it with the cabbage it was just right. I also sampled some teriyaki. It was different from most teriyaki Ive had. The chicken was fried and the sauce was not salty at all. It was really good. I most definitely will be returning.

If i can get this place zero stars i would i bought 3 bowls at almost $30 dollars with barely and chicken and on too of that having barely and chicken they were all pink so now i only ate 2 pieces of chicken, those people need better training and understanding of raw chicken this place will be under fire soon selling raw UNCOOKED CHICKEN THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. Drive the extra mile or get yoshinoya avoid this location chicken even quealed on teeth of how raw it was bloody. STAY AWy from this location. Dont deal wit workers call your bank if this ever happens and you will get a refund. THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER

No secret that with the Pandemic, many many restaurants are impacted and food quality has been dropped due lack of funds/ proper staff/ quality of produce etc. While some may not expect food franchises to be impacted, unfortunately they have.And amidst all this, there is this particular Panda Express branch that is delivering above and beyond Delicious Express FoodThe food here is phenomenal!! My favorites are the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and Being Beef. But can be sure everything else tastes equally good as wellI have been visiting this store every week since the start of the year and no matter what time it is-you willl see a bunch of hard working employees running the branch at fully throttle. And with masks - while I get tired after 30 mins of mask wearing, you guys wear it all day, in that hot kitchen. Wow!!A big shout out to the branch, the manager, the staff and all the cooks!! You guys are awesome!!

The female worker with the spider tattoo on her neck is extremely rude and does not greet anyone but barks at them to ask what they want to order, she gives everyone attitude even the delivery driver that came in to deliver a package! She has zero customer service skills and makes you feel like you are bothering her when you are just trying to order food. Very unprofessional will not be coming back to this waba grill thumbs down. She should be moved to the kitchen because a customer service position makes u the face of the store and u can uphold the image or ruin it by being rude.

This has always been the neighborhood corner place for good fast inexpensive food. The outside crowd hanging out, harassing customers to buy them food, opening the door shouting across the restaurant and using the rest room because they know that their loud ghetto behavior intimidates the Asian women cashiers knowing they wont tell them no. The workers are always polite but to be honest it doesnt feel safe at all. cashier even said she felt scared to call the cops because she didnt want to get in trouble by the owners. Thats a damn shame.

Very rude ladies working there (like 3 of them). The last time I order take out I didnt get any sauce, napkins, or utensils. Not nice at all the way this lady with short hair asks what you would like to order. She goes with what you want? And you cant even ask if she got what you say because she says, I know, what else? It makes me feel like if Im asking for a free meal. And this is not only me, there were 2 more costumers saying the same thing but they were shy to say something in front of her. Not going back, Im gonna tell my friends and family to stop getting food from there because they already experienced the same thing, yes, already happened many times with the other ladies. Also, they serve however they want. Sometimes, they serve less food than others. And it keeps getting worse. My son went today, and they did not even say hi to him. The same lady w short hair just asked him what he wanted and the total to pay but very rude the way they ask.
