Today is probably the last day that I will be considering to eat at Masturi. My husband & I used to eat here at least twice every other month & we would always get all you can eat because the price was reasonable, they would try to implement new special menu items, the food was good, & also have nice presentation. However, over time... Masturi had become my least favorite sushi restaurant to eat simply because every time we would visit Masturi the servers have no knowledge about the food, servers, cooks, & managers would have a 15 minute conversation -- in the meantime, there are no drinks being refilled, orders are taking longer to be completed, & customers waiting on food & service. My husband & I would order 2 plates a piece & every time I order for my first round of all you can eat my plate would always come first, but they would always forget my second plate for every round... We fill in our orders on a sheet but the cooks & servers are not being accountable for the orders coming in & all the orders that should be coming out. It took 15 minutes for my second plate to come to the table after I finished my first plate & my husband finished both of his. We were the a only people in the restaurant during this time (3:00pm) a side from a gentleman that walked in & sat behind us after our first round was completed. Service only got worse after that... Again... cooks, managers, & servers talked for so long, when the second round came about my husband order 2 plates & I order a California hand roll... My husbands plates came while I patiently waited for my hand roll just to only receive food & a all you can eat menu that did not belong to me but sadly to the gentleman sitting behind who had been waiting just as long as me. Once I informed the server that the plate was not ours she didnt even realize the plate was at the wrong table. I still didnt get my hand roll & the gentleman was so upset he waited so long for his 4 roll order & that it went to wrong table. He got up & left without even touching his food... 10 mins go by... I still didnt get my roll... Servers werent aware that another plate was still missing & at that moment I was ready to go. Sushi is too costly to not get good service or your moneys worth.

We went here to have lunch or dinners for years, we’re a value customer and known the owners since they’re open restaurant business, before Pho Ha is Pho Nancy and Pho Thanh, now is Pho Ha. We loves to go eat there till today. We came and I’m always ordered the same soup, I’m surprised because the soups bowl are very lack of taste and only have few pieces of meats, I ask the server they says it’s not their fault, the cook did it, so I ask to talk to the owner, she says because the meats went up double prices so she told the cook give less meats, the prices of dishes there already went up nearly $2 per item. We’re understanding everything are went up but cut down too much the quality like this are not quite right. From now on we’re not coming a lot liked before, and we’re lived kinda far but we support our Asian restaurant always. I hope they’re fix the problems for cut down too much are not good for being business. Good luck.

Tried this place out after going to super target. i dont mind the shouting staff, cuz we asians do that :P but the food was good, i ordered the chicken chow fun, i was really hungry so i kept having seconds, then third from my plate.. one thing i really hate is that they have so many chicken ingredients on the plate and theyre big ones too, i dont mind if they were chopped in small pieces but they were huge chunks of it.then mom ordered the vegetable chop suey, that one was good too but they put too much chicken ingredients as well. its like when you eat most of it, you see huge chunks of chicken.. we just lost interest.the boba was also good, i like it when they give you a big sized drinks. i really hate when restaurants would give you a small non-refillable thai tea drink, then they would cost u like $3. but its cool that this one cost less than $3.the service was good too, though i prefer doing them myself, but i guess they intended to do that so they would get tips.the parking was pretty bad, i came around 8pm, and theres nowhere else nearby. you have better luck if you keep going around in circles for hours.

My 1st and last time going there. I ordered online to make things easier. I wanted extra sauces so they charged me .29¢ each (X 5) online. No problem. I ordered curbside pick up.When I arrived, no one would answer the curbside pick up phone line. So I walked in. My order was ready. Not under any heat source to keep warm. No biggie since it only took me a few minutes to get there. (The online order website said my order wont be ready for 27 minutes. Had I waited to pick it up, it would have been sitting cold all that time, not at a safe temperature) Anyways, I look in my bag and see little packets of sauce and thought I hadnt recieved the sauces I paid for so I told them. The cashier had no idea what to say so she called over someone else. The lady tells me the packets ARE the ones I paid for. I said oh, I thought theyd come in little plastic containers. She said no. Unless it says it on the receipt. (Um hello, not my fault theyre system doesnt say that.) So I asked, so you charged me but youre giving them away to everyone else? She said yeah. She said because you ordered online. I said, how is that fair? She walked away. I never got rude or loud or disrespectful at all. She just didnt want to deal with it or even apologise. So I asked the cashier, well since I paid for my sauces, I want more but Im not paying for more when you guys give them away for free. She gave me a handful and I thanked her and left. The sauces didnt even have enough in it to fill a Taco Bell hot sauce packet. And my daughter and I didnt even like the sauce after all that. We prefer teriyaki sauce. They dont use teriyaki sauce. We wont be returning. Sorry. Not sorry.BTW, it wasnt the cashiers fault. But the other lady (asian, manager?) was rude and unhelpful and didnt solve the issue or give me a refund for the sauces I paid for.. Not good customer service.

Today was not a good day to visit. I ordered a chicken mushroom bowl w/white rice. I got chicken mushroom bowl w/fried rice. Im not kean on their fried rice because it is usually dry. Today was no exception. However, that being said; the kids that work there are usually very nice. I paid with a $20 bill. I got the paper money back. But, when I tried to get the coin money, the girl that helped me apparently didnt hear me, or wasnt paying attention to me when I told her to wait just a minute. I showed her my right hand, which is in a cast, and before I could get my left hand up to accept the change, she closed the window and put the change in what appeared to be a tip location as she turned her back to talk to her peers. If it had been all of my change, I would have waited and maybe even have honked my horn. I was tired and didnt want to cause a scene, plus there were 2 other cars waiting behind me. If I had known my ordered wasnt correct at the time, I would have sat there for both my change and had my order corrected.I have been to this particular Panda Express over 10x within the last 6 months and order the same meal each time. This was the first time I was NOT satisfied with my order nor the competience of the staff. YOU KNOW I WILL CHECK MY ORDER in the future. ☹

Very sad to report this. Love love love the food, but they broke a cardinal rule.I took my food home, to find no utensils, napkins, soy sauce, chopsticks, trays for the soy, or the sauce that is supposed to come with the chicken bowl.Called to let them know. It was their first mistake, so I wasnt even really mad. The young lady was very pleasant, then a gentlemen got on the phone and insisted that I was wrong. He repeatedly told me over and over that I was incorrect and that he had put all of the things mentioned above in the bag. I kindly told him that he was incorrect, and he continued to argue with me.I went out and checked my vehicle to make sure even though with how tight the bag was tied there was no way it could have spilled, it was not in there. I took my food back and the gentleman in person still would not admit that he had made a mistake. This may not bother many people, but if a business is hiring someone who is dishonest, and standing behind them, then how do we know the quality of what they do behind the scenes? Can you trust a business that stands behind employees when they lie?I am very disappointed in the actions of management. I am also very disappointed that I will not be eating here again as the food is actually quite great for the price. I even told the gentleman even if I am wrong, as a business owner, you should never call the customer a liar. Sad day for sure, loved having a quick sushi spot.

OMG....just had lunch here and it was sooo delicious...I was greeted by a nice young lady that was happy to give me extra time to order since I have never been here before...my friend recommended this place to me and Im sure glad he did...polite young lady took my order and directed me to the sauces after I ordered...I got the Angus Beef bowl and ordered a Chicken Bowl to go...the beef was deliciously marinated and cooked perfectly. Beef was tender and the veggies had just the right crunch to it...the magic sauce is similar to teriyaki sauce with a pleasant difference...personally I prefer soft drinks from a fountain, not a bottle...but that was just a small thing to me...the food is, hot and fabulous here...a must for healthier eating...also have some great sounding vegetarian dishes even a meat eater like me would love....CORRECTION...I went back again a couple days later for another great lunch and saw a self serve soft drink dispenser...I reported only bottled drinks were sold here, the refrigerator which hold the bottled drinks is right next the drink dispenser...I guess I was so freaked out with the great food I missed it...

I called the location and spoke with a female supervisor, asking if the hours of operation are correct listed on Google. She stated yes, and that the dinning area was open till 10pm, Drive thru open till 10:30pm. So, I asked her, if I came in at 9pm I can still dine in, She said Yes. So, I showed up @8:15pm, I saw two employees leave and the Kitchen staff was on point. But, when customers started arriving, ordering and started to dine in. All of a sudden, The Panda Express employee started closing the restroom around 8:45pm. Like, really?? My girlfriend is handicapped and the young man didnt even take in any cleaning supplies to the restrooms. It seems he got lost in the restrooms. By 9:00pm, the female supervisor started locking the doors to the dining area. I told her I was the individual that had called earlier in regards to the dining hours. My answer in return was they were understaffed and had to close the dining area. Bogus answer to me. Same staff was working in the store when it was busy. I believe the owners or corporate need to review surveillance systems and look at supervisor handling during high volume customer traffic. And the staff seemed like they didnt want anymore walk-ins, just a drive thru service... I told management they should do better customer service during walk-in hours.

The owner is very rude and impolite! Ive had 2 very unpleasant experiences at this place with the owner being extremely rude, for no apparent reason. The first time, i ended up leaving because i wasnt greeted or served after about 15 mins of seating myself. 2nd time, ordered carry out and all 3 orders looked the same. Plain rice stuffed with something....no sauce, no dressing, NOTHING! 2 packets of soy sauce, 1 wasabi 1 ginger, $40+ bill! And all 3 sushi were dry and tasted horrible...as if done intentionally! Sad!Called and talked to the cashier and she was reallly nice and apologetic which i appreciate. But unfortunately, i habits & perceptions dont change and i think this owner is horrible. Theyve definitely lost a customer in me.

Hello Pancake here :) Soooo where do i begin there are 3 Panda Express in Moreno Valley, one on Day Street (VERY friendly Employees), one on Moreno Beach (They want to make sure your order is RIGHT), and..... this one.. Iris and Lasselle... sigh its bad the Employees were fairly new very noticeable...which is fine but it was to the point where all of them were new and had NO idea what they were doing ... every 30 seconds they asked what did i order.... i had 3 plates 2 with Veggies and triple Teriyaki and one plate with all chow mein double black pepper chicken and side of teriyaki chicken soo that was the order (*i know a LOT of teriyaki chicken haha) ANDREW G. was his name he had sort of a temper on him after i looked at the BABY CHICKEN they were serving me.. i mean it was small chicks normally i wouldnt complain but this time OMG... it was smaller breast than a CORNISH HEN so i asked him can i have another chicken added to that he said Well no we are supposed to cut 4 slices of the chicken soo this was 4 slices as he said that there was an issue with the SODA machine that went off it wouldnt STOP running so he had to go help with that he said ah yeah this always happens... (in my mind im like what happened if a child did this and it kept running and he didnt say anything someone fall and slips and hurts themselves...) ANYWAY this post is way too long long story short I WONT BE COMING BACK to this one to me there are ONLY 2 Panda Express and i live .. on Iris .... soo thats saying something~
