This should be a 4.5. Its not bad of a place, pretty authentic Chinese food. You walk in and see a wall of wine on the wall. There is a wall paper of a Buddha, which is fine with the culture. It looks really nicely decorated. Seats are very comfortable, with high seat backings in the large booths that can fit five people.They give a plate of Chow Mein noodles that they refilled for us. My brother and I being an ABC we wanted to try this restaurant. I was drawn towards the West Lake Beef Soup, (a little disappointed, because they used ground beef and not minced meat) and it was a little bland. The tables didnt have salt or pepper, so we had to ask for white pepper, which helped a little, still not bad though. Then we had the Hand-Ripped Stir-Fried Cabbage, which had a good flavor with the chili peppers, which werent hot and the black vinegar. My friend who was not Chinese, chose the Beef with Garlic Sauce. That was great. My first piece I ate was a little large, but it tasted very good.Drinking a lot of water, they were very attentive about coming by a few times to fill up water. No tea was offered, so I dont know if we had to ask for it or it was extra.Moreover, the bathroom was pretty nice and was much better than a normal Chinese restaurant, pretty clean and quite big.Id come back to this restaurant to try other dishes later.

I have been in Restaurant business for more then 16 years. I know a thing or two about good food & good service.Before covid there was a different chines restaurant at the same location which was not good at all. I was driving by & I saw grand opening which was strange during Covid. I said I will give it a try. I always try Kung pao chick to see if the restaurant is good or not. The wife and husband were running around to fulfill a big take out order. I order Kungpaw chicken when it came it did not look like traditional Kung pao chicken and they forgot the peanut but it was really good. It had zucchini which I am not used. It tasted good.The next day I took my brother in law with me. He said he does not like orange chicken so I told him lets try 3 launch special. I order orange chicken, Kung pao & beef Broccoli. It was one of the best orange chicken I had in a long time. He fell in love with Orange chicken. Every time we go there he orders Orange chicken now.The hot & sour soup is really good. Very friendly service and great food. If you visit this place You will not be disappointed.Food 5+Service 5++

This Chinese restaurant is really great! Not only is the food delicious, but every dish is full of authentic delicacies, fragrant and delicious. Plus, they have just the right amount of spiciness to keep you craving for more. The service attitude was also very good, and the waiters were friendly and enthusiastic, which made my dining experience even more perfect. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is also very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy the food. Overall, this Chinese restaurant is one of my favorites and one I will visit often! Highly recommended to friends who love Chinese food, you will definitely not be disappointed!

Very good food from the regular Chinese food norm. Just be aware of your choices, to avoid the greasy choices. But the food is good. Restaurant is clean. Employees are very nice. And the soda machine is there for you to access all the refills you desire.

Salem the girl that puts the food into containers ripped me off the right portion of food. I ordered the bigger plate and 1 large side of chow mein. She served my side portions which were terriyaki chicken and green veggies in these tiny little cardboard containers. Looked like you only get like 4 pieces of broccoli...I was so upset as i wanted chow mein today. I gave the bag back and told them give me my money back...Go somewhere else i do not recommend this particular panda express. Go to a real authentic Chinese restaurant the portions will be the right amount.

I have eaten at all the Chinese restaurants here in Vacaville and also this one under a different name. What I hear its the same owner, same cook, but a new staff, and a new updated menu, and inside renovation. You can still order some of the previous items that were on the older menu that they used to have and of course they have many, many, new items naturally as well. This is by far the best Chinese food restaurant in All of Vacaville! Check it out! Delicious food and a great staff!I

The food was good for the price. 14.99 dinner for adults on the weekends. The tables and booths do need to be refurbished. And the carpets were also extremely dirty but the foos tasted fresh. Of course you cant compare this buffet to an authentic Chinese restaurant but for $14.99 it was worth it.
