I used to love going here and now the food and service are horrible!! ?The last 3 times we've gone, we have ordered tea and it's never come. When we ask about it we're told we didn't ask. The woman who handles front desk is an older woman and she's always rude and snappy. This is the one who apparently is in charge of getting tea and whom forgets things.Yesterday, I order hot and sour soup. It has a big red Chile next to it on the menu so I'm assuming it's you know... HOT! Nope, soup comes and it looks like a big bowl of gravy. It was so sour that it made my cheeks hurt, like I was drinking vinegar. There wasn't any heat. None.So I sat there watching as my lunch date ate her food and I waited for a waitress so I could order something else. Nobody came and checked on us the whole meal and when the waitress did pass by two times to seat arriving customers, she didn't stop when I'd try to get her attention.At the end we had to basically hunt her down to get our check and I explained that my soup is gross. I didn't eat any of it. She doesn't seem to speak much English so she grabs the rude older woman from the front desk. I explain to her and she doesn't say anything, she just rolls her eyes and walks back to the kitchen and gets the owner.He seems annoyed and is asking me what's wrong. I explain. He says “so what do you want? Me to take this off and you don't pay? No. I'll go get you more and make it spicy” I explain I don't want more, I just don't want to pay for something not edible. He tells me no, he'll get me another batch. After being gone for what feels like forever, he comes back with a container of soup and says “next time when you don't like something, tell us before the end of the meal” and walks away.Soooo...... I'm supposed to walk into the back at your restaurant to get assistance from you inattentive staff to complain about a gross meal?! What will be the solution in that? You'll give me a to go box with the same nasty thing I'm complaining about?So I ended up having to pay for a soup I didn't eat in the restaurant. And somehow it's expected I'll eat a soup that came out of the kitchen after a complaint? I've been taught that you don't eat food returned to you from the kitchen.... so I paid $8 for their mistake and food I won't be eating.We won't be returning ever or recommending it. Pretty sad that the food has turned into this and that the staff takes care of people this way. This was my favorite Chinese place growing up... it used to feel welcoming and you'd actually enjoy your food.We'll be giving business to Hong Kong Chinese instead.I'd rather eat at Panda Express than ever eat here again.

I visited this location for dinner with my husband it was 4:30 and they were out of almost everything we waited 15 minutes for them to fill it then it took another 15 minutes for them to help us. There was a very long line inside and one of their employees who was working in the drive thru decided it was ok to help her friend that walked in even though she was at the end of the line with at least 7 people in front of them. She went out into the dining room and took their order then rang it up in the drive thru also gave them a discount on their food, she then proceeded to make their food instead of helping the customers that had been waiting over 15 minutes there already. I brought this problem to the cashiers attention and was treated so rudely by the cashier she informed me i cant control my coworkers with total attitude i wanted to slap her. the situation never got addressed then as i paid she tossed the spring rolls i purchased at me and walked away. I did not get the fortune cookies or soda i paid for i was so pissed i left. This is defiantly not the location you want to go to if you are hungry they are rude and take forever.

We took 38 vegetarians there tonight and this restaurant out performed themselves under so much pressure to serve and please everyone. I cant say enough good things about them and how wonderful they were. We ate family style and everyone was fed well and no one left hungry. And they were so accommodating to divide up all the checks between the entire group. We will absolutely go back there and eat again! I highly recommend them to you! I almost forgot to say how good the food was! Many of our group were former missionaries in Asia and they even said the food was excellent!

For months I would stop and read the menu but just couldn't bring myself to try one their “concoctions”. That was my loss. I've stepped out of my comfort zone trying several of their master pieces and have not been disappointed once. This place is like the Disney Epcot of sandwich shops. Ready for an American classic, the biscuits and gravy sandwich might be their simplest sandwich but I'm salivating right now just thinking about it. The gravy is top three I've ever had, if not the best. Ready for a trip south of the border, the enchiladas suizas sandwich might be my favorite so far (minus the sour cream). The addition of the chips might seem like something my kid would do, but don't think this sandwich would be same without them. The salsa verde rivals anything I've had at any Mexican restaurant. Looking for something a little on the sweet side then give the honey walnut prawns a try, and continue down the Asian fusion path with the pot sticker cheese burger. I could go on but just know your trip around the culinary world doesn't stop there. Don't like to travel, no problem, the cheese burger will more than get the job done. Fair warning, they have a lot of fun and work their butts off, but on busy days there can be a bit of a wait so take some time and enjoy all Main Street has to offer. It will be more than worth it.
