We went to Inchin’s Bamboo Garden on the recommendation of a friend. We got to know that the restaurant is under new ownership/management and it was very well maintained. It’s a great place to go for a night out in San Ramon. The inside is very nicely done, so it has beautiful ambience. The service was really good and the server checked on us multiple times. The food was the best Indo Chinese cuisine I’ve had in a long time:! Also, they have an awesome bar area too. Will definitely be visiting again.

I recommend the xiao long bao (pork dumplings), the braised veggies with mushroom, and the fried pork dumplings.Note that these xlb have thicker skin than dtfs xlb, but are still excellent if you love carbs! I thought the braised beef noodle soup was a bit thin, but it might be the best in this stretch of the East Bay. 乁 ˘ o ˘ ㄏWe didnt have high expectations for service at a Chinese restaurant. Its a pretty casual, family friendly place. At about $10 per entree, this place hits a lot of comfort food quite well at a reasonable price point. Id happily eat here again.
Imperial Delight
290 Market Pl, San Ramon, CA 94583, United States
I live in San Ramon and tonight, Valentines night our family were thinking on where to have dinner. We were debating if we were going to Japanese or Chinese restaurant. My girls decided to have Chinese and since Imperial Delight is very close to where we live, we decided to have our dinner at the said place. I have tried their food before and it is fine. In the middle of our dinner, the waiter who was an elderly Chinese man gave us the bill with the look in his place that he is implying that payment is needed, I took my card and put it in the tray. He returned the tray with the receipt and I signed giving him not a very generous tip. To our surprise he went back to our table and ask us if his service is not good because we gave him a small tip. He asked us why our tip was so small, I was so embarrased because I have only 5 dollar cash in my pocket. I asked him to give me the receipt back so I could change it. Wouldnt you consider that to be very rude. Tip is a voluntary act from the customer and it is not mandatory to give a specific amount. His act was very inappropiate because after I gave a big tip they all spoke in their language and started to look at us with that kind of smile that you know that they are talking about. you.I will not recommend that place to anyone. There are a lot Chinese restaurant around with good food and good service.

Generally good food at a decent price, but its just a bit short on what one might expect froma standard Chinese restaurant. No knocks on the road per se, mine was the honey sesame chicken breast pieces with what was supposed to be brown rice (whitest brown rice Ive ever experienced !). Very lean meat, quite tasty, but only a half-dozen pieces to a bowl serving. Place can be noisy at times, but thats to be expected; Good place to eat for a fast meal as opposed to the run of the mill burger joints !

I am sure if this place had someone working for them that knew what they were doing, there's a chance they could be successful. They just opened, but the woman taking orders is very incompetent. I stood there waiting for her to take my order, while 3 other people, separate tables, came in and she waited on them before me and brought them their order BEFORE even asking me what I would like to order. I asked what was in the won ton soup and she replied, meat, wontons and vegetables. After waiting 20 minutes, and questioning why people that came in after me were served before me, she brought out my order and handed it to me. I had not paid yet. If it weren't the fact that I am an honest person, I could have walked out, but I told her I hadn't paid for my order yet.The wonton soup has no vegetables and no meat, except for the meat in the wontons. I actually did not find any meat in the wontons, just floppy noodles. The shrimp dumplings were VERY doughy.Save yourself some frustration and money and perhaps wait awhile until they get their act together.Terrible customer service and worse food.

Three Brothers From China

Great Chinese food here. We visited San Ramon and stop by here. It’s a good size restaurant with live fishes (to eat) and plenty of room to seat a large group. The dishes we ordered are great. They are not overly sauced nor bland. It’s close to home cooking. The chef and waitress are very friendly and can help you select a dish perfect for your appetite.

Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever paid for. Even with hunger I couldn’t find and satisfaction in my meal. Food tasted old and just overall bad flavor. Walnut shrimp was like eating cardboard, salt and pepper chicken tasted like cardboard, this is the first restaurant in San Ramon that I have something to complain about. I thought San Ramon was known for having good food.
