Food is great - especially for a quick bite or takeout. During rush times the parking lot and tables can fill up. There are a couple steps to climb - so might be a little tricky for ADA. Think the back door might be street level - will check next time. gender neutral restrooms. Truly healthy fare with some nice desserts! Great restaurant for vegans, vegetarians and healthy eaters! Both hot and cold options and options for meat eaters too.

I love the fatoush salad, their hummus, grape leaves and vegetarian faire. They are open late, the restaurant is always clean, they can accommodate large parties, they offer a full service bar open until 11:00 pm, but the restaurant and hookah lounge is open until 2:00 am.They are open when you need a late night option.

WOW. This location was BAD! Very, very, VERY bad!!!Where should I start? I suppose with entering the restaurant, where things only went from bad to worse.First off, there was only a few people in line, and yet it took so long for them to take ANY of their orders. They would just ignore other people waiting after finally taking care of ONE person.Later, as I was eating, I overheard someone trying to pick up an order tell an employee that she felt bad for the ONE (1!!!) gentleman that had been waiting for several minutes and they still hadnt gone over to take his order.As for me, I ordered through the app for pick-up, but it (unsurprisingly) wasnt ready at the pick-up time. After asking about my order, they eventually started working on it a few minutes later while I stood there waiting. Then what did they do after they finished it? Not bring it over to me, but rather just set it down behind the counter. I then tried to find anyone that I could get the attention of to simply hand it to me.Its not like there werent any staff - just that they all seemed to be desperately avoiding any customers that were trying to pick-up orders or place orders.And as I said before, its not like it was a mad house in there!There were only a few other people inside at any given time, despite it being what shouldve been a primetime for visitors. Retrospectively, considering the quality of service and food here, that isnt all that surprising.Anyways, as I waited, I had plenty of time to look around the space, which was extremely messy and unkempt all over. There was literally a massive pile of dirty bowls, napkins, and cups all over the water station/utensil area, as the trash cans were stuffed to the brim.Not a single table was clean, and despite plenty of staff, no one was making any effort to clean anything.Im usually not one to make a big deal about things such as this in a fast casual spot, but it was literally unacceptable how messy and poorly managed the entire space was.So, on to the actual food (once I FINALLY received it after trying to find someone that would hand it to me)!First impressions, I could immediately tell that it was ridiculously under portioned and didnt come close to reaching the fill line that the bowl has inside.Secondly, it didnt contain any of the bread that I had requested when I ordered it.Luckily, I had checked before leaving, so I asked for some bread. I wasnt pleased with the rest of the salad either, but decided not to make a fuss about it.Nevertheless, once eating the actual salad, it was...AWFUL. Nothing had been properly chopped or prepared. AT ALL. Entire chunks of cucumber and other toppings clearly had just been thrown in without any preparation.On top of that, what was supposed to be a lime squeeze was literally just a piece of lime thrown into the bowl and buried at the bottom of it, which I almost bit into!A few years ago, I worked at a Sweetgreen, and I KNOW that nothing about this preparation would have been considered acceptable. Whatsoever.My partners salad was similarly under portioned and he was displeased with it as well, but Ill leave it to him to share his thoughts in a review.Now, I havent been to Sweetgreen in about a year, and I dont know if all the locations are like this now or if this one is just a bad apple, but it has definitely left me with no desire to return to Sweetgreen.At the VERY LEAST, something is very wrong with the management at this location that the company should look into and change up.The way things are being run, in my opinion, is COMPLETELY unacceptable.I dont blame the employees, but the management of this restaurant for a situation that hits the deadly trio of:1. Terrible Customer Service & Speed.2. Terrible Food Quality & Preparation.3. Unsanitary, Messy, & Unkempt Dining Spaces.I know for a FACT I will never return to this Sweetgreen location, and it has also put me off from returning to Sweetgreen as a WHOLE in the future.

Im used to Indian restaurants having very loud music and lots of indians, but I guess there arent that many indians in Riverside. Food was really good. Lots of vegetarian options, definitely authentic!

I was very disappointed because I had high expectations but they had terrible customer service. The workers here were very rude and disrespectful even when you are trying to be understanding and respectful to them. I brought my parents, but the owner (the lady manager) treated us very poorly. The food they served was rotten and I spoke to the server about this matter but he didnt apologize and said it was supposed to taste like rotten. -Also they added that because we were vegetarian and refused to add fish sauce, it was the reasoned why the food was tasting rotten. It made no sense to me. Then the old lady manager came over and tried to do a long lecture with very angry/loud tone about their food and that they taste fine. I had to stop her many times. Very disrespectful in front of my parents. I dont want anyone to experience what I did. This restaurants may have some good dishes which I also thought before all this happened. But their mindset of customer service is completely wrong and they look down on customers. I hope in the near future resturants like this will not be allowed to open. It was a good experience to acknowledge that restaurants like this still exist.

This place is a joke well the manager. I dont want to say everyone is because the rest were very nice but You would think the manager would be more professional he took my order and when I asked him certain things about the menu it seemed like he had a problem me asking him anything then he got my order wrong if I order the same tacos how is it that one of the two were different. I order a crunchy gordita taco but one of my tacos didnt have the crunchy shell inside how is it possible for you to mess up this order I honestly think he got mad because I asked him a few questions about the menu. If you can handle the pressure I think then you shouldnt be a manager it was Thursday at 6:21 p.m. ESTARLIN A. Was on the name on my receipt. I dont know if thats his name but it made me upset that I cant even get my food right. food that Im paying for and you have the nerves to give me attitude. do you think that I enjoy my food after this? well no I did not . But I think not everyone who works here are bad workers the gentleman that handed me my food was polite and told me thank you and sorry for the wait now this is the guy who should be the manager not the other guy with the attitude that has the manager tag on like I said at the beginning this guy is a joke

The food is always flavorful and satisfying. Only four stars for this visit, because of a situation with the gentlemen in the drive-thru. It was a misunderstanding based on some confusion of me ordering Combo #1, with a Mt. Dew Baja Blast, which is a Burrito Supreme, a Taco Supreme, and a beverage. This was misinterpreted as a Combination Burrito. The long and the short if it is, in the end, I shouldve had two Burrito Supremes. The screen didnt reflect my order. I was confused, and wanted to go over it at the window, because the speaker box audio became distorted. The gentlemen taking my order showed his annoyance, and was condescending when he repeatedly asked if I no longer wanted Combination Burritos. Like I was his child. Smh. I asked if I had ordered them-genuinely confused-and apologized and explained that I wanted Burrito Supremes, each time he asked. He was peeved, closed the window mid-conversation (likely canceling the Combination Burritos with the people preparing the order), came back and took my payment then left the window. Another employee later fulfilled the order. I was praying nothing was being done to my order. In hindsight, I intentionally read from the title of the #1, when I ordered the second Burrito Supreme, because those words are in the title. I wanted to make certain I received the correct burrito. It was likely my choice of words Combo #1, that put Combination in his head, in the first place. Yowza! Great food + snotty gent taking my order + my ability to be objective = 4 Stars, for this visit.
