Experineced HORRIBLE customer service here. I was Not greeted walking inside or leaving. The 2 young ladies working, ignored me for a good 3 mins while they continued what they were doing behind the counter (one pressing dough, the other filling toppings) not busy with orders or anything. I was the only customer in line. After standing and waiting, I realized my order was in the warmer so I asked if I can grab it myself since they were too busy. Finally the girl comes over, she did not say anything to me! She grabbed the pizza and I told her I wanted to buy a drink, she proceeded and still did not talk to me. Not an apology for the wait, not a thank you, nothing! The other girl continued what she was doing as if I never walked passed her. And to make things worse, my pizza was made incorrectly and was not cooked right! In all the years of eating at PIEOLOGY I have never felt so unwelcome with a jacked up pizza. I will drive to downtown Sacramento 16th street before I ever go to this location again, and I live in Elk Grove.

Dos Cyotes always never disappoints. I have been going gear for years now, ordering a variety of food items including limited a time items they only make at this location. Being the best Tex-Mex food in town, the flavors of the food resemble something more unique compared to classic Mexican restaurants. Although the rice may not be orange like Spanish rice it is still extremely delicious and unique that is made with corn and carrots, but trust me it is worth trying at least once. Dos Cyotes is great for dining by yourself or for a takeout meal to enjoy elsewhere. They have a salsa bar in-which every salsa and topping is prepared freshly everyday. My personal favorite salsa is the spicy pico de gallo. Chips are always served alongside your meals as well. In recent times Ive ordered the market burrito(chicken breasts, rice, beans, salsa), side of black beans and rice, limited a time elote, side of taquitos, and the Ranchero burrito(southwest burrito with sauce on top). I recommend this place as a healthier pick for lunch or dinner, staff is always really friendly!!

I went to this establishment last week around 11 am. The lobby only had 2 people eating, and the drive-thru had about 3 cars. I went inside to sit down and eat. I waited 4 minutes before a young lady working there looked at me and said, Can you order at the kiosk. I said no thank you, and I left. I am old school. I dont want to order at a kiosk. If I have to order from kiosk, I dont need it. I was very disappointed. I get it they dont want to pay employees $20 an hour so they have minimal employees. I think the customer should have a choice whether they want to use the kiosk or speak to a live person. I am young enough to use a kiosk, but i refuse to. What about our elders who have no clue nor do they want to be bothered with a kiosk. Maybe when these establishments lose enough customers, they will either hire enough employees to help the front or they will close! Not to mention, they mopped the outside and inside at the same time, so all the floors were wet along with the walkway!

I have always loved this place till today. I have always ordered the same pizza and never had an issue till today.My pizza was raw and the cheese was not even melted. The pizza was cold because it wasnt even cooked properly. When I called the older gentleman over the phone stated I should of requested a well done pizza to have a properly cooked pizza. When I took the pizza back, he stated it was fine and the pizza sauce can cause it to be that way. I havent had pizza from other places be like this. This is frustrating because the pizza was clearly raw and cheese was not melted.Will never be returning to a pizza guys again.The pizza that was remade he stated it was well done but it wasnt. The crust is so light and the center is still doughy.

Short version: Dont come here if you value your time or good customer service.Long version: I placed an order by phone today. I had company coming and wanted a good and easy dinner for everyone. I ordered ahead so it would be on time. When I ordered I was told it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. I arrived after 45 minutes. They hadnt even started making my order. Not the biggest deal, I thought, they must be busy. They rung me up and told me itd be ready in 10 minutes. I went and waited in my car. When I came back 10 minutes later they still hadnt even started making my order. The lady at the front asked my name again, ruffled through her receipts, and didnt say another word to me. She then slowly started preparing my order. I waited inside for 15 more minutes before it was ready. Thats 35 minutes longer than I was quoted, if were keeping track. No who worked tonight seemed to care about their customers time or even their job in general.And after all that, they didnt even get my order right.I dont usually write bad reviews, but this place is beyond awful. Ill never spend money here again, and I recommend that you dont either.

Update!!!! I had the worst experience the other day. I came here at the opening time of 7AM. I love going at that time because everything is super hot and yummy, but this review isnt about the food. Oh no much worse. When I got here about 7:10 no one would answer me at the drive through, I waited 10 minutes and finally went the actually window and saw people, so I knocked on the window and asked what was up, in a very nice an polite tone. They legit told me the manager never showed so they couldnt take payment. I asked how long and they said they didnt know. I came back 3 times up till 8AM and kept being told the same thing. How can this happen? I mean seriously, I felt so bad for the crew that their manager would bail on them and leave them in this situation. Well sadly I decided this was it for me at this store. This coupled with the fact that the last 4 times I went at night, 30% of my food was forgotten, and since I went right before they closed, I was never able to get the food I ordered. Complaining didnt help, because they said I didnt have proof. Anyways. I love taco bell!!! I absolutely loooove it. And this place is a 2 minute drive from my house, so you can imagine how sad it is for me that now I have to drive all the way to the taco bell on laguna and bruceville. Though, I have had outstanding service and food from the laguna taco bell since, it still feels I have been wronged completely by this taco bell. Wish I could fix this ? cause, man I love taco bell. Im glad I can give 5 stars for the food, and 1 star for the service and atmosphere, cause the issue isnt with the food, just the forgetting my food and ridiculousness of the missing manager.

Food is good, but due to the terrible service duringmy most recent visit, I won't ever be back.I arrived on time for my online order pickup, and proceeded to the online order pickup counter. There was one customer there already so I waited behind them. After several minutes, that customer got their pizza and left.So I stepped forward to the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. There were lots of employees buzzing around behind the counter, they walked by me multiple times, but never acknowledged me. It was super busy, so I remained patient knowing there'd be a wait. Several other customers came in and lined up behind me while I continued to wait.After many minutes of waiting, an employee came to the counter, stood in front of me then looked over my shoulder to ask the woman behind me for the name on her order. She then turned, grabbed the woman's pizza and handed it off. I was clearly at the front of the line, I had yet to be helped, or even acknowledged.That employee then skittered off to make pizzas and I was left there waiting again, now many mins since I arrived. Eventually, I had to flag down another employee and ask about my order, which hadn't even been started yet (I'd ordered it over an hour before).Common sense would dictate that the person in the front of the line is helped first. Even if the employee thought I'd been helped, wouldn't the most sensible thing be to confirm before helping the second person in line?With so many pizza options in EG, I can't see ever coming back here again.

Went for the first time with my partner and kid. Never been here before, my boyfriends from out of town and never even heard of this place before. He ordered the mango delight, I ordered a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie (or at least I thought I did) and my kid ordered the weird vegan blue cookie dough ice cream. The girl put my order in wrong apparently, took a while for everything to come out, and when they did, mine was a smoothie bowl with fruit toppings so I was confused what went wrong. I tried to ask her what it was right after handing it to me but she immediately started talking to the next person in line. She then walked away to the back window to talk to her friend who was in the back making all the stuff, before some guy in the back came out and spoke with me. I said to him i asked for a smoothie and the frontline girl just looked at me and went “oh my bad” then continued talking to her friend. He went back and remade it and eventually brought my drink back out, but didn't give a refund/recharge me for the new beverage. Waited like 10 more minutes for the second drink and by the time I got it honestly i took two sips and threw it away. My boyfriend used the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. For waiting so long, spending almost 30 dollars on a scoop of ice scream and 2 small smoothies, waiting for a another remake, passive but yet also slightly snoody attitude from the front girl, I'm honestly super disappointed and never coming back lol

With over twenty pizza toppings, to choose from you can make a familiar run of the mill pies, pepperoni, hawaiian, or you have thousands of different combination pizzas of your own invention. Enjoy!!! Missing 5th star because the prices are getting too high. I know inflation. But that comes from having to pay, high wages to employes by order of elected officials, if you are a labor which people are you need to realize that what you do is not worth $15 dollars an hour. Back to pizza, good pizza.

I love Thai food and all the curries. All the Coconut Thai restaurants in Sacramento are excellent. Im so excited that The Coconut opened a new restaurant in Elk Grove.I tried them out a couple of weeks ago. The dining room is much smaller than the other Coconut restaurants in the Sacramento area. There is no room between tables. It was a little uncomfortable!We ordered a red curry with shrimp, which comes with white or brown rice. I got the brown. Both the curry and rice were excellent. However, the boat noodles we ordered were as good as the curry! The soup is too light, and the beef is almost inedible! The overcooked beef was too tough to bite!The service was a bit slow. But they're soft opening at the time. I think they should be improving soon!
