DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!!The staff working here are completely rude!They got our orders wrong three times, we had to drive back and forth those three times. I dont understand why they had such a difficult time getting it right?! Each time we went back, the woman at the drive through window (white/blonde/chubby), (nothing wrong about that), never apologized and was so very rude! She gave us an attitude, as if we were in the wrong. We were moving into our new house and needed to get some fast food. We spent $200 plus of food for our family. It was such a inconvenience and caused us more stress! The kids were hungry, we all were hungry and had a lot to move into our new home. The staff from this establishment has no remorse or professional customer service whatsoever! She performed poorly, along with the other employees who knew our dilemma. Disappointing, Im contacting corporate!Please hire better staff... Or have them take a corse on having better ethics and customer service!Even though they are 5 mins from our house, I will never go back to this Taco Bell, or recommend it!!

Ordered a Dorito taco supreme was given a regular taco with sour creme. Immediately drove back through drive through politely let them know my order was messed up. Cashier said we didnt get it wrong thats what you ordered. Made me giggle so we played the game due to my pettiness. At the time i knew the exact amount, but for a dorito taco its 2.79 my total was 3 and some change no receipt of course. So they continued to state a 1.50 plus 50 cent for sour creme is what i paid for. Anyways Ive never seen a worse taco bell. All that happens i pull off with the dorito taco. Open bag and its broke into the bottom of the chip bag. Anywho its hilarious i got what i wanted though so i won. I wouldnt advise people to go there if stuff like this would ruin your day. I had no where to go and just craved a taco. Plus youd have to get cops involved to get me to move out your drive thru. I pull off leave 10 people in their line. Hope nobody was running late.??

Ashley, Isabel, Kai are all literally the most amazing people ever! Their boss is one lucky boss to have these 3 on his team. They always have a warm welcoming smile that greets you when you walk in and this is important to me! They even help you if you arent sure what kind of pizza your in the mood for. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets exactly what they asked for and they even do it super fast! (It takes me forever to make pizza at home lol) I always get 1/2 &1/2 pizza (his side and her side lol) and they ALWAYS do amazing at making sure my order is correct or even going that extra mile when I ask for a special customized pizza with no red sause. While I wait they ask how my day was and it makes it feel like they care, its like a family friendly atmosphere which is something most places dont have. I usually come in on Tuesdays as its usually my day off and I feel like they might have my order memorized.. I hope their boss recognizes each one of them on their excellent work, great work ethic, amazing customer service, always having a smile, and being welcoming and friendly when everyone walks in the door. These 3 are a great group of individuals who deserve a riase! To the 3 of you, keep doing what your doing and Im sure Ill see you again on Tuesday. ?????❤?

I dont even want to give them one star. Let me emphasize - this is NOT the employees fault - this rests on the manager and supervisors. The food I ordered was horrible, beyond anything. First of all, there was maybe a couple of pieces of chicken on each chicken taco that had hardly any cheese or lettuce. The Nachos Bell Grande were a total disaster - the chips were so stale they could barely be eaten, and it was almost all re-fried beans, there was hardly any cheese sauce, barely any meat, and only a smattering of tomatoes, I ordered this without sour cream since that is one ingredient I do not eat. When I questioned why there was so little chicken on the tacos, I was told its measured - THAT IS WHY this is not the employees fault - they have guidelines that must be followed - the manager or supervisors are ripping off customers. Will not recommend until something is done to stop this method of ripping off customers.

I order some cantina tacos and there was no meat and not even made right. Kristina has very poor customer service skills. She was very rude and has a bad attitude and didnt even apologize. Giving me dirty looks the whole time. She didnt even want to to give me her name until I told her i was going to take a picture. These people are pathetic. They been doing this to many other people apparently according to their reviews. So, dont eat at this taco bell. I got refund. These mfs are untrustworthy. Idc if its fast food or not your attitude is everything in a job. Good job Kristina you failed.

I honestly do not know where to begin with this place! I have been out and about to many restaurants in SoCal, but this place is really at the top of my list!The food is exceptionally fresh and clean, and the quantity-price ratio is absolutely on point. The ambiance in this place is so calming yet vibrant and the service is out of this world.The staff and owner are so friendly and only care about you enjoying your food and time there. They have a mix of vegan, vegetarian and normal options to pick from that made it so easy for the group to choose what they like without any limits.I highly recommend their beef shawarma platter or the vegan falafel wrap!This place is an absolute hit and must-try! Trust me you wont regret it.

So the torta is just incredible. I got the cubano and bruh, half of it was enough for me. Super good. My bf and I like the torta a lot.We will say that the pan dulce about six months ago was at its peak. Incredible. Soft. Delicious. I'm not sure what happened and then the sweet bread just hasn't been the same. I eat the vegan version of concha's because #eggallergy. The vegan options were so soft and great and then after a small hiatus, when the vegan option came back it just wasn't the same. I was disappointed. I gave it a few tries and we just stopped coming. But today we came back, and the tortas were spot on so good. And the vegan concha was actually softer and not as dense…like, ok, it's not what it was but, we decided that we will come back.Delicias, thank you for the concha today. I was not disappointed. We will be back.UPDATE 6/22/24Oh my gosh the vegan conchas are just super soft! Like softer than the regular concha's and the vegan elotito, dude, the filling is just so soft and good.

The parking lot was pretty trashed (literally), but the restaurant was clean and comfortable inside. The food was absolutely delicious!!! There are many vegetarian options. I will definitely be back!
