An American Chinese restaurant that is excellent for having a vanilla family dinner celebrating grandma’s birthday. Flavor included. If that is what you are looking for, then honestly this is an absolute perfect choice especially for picky eaters. If you are looking for authentic flavors, this is two stars for sure. Chinese cuisine brims with beautiful spices and flavors, I highly suggest looking elsewhere for those culinary adventures. Best part, more authentic spots are cheaper.

Me and my friend ate their tonight. We didnt have to wait and the food came pretty quick. The atmosphere was very nice for a Chinese restaurant. The food was just about average for what you would get at other Chinese restaurants. I have to say that at least they didnt charge extra for some rice though.

Tried about everything on the menu. All ingredients are fresh and prepared daily. Decent prices for large portions of food. Very friendly staff and chefs cook to order right in front of you in the wok. And they also cook the food fast so be ready! Busy during evenings, sometimes, so plan ahead. This little nook of a restaurant is getting more and more popular in roseville. Edward, the owner, was the head chef at Fats Asian Bistro and now several years later he is head and owner of an amazing Chinese restaurant. I dont know if the food is all traditional to Chinese cuisine but it tastes pretty darn close, and you can trust me on that since I have visited china and experienced the rich flavors of their cooling for myself. Not too much seating given that the building is small. Hopefully in the future will relocate to a bigger setting.

This was the worst chinese take out We have ever had . We come from the bay area where we which has really good Chinese restaurants .We are 78 years old and are experienced Chinese food eaters . Never have we ever been so dissatisfied with Chinese food. We ordered sweet-and-sour shrimp and what we got is a bowl of what was supposed to be sweet and sour sauce which was Runny and clear and the shrimp (which I don’t have a photo of, which I regret )because we threw it away was breaded with this huge fluffy amount of breading withA tiny rubbery tough piece of shrimp inside. We ordered Kung pow chicken and broccoli beef which both were so so the beef almost tasted like it was soy instead of beef it had no texture it was soft and kind of slimy I’m not sure if it was beef my husband actually like the beef you said it was tender. I didn’t think it even tasted like beef. This restaurant has some decent ratings but I would never go back. The staff was polite and they had a difficult time understanding what I wanted over the phone. They did get the order right. They were very polite.

I have been to 7 Yen Sushi many times because the sushi chef owner is so welcoming, and I like the menu offerings.As service is at many Asian restaurants, it is attentive at the start when you are ordering but then you need to flag servers down if you want to order more food, get water, get plates cleared, or get your bill. The dishes can vary depending on the chef, but I will try to recommend the more current items and the items that I consistently like.There is a $39.99 Dinner AYCE (90 minute limit).The Bento Box is a great value. You get soup, salad, sunomono, rice, and your choice of 1 or 2 main items. I like the Mix Tempura, Gyoza, Jalapeno Bomb, Chicken Katsu, and Baked Mussels. You can even pick sashimi, nigiri, maki, dessert (mochi ice cream or taiyaki) as an item.Sashimi and Nigiri: Yellowtail (Hamachi), Escolar (Ono), and Salmon are my favorite fishes. Blue Fin Tuna is offered here.Ramen: Duck Sous Vide Ramen is offered here. The broth is simmered for 24 hours. Call ahead to make sure that duck is still available if thats what you seek. The ajitama or marinated ramen egg hasnt been consistently jammy for me.Jalapeno Bomb is my favorite appetizer. I likely would enjoy the Soft Shell Crab appetizer given that I liked it as a topping for a now retired sushi roll.Sushi Rolls: Order a roll with something fried, like shrimp tempura, chicken katsu (Chun Li roll), or fried onions (Thor roll).You can order the Chefs Special Roll. Just tell the sushi chef what ingredients you like and dont like!Skip the unagi sashimi. The agedashi tofu is just deep-fried plain tofu without bonito flakes and broth.Kizakura Pure Sparkling Stars is a bubbly, light, and fruity sake. There is also a Nigori Mango Sake. A pro tip that I learned from a regular customer is to mix the sparkling and mango sakes, like a mimosa!With 3 televisions and on-demand streaming services, you can watch your favorite sports team or request to watch a movie here. Its a fun place for me to chill, especially when I sit at the sushi bar.As a new restaurant, there are growing pains, but overall, I have a good time and good meal here.

I think the food of this type as fast food doesnt work as well as some other types of food. Going from a really great Chinese food restaurant do this isnt that good. Going from a really great hamburger place or taco place isnt as much difference as this is when you go to fast food. There were hardly ano other customers there and the food was still pretty fresh. No soup at this place!

If you havent given Golden City a try, please do so! This has become my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant, and I immediately recommend it to anyone who asks me for options - and everyone Ive suggested them to so far has grown to love them as well! Really excellent quality food.

I stopped by this panda express to get some Chinese food because I didnt feel like going to my favorite spot. Since I was close I decided to grab some food here, omg! The worst decision I ever made. The worker that was serving was so mean and nasty that she completely made me change my mind about having lunch here. She tried to give me old dried-up meat, and I ask her was any fresh chicken coming out. She just slammed the spoon down and sighed loud and hard, smh. I just told her thats ok, I lost my appetite, smh. Panda express needs to hire better friendly workers because they will lose a lot of customers because of this lady. Its just disgusting how they tried people. I will never eat here again. And I heard a lot of people complaining about this one lady as I was walking out. I wish I could give this restaurant a negative zero.
